The sales staff are very rude and don't shy away from insulting you if you don't like the pieces being shown. The management need to train the staff to be polite and not treat customers so badly. The guy showing the pieces was very pushy and told us off when we didn't like what he was showing. He also passed rude comments to me and my elderly mother when we decided to exit the store. I have bought clothes in the past from Malhotras but after today's experience, never again. I did highlight this issue to the store manager before exiting the store. I would give negative stars if it was possible.

It was an incredibly warm and wonderful experience. The owner is more than courteous and happy to show everything you require. Never had a better experience shopping at a store in Delhi! Beautiful variety makes it even better to shop.

Good dressy material but very bad in- house tailor. Would suggest you get it stitched with your own tailor. Overall hasn't been a pleasant experience with the end product. Feel the material got ruined with the tailoring. :(

I was highly disappointed during my recent visit to the shop as I was looking for sarees and telling the staff what I was looking for to that he replied by telling me my choice was pathetic. I got up angry left the store at that point after telling the staff that he needed to learn how to steak to customers. I would never visit the store ever again and advise others to not visit it too if you don’t want to get disrespected.

Great place with a variety of dresses. They also offer home deliveries. Best place to shop for ethnic gowns.

Terrible terrible tailoring. Bought the stuff and asked particularly if they'd be able to deliver the altered clothes within a week. Called 5 times on the eve of receipt and could hear " aadhe ghante se dimaag kha Rahi hai" from the other ones simply because they were unable to tell me if my clothes had been done or not. When I went to collect my clothes, one product wasn't even touched for alteration and the other was altered for someone twice my size. The tailors refused to accept their mistake and kept arguing and makes faces at me telling me I wouldn't be able to leave the store without paying. I told the cashier my plight and would never recommend anyone come here.

Had an amazing experience at the store, did my wedding shopping with lots of variety to explore. The service was appealing and they were very patient throughout the process. One of the best place for ethnics in lajpatnagar
