I stayed at Holiday Inn while attending a wedding. We came from the US. This is a very nice hotel with large and clean rooms that are well furnished. What we liked the most was the restaurant on floor 3 (Cafe 3), which had excellent food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It runs 24x7, so we managed to get a coffee at 4 am. The restaurant is a bit on the pricey side, though. The wait staff was extremely nice and helpful and flexible and resourceful. Overall this is a great place for the money.

Hotel is good with decent amenities. I was able to have buffet breakfast there which was pretty good. But the service was very good. Room size was decent and room supplies were optimum. The outside area has some stinking smell which could be of sweaver line passing in front of the hotel. But if you are inside then you won't get the smell. Overall it's a very good hotel to stay.

Had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn. Stayed here for 2N for an official visit. Service wise I was quite impressed. Easy check in a check out. They also changed my room as per my request. Food wise again exceeded expectations! Had a fulfilling breakfast. Rooms were also quite nice with all amenities. Had a great view of sunset and greenery around. Not sure if the TV had access to OTT platforms, that can be a value add.

The Hotel is located on the main road. Parking is available. The check in is smooth. The lobby is not very big. Staff is fairly good. Rooms are spacious and are having basic amenities. Indian Restaurant on the 3rd floor serves buffet lunch and dinner. Ala carte option is also there. Food quality is average. Have scope for improvement.

Good hotel overall, decently priced when we visited. Breakfast spread and quality were good and the rooms spacious and in pleasant design. Service however should be improved, especially security and house keeping. I never had such a weird experience going through security check at any hotel in the world so far. I literally had to take my bag for scanning and scan it myself several times. I was struggeling with my pieces of luggage, but non of the hotel employees bothered to offer me help. After checking into our room, we saw that the toilet bowl was very dirty from outside. This can happen and I only saw it when something fell on the floor. The problem is that we called house keeping and explained and showed the problem to the guy who came. He left, came back with cleaning stuff, disappeared inside the bathroom for some minutes and left. However he didn't clean the toilet bowl! No idea what he did inside. Had to call house keeping again to rectify.

I am already staying in the Hotel and I am so impressed by their service that I felt like writing some genuine words on this Sunday. This is my third visit here and I generally stay for business purpose. The quality of room , its cleanliness is simply amazing and spacious even the standard rooms . Each and every staff is very polite and humble …recently I came across house cleaning staff “Mr.Gulab” who was very polite and professional at his work . I must say it’s the best place for a stay if you are planning to stay in Noida or Mayur Vihar region. For me as it’s already my 3rd visit it’s my Home away from Home!!🤩

I am enjoying stay at this hotel, as I am still staying for one more day. thanks to Saradindu (staff) for providing good service 👍 Worth to mention, the only issue is with room consumable items. We trust the brand therefore we made 100%advance for room booking 15 days in advance; and front desk ask me another (4K) security money while check-in to avail the room consumables items. If we won’t consume then the hotel will pay back balance money in 24-48 hr after checkout. Looks like hotel doesn’t trust the guest. Then why should we keep our money with hotel for 48hr after checkout? Apart from this, I must say the hotel staff is friendly and supportive. Property is good. Thank you .

The ambiance was so good. In reception team was very helpful. The restaurant is too looking very good and clean. Breakfast was excellent, dinner was excellent at all, with a value of money price. Overall, I would definitely prefer or recommend it to anyone.

Food was nice. Vallet parking should be quick and responsive. Unknowingly I went to park my own car and being new to the place, I had to spend 15 minutes trying to find the way out of the place except for the fire exit and vehicle ramps. Rest was pretty cool. Roads outside of the hotel exit can be a lot better as well.

The hotel is Located at a great location and has very modern amenities. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel premises are very nice, with great pool area. The Restaurant was great. Good quality food and good staff/waiters. The lounge area outside was also very cool. Overall experience was great and would highly recommend.

Been here couple of times for business trips and the experience has been great. Nice, cozy rooms and a positive ambience overall. My requests were taken care of during the check-in, which was very smooth. I specifically enjoyed the breakfast menu and in-room dining options were also adequate. Special shout-out to Kunal for the good service!

It was good but few things which I didn't like about my stay in this hotel are: 1. No bathrobes provided. They are charging same as 5 star hotel but no such facilities. 2. No bathtub in washroom. 3. No noise cancellation/sound proof in rooms. Too much of noise was coming from the next room and the corridor. 4. Breakfast food was also limited and no varieties. Some items were very tasty and some were not edible. So a mixed review with food items. But in cleanliness, hygiene and amenities it was great and they should work on the above limitations.

I attended my best friend's engagement and marriage. Engagement hall in the ground floor is spacious which can easily accommodate 50+ members. Marriage venue was outdoor beside the pool. Loved the ambience and decor. Lot of food options. Service is superb. Staff is courteous. Rooms are spacious and we'll maintained. I totally enjoyed the wedding.

Overall had an amazing time. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Had variety in breakfast and dinner buffet, taste was also good . In beverage i thought they could have offered more. Swimming pool was good. Nothing that bothered me here.

The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. Very prompt to our requests. When we needed extra help with my father and they were kind and accommodating to our needs. We had our dinner everyday at the hotel and it was just what we needed - comfort food ! All in all, the staff was the best.

Stayed there for one night during a business trip - the rooms were well maintained and we had a pleasant stay. The Asian restaurant is highly recommended - the chef did an equally good job catering to all different Asian cuisines from Japanese to Korean The service at the front desk was a bit slow but they were exceptionally patient with all our queries. The only drawback was that all the power outlets in the room were very poorly maintained - hence making it close to impossible to get things charged overnight

My experience was average with the hotel. Firstly they simple denied to work on the special request that has been made for the room. Then the AC was not at all cooling in the room. No bath robe were provided in the room. Breakfast was poor - not much varieties. Breakfast area was too crowded. Only 2-3 staff were appointed at the breakfast area for serving and more than 100 people were there in breakfast area. People had to wait outside the restaurant for their turn on table ( which was really shocking to see). Pool: Pool towels and room towels were of very poor quality. No sun bed umbrella was there ! Sun bed were placed on grass ( where 70% was mud - which means if you will go to pool, you will carry sand in your foot ) Hotel is on off road of market. Good things: They allowed me to use the hotel services ( gym, pool and restaurant) even after checkout. Room services were good but can be worked upon. Cleanliness was there in hotel. Lockers were provided at the pool and gym area. Pool water was at good temperature.

Recently I had been to Holiday Inn,Mayur Vihar Phase 1 extension ,Delhi for a surprise dinner given to me by my family. I enjoyed the delicious food there especially their honey chilly Lotus stem and garlic fried rice were awesome. There was a cute oh so cute tiny delicious chocolate birthday cake arranged for me and it was so artistically done by them . The service was good and the interior was also artistically done. Another highlight of Holiday Inn is it's accessibility. Just loved being there !!!!

The service and location of this hotel were top-notch (prime location within 10-20km of Delhi's best sights). The staff, particularly Mr. Pradeep from room service, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Although I missed some exclusive perks for Diamond Elite members, the overall experience was undeniably positive.

Great service and staff, very customer friendly. Also I got great rates. Very nice people , security is very good too. Food is super tasty and healthy. All and all very nice experience staying at Holiday Inn. In the past I had stayed with diff brands of hotels in Haridwar and Kashmir and didn’t have that good experience. So decided to change this time and got good hotel.

Visited cafe on 3 as a guest Loved the way Chef Shiva curated our meal . He went extra mile and baked a delicious chicken pizza which had pepperoni chicken tikka and the thin crust was super crispy . Great hospitality. Chef Shiva rocks 😁

From the very first night we were here upper management took care of us when we had some issue with our Taxi. They handled it very professionally and helped us greatly. We had such a great stay at this Holiday Inn. We stayed 4 nights and every single day we received the best service. The breakfast staff was so fantastic and very attentive. One of the managers Rohit Bhandari lead his team very well and they took great care of us. Virendra Mehta kept my room very clean during my stay and even stocked my room with extra water bottles because I was finishing them each day! He is an awesome man and a very hard worker!

We love this hotel! They make us feel like we are coming home to family! Front desk staff has done everything to make our check in/out smooth. Breakfast options are endless but the staff is really what makes breakfast delightful! So many friendly faces! Even the room attendant became our best friend! Virendra was always so attentive! I can’t say enough good things about this place! Beds, shower, pool, ambience, gym, A/C…it’s all been wonderful!

Adil was a very helpful person, taken care of our room and excellent services. However in the room lights were really less and we have to keep charon open to get outside light. A watch in th room must be there in any way either in telephone or any physical watch. Room was very cold and pleasant.

My experience at this hotel has been excellent. All the staff are respectful, welcome and accommodating. I arrived very late and I was made to feel at home. Both breakfast and dinner were lovely. The house keeping services are excellent. Thanks to Mr Sanjay from the housekeeping team. The place is conveniently located near New Delhi and has a metro station at walking distance. The overall experience at hotel has been amazing.

The hotel rooms were very old and the room service were also not so good. Breakfast provided was ok. The staffs around the breakfast area were not efficient too. The lady manager was good and kept taking feedbacks. Overall my 10 days of stay in Holiday Inn was not good experience

First, Shikha, she has a very sincere and a caring personality. She never let things slide when it comes to the comfort of all the guests. Service was really good! Nice and clean place to stay. Hotel doesn’t have queen size bed, it is just twin size only when it says it is queen size. Restaurant staff is really good. Breakfast is really good and staff goes out of way to help you.

The hotel rooms are very old and the quality of the rooms are not that great. The service and the staff are not that great as well. The breakfast though is very good and served in a very good location at the third floor next to the swimming pool. The waiting staff there were not that efficient either, may be due to the rush, but there was a lady manager who was very courteous and eager to help. Overall the stay was not too bad.

Please reply stay from the hustle of city, calm location easily accessible via public transport. Liked the hygiene and food quality. Staff attended to me with care for my first business travel in the post covid times

Outstanding service. The staff here are so courteous and well-behaved. They go above and beyond to help their customers with various things such as luggage services, printing services etc. Room service is fantastic, rooms are spacious and well maintained. They are adhering to COVID protocols and mask mandates in exemplary fashion which makes staying at this place safe and sound.

Food was cold. Taste wise little below average but not bad. Room and cleanliness was fine.

Don't waste your money coming to this place. They don't even have jet sprays available, while they have American toilets. They don't have proper plug points available in room. Very unprofessional, even when you complain about your experience. Although staffs are good.

Most of the rooms were smelling of cigarettes. I found a shoe print on the couch of the room we stayed. Cleanliness was below average.

Stayed here for 8 days and overall stay was great. Akhilesh from housekeeping provided punctual service on all days. Due to COVID protocols only in room dining is available and meals were tasty and fresh on most days. Great view from the hotel room and the rooms are spacious.

Experience Was good. Staff Behaviour was supportive. I didn't like 2 things. Housekeeping person clean the room in our absence . There was no jet system in toilet , you have to use tissue paper for whipping.

Good location metro is close by.Centrally located in between Noida and Delhi. This is my second stay here. I am back here for good food and in room dining also provided close to home cooked meal as I ask. Rooms are also very clean n cozy. Will definitely stay here again

At best a 3 star property. Age does shows up on rooms. We were assigned a non smoking room while tobacco smell was pretty evident in rest rooms.. Thankfully we switched on the AC in ventilation mode and it helped a lot. Nothing too strong... Good things... Their breakfast spread is excellent for variety and taste.. Healthy options.. Overall a decent property...

Pros : 1. Location - easy access to Metro, Aieport and nearby shopping areas and in a calm place. 2. Front office response is good. 3. Breakfast spread is decent and good. 4. Room service for In-Room dining is good and food tasty. Cons : Not much to complain, but, my room 737 did not have coat hangers, one cupboard had broken shelf (left unattended), No Ironbox, No shoe mitt to polish, bed linen could've been changed or washed better., looked dull. All these are small things which can be fixed. And i hope these are taken care of soon. Considering the Pros listed above, this place is still a good try.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a junior suite, which for one person is too large, but i won't complain. Room was very modern, all amenities. Hotel premises are very nice, with great pool area. The Restaurant was great. Good quality food and good staff/waiters. The lounge area outside was also very cool. Overall a nice hotel.
