recent
stay
at
Le
ROI
Delhi
Hotel,
Paharganj
left
me
with
mixed
feelings
due
to
a
disappointing
experience
at
check-in.
Unfortunately,
the
receptionist's
lack
of
a
warm
welcome
significantly
impacted
my
overall
impression
of
the
hotel.
Upon
arrival,
I
had
hoped
for
a
friendly
greeting
and
a
welcoming
smile,
but
regrettably,
the
receptionist
seemed
disinterested
and
failed
to
provide
the
warm
hospitality
one
expects
when
checking
into
a
hotel.
A
simple
smile
and
a
courteous
welcome
can
go
a
long
way
in
setting
the
tone
for
a
guest's
stay,
and
it
was
disheartening
to
feel
a
lack
of
enthusiasm
from
the
hotel
staff.
While
I
understand
that
everyone
has
off
days,
the
initial
interaction
with
the
receptionist
plays
a
crucial
role
in
shaping
the
overall
guest
experience.
A
positive
and
welcoming
demeanor
is
especially
vital
in
the
hospitality
industry,
where
guests
seek
comfort
and
a
sense
of
hospitality.
Despite
this
initial
setback,
I
must
acknowledge
that

aspects
of
the
hotel,
such
as
room
cleanliness
and
amenities,
were
satisfactory.
However,
the
lackluster
welcome
at
the
reception
overshadowed
these
positives,
leaving
me
with
a
less
than
stellar
impression
of
my
stay.

that

Delhi
Hotel,
Paharganj
takes
this

consideration

emphasizes
the

of

warm

welcoming

desk.
