Purchased three items through Zomato, from their vaishali shop Bill number Z069055 date 22.09.22 17.01 1. samosas Broken ,cold,looks old, oily, only boiled potato taste. Unsealed very poorly packed . Soggy. 2. Onion kachori Unsealed packed, could be tempered by delivery boy .cold, oily, broken looks old. Small size and not crispy. Soggy . 3. Plain dhokla Not of proper shape , very ordinary taste. Filled with sweet water only. Unsealed. MAIN , THE ITEMS OF EATABLES SHOULD BE SEALED. GULABS ITEMS CAN BE TEMPERED WITH BY DELIVERY BOY OR BY SOMEONE ELSE ,WHEN UN ATTENDED. THE ITEMS ARE COSTLY BUT NOW QUALITY IS OF A ORDINARY village patri wala

This place has lots of varieties in sweets to offer. They have lots of gift hampers options with different combinations. The price may seem a bit higher at ₹120 for Puri chole and you may find cheaper options however the quality is good and they maintain the standard.

In this store there is a Very huge variety of sweets, starters, snacks, goodies, etc. There is also an catering services provided by them. Staff was also hygienic and well maintained Sanitation facilities also available here. In evening 6-8 it's been very rushed.

Had very bad experience incase of online delivery. So I thought visiting store would be a better, but experience is still same very bad food quality and prices are too high. There are lot of other options with much better food quality. Please improve otherwise it will be curtains very soon. Hot Milk price is 120 Where as manohar bikanari with better milk Rs 50. This piece of plastic was inside my sweet. When I was having this sweet I saw this piece of plastic inside the sweet. It is really embarrassing for such a big name to provide such a service. I am thankful of not digesting this piece of plastic. These days no-one can be trusted

We ordered this Sweet name as Ghewar yesterday and found this hair strand. As I scooped by spoon to take a bite I found this. For such a big name sweet shop, it is ridiculous that they couldn’t keep a quality check on their system and compromising with the hygiene and health of others. This is extremely not acceptable.

Biggest issue here is parking. Most people get traffic challans because of parking their vehicle on the road. Food is amazing Sweets are world famous. Great preparation style Now mostly known for wedding and other ceremony gifting.

Originally famous for rewadi and gajjak but now every type of Indian sweets are available. Indian snacks like gil gappe, bhalla papri tikki etc are also available. North Indian thali is also available. Quality is quite good but prices are on higher side. The most attractive and best thing is thier presentation.Their staff people are well mannered and they know how to behave. They are very polite. The ambience and the atmosphere of the place is really nice. the floors, tables are clean. The taste of the food is also good. I prefer ‘Jalebi’ they are best. Their infrastructure is also good. Complete value for money. Buts it's not pocket friendly , prices are quite high

You cant go wrong on quality when it comes to gulab. It's a place that prides itself in quality and variety. No questions that its expensive than others i it's category but that's the price for quality and trust. Anything u can go for is tasty but special recommendations for Haryana barfi. It's excellent. And tha kadhai milk. Go for it. And they do wedding and bulk orders. Saw a lot of variety.

3rd class outlet... neither they can serve you taste nor customer service. Fooling you by sucking huge money from your pocket. And gives you ash on the name of brand. Bikaner, Bharat sweets are still far far better then Gulab. Annoying and arrogant staff. Useless cook who can't even know how to add taste to dishes. Old sweets in fancy dabbas. Jalebi, the best. I have ordered at least 7-8 times in a single month. Gulab Jamuns are too good to eat. Even my husband is a lover of sweet dishes by Gulab. It's just awsome.

Ordered from zomato recently, got ras malai that was stale/expired. I was just about to serve it to the guests. The milk was totally sour and too thick. Wrote it in zomato reviews, raised a ticket as well, but for a 408 rupee order for this item got refunded for 105 only. Never ordering from this place again.

We gave them bhaji order( to anyone who don't know sweets box given to relatives after wedding) order for and they put a row of ladoo instead kaju katli which was shown and decided at the time of order. We came to know about this after i visited my friend and he offered some sweets from the box.That was my first visit there and will be the last as well. So please do check in these type of order. It was literally embarrassing, we could have ordered ladoo from local sweet shop if we wanted to why choose some reputed shop. Worst experience.

The gulab always maintains it’s quality well in all of the franchises. This was also amazing with real good food. All chats were yum with the perfect pinch or Indian tastes. But they don’t have enough seating, went there with my whole group only 5 tables were there in all. Face issues in finding a good spot to sit and was too rushy not even a place to stand. Rest in taste wise that was damn good. 😊
