A very modern looking restaurant. The interior and ambience were good. The restaurant was very airy and spacious. Had a wide variety in their menu. The food was good and excellent in taste. The portions were average size. The presentation was superb. The staff was good. The service was fast. They have a bar also which was also beautiful done. The restaurant have space in open also. You can call it a romantic place also. A must visit place for food lovers.

Castle 9 is a cozy restaurant that serves a variety of cuisines- Indian,Chinese as well as continental. The quality and taste of food is exceptional. The option of drinks and deserts is also there. They provide happy hour offers too. Location is very good therefore the place has got good clientele even though they are overpriced.

Very pathetic ambiance, foods, beverages and off course service. Whole the time AC was functioning properly. Butter Naan was like Lachcha Paratha... Mineral water 119 Rs. Poor service is just continuation of above mentioned things...

Five stars just for the view this place offers. Not as luxurious interiors as most other places in CP but the atmosphere is great nonetheless. Best to visit in the evening for unbridled view of Connaught Place. It feels like an oasis amidst the chaos of CP. Prompt and non intrusive service, the food is ok and drinks cheaper than at other places.

It has good ambience. The lighting at night is good. They offer both veg and non veg food but the veg items are not that upto the taste and so doesn't value the price. They offer liquors too. The non veg items are good in taste. We ordered daal makhni and tikka paneer gravy from the veg items and daal was not even matching the normal taste of daal makhni so talking about any difference is a far away thing.

Comfortable and cozy place with very polite servers. It has karaoke in evenings which is really a delight. Appreciated.

Although we had a booking but we still had to wait to get ourselves a table since it was very crowded. I found it a bit annoying but I guess there was a glitch in the app or something. Talking about the ambience, it's good, definitely above some certain competitors. The food was indeed delicious and it would make sense for people to return just to have a bite. The choice of music is was good. But everything is not hunky dory, which brings me to pricing! I found it to be a little exorbitant but yet again, given the ambience, the food and the overall service I guess it's justified to some extent.

I tried Fio cookhouse and bar on new year day, during pandemic and really happy and satisfied by the protocols they are following to protect each one of us from covid, apart from the safety measures this place also offer outdoor seating which is quite magical in winters, really enjoyed their food and loved their ambiance

A wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion. We sat outside, surrounded by a variety of plants, fairy lights and chill music. Ordered a freshly made tube pasta, red sauce and pork - it was heavenly, quite enjoyable. The quantity can be increased by a little though. For dessert we received a humongous goblet, with coffee, chocolate and vanilla ice cream scoops, sweet wafers, chocolate cake, whipped cream and caramel sauce. It was delightful as well. Definitely a wonderful dinner.

The ambience is one of the best in Delhi. Lot of greenery, spacious, clean and elegant interior. Food was exceptionally good. The host also recommended lovely dishes. We love it. The only snag was the quantity. I wish I could have 2 small helpings from the main course. Otherwise the restaurant is really worth it. This was my first time out after the pandemic.

My experience at Fio Cookhouse | Dandy's Bar is as follows:- -> Ambience - Much relaxing and great ambience, lighting and greenries are the key attraction to it's beauty. -> Service & Staff - professional, qualitative and hygienic. Staff is very polite, humble and helpful that they explain everything in simple and nice way. -> Drinks - quite awesome and different in taste. -> Food - fine in taste but doesn't satisfy it's price range.

We order pasta and salad. I must say food is delicious (Paisa vasool). But bit high in price. Ambiance is very nice and beautiful. Overall everything is great.

This place serves some amazing drinks and great food! Try the London Dry Betel (mind-blowing 10/10 drink) and the Burrata pizza (just listen to me)! I'm definitely visiting again.

Been here quite a few times and the ambience is one of a kind. Had an amazing preparation of lamb which surpassed many five star restaurants in taste and delight. The service is slow but overall the staff did alright... The wine collection needs work and I would like to see a more options of finer selections

Fio is a lovely and beautiful place, with good music and food! 10/10 for the ambience. Especially, Abhishek in the staff was really helpful to us, he was just a call away at serving us every time! Totally recommended.

So let’s start by the theme they have built on to. I visited after covid lockdown so the ambience is not kinda very welcoming especially in the noon if you plan to have a lunch with your family or friends. The place is all filled up with tables and chairs close to each other which makes it worse to visit on a beautiful evening as the crowd and noise. Also since it’s an Italian restaurant I do mind that why they plan to introduce these Indian cuisines with their Italian customisations. A butter chicken needs to be spicy and rich but it isn’t. The service is ok-ish I would say it’s exceptional. And coming to the waiting time they wouldn’t mind telling you the time of 10 mins and bringing it to about 20 to 30 mins. So it’s better to plan ahead and then visit. At the end I would say the price which they are charging and the service and food which they are providing doesn’t reach all the way.
