I went there to celebrate my birthday after reading so many positive reviews but in reality the experience was totally different for me and my family. Starting with the ambience, it was good, the place was not too crowded as it was a weekday. We got a table after confirming our reservation and then we waited for around 10 mins to get an attendant for our table but surprisingly no executive came to cater us. The persons who were serving were attending at last and we had to ask them again and again for different items. Customer service was pathetic, and I spoke to one of the executives as well about the feedback for service deficiency. Parking is also a major issue here as you need to park your vehicle in the main market of South Ex-II only.

Food was good especially the prawns, each bite was like a whole blast of flavour in my mouth; if we talk about the service it’s good to see that their each employee cared for the customers even for small small things like water; ambiance is quiet good and welcoming to the customers; so if you’re in south ex I’d suggest to have a visit here you will love it. Barbeque Nation's new store ( South Extension, New Delhi) inaugural was a delight, with an exquisite ambiance, dedicated service (Mr Nikhil and Mr Kamal) and mouthwatering food creating an unforgettable experience.

Great place to go for a buffet meal with friends and family. The food is delicious and there is a wide variety to choose from. I especially love the tandoori dishes, The service is also excellent, and the staff are always happy to accommodate any requests. Overall, I would highly recommend Barbeque Nation to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Ambience is good. Bright and spacious. Vegetarian Menu has improved with new items added. Service is really good. Must visit this branch. Would like to mention excellent service of Kamal, Vikram and Shivam.

Had an amazing dining experience at Barbeque Nation of South Ex part 2. The good was delicious, environment was awesome, and service of staff, especially Ritik and Sanjay is great. I highly recommend this place if you want to have a great dining experience with your family and friends. This place is at walking distance from South Ex metro station and located near the Pantaloons store. I will give that place 10/10!

Visited this branch last week with my parents. The restaurant was comparatively empty at that time. But compared their other branches they were really good. Extremely attentive staff and everything was served on point. Different starters suggested as per our taste. Totally satisfied with their service. Keep up the good work. It felt the old barbecue nation days are back.
