This property is very old and losing shine by the day. Booked two nights with family and had a Terrible experience. Most of the service staff were chasing for feedback for low quality service or day of your checkout to get good review. Only great point of this property is breakfast. Otherwise, did not find proper service right from front desk. Room was given to us in second tower top floor and left alone with no one to guide. We even got lost during our way. Rooms are also very small for the price you pay. Even at breakfast table, no one will check if you exist. This is my own experience last week as we went to spend a special occasion there but very disappointed. I could have got better value for money or experience with 2 or 3 star hotel in Delhi city center.

After staying at many 5 star hotels and getting all things in mind i will give them 2 star only. There were many things which were in my mind while giving this review. First off all i booked a room and i get 2 twin beds just joined together and were covered with bedsheets. i was very uncomfortable coz of this. There was not even bathrobes present in my room. Even i have to ask them for each and every thing in my room by calling them again and again. only one pool is working there. Food was great and other things were nice but i didn't liked the room as much i liked their all other services.

The Leela Ambience Hotel is a nice hotel. Happened to visit the hotel during an event called Tiska Pageants in December 2023. The staff is quite cooperative and food is quite tasty. It was well decorated for Christmas. The ambiance is superb specially the area around the 2 swimming pools. The born fire 🔥 step is one of its kind. The bar is very well maintained, having almost all the brands. Overall good package.

Average Restaurants / Food Ambience was fine Dining Experience can be improved. All i could hear while i was dining was loud chattering and barely audible music. Delayed service. Some Dishes are good, while others are just average. No Dedicated Table Steward, Had to call them up after looking for one, everytime i needed something. Staff is courteous Location is Good. I stayed here for 3 nights to attend a business conference. The hotel is huge with plenty of space to move around. The rooms are good and spacious for a city like Delhi. All rooms have large glass windows with a good view. The service is fine and prompt with an always smiling staff. The only disappointment is the food. Not only was our banquet buffet below par, the buffet at Cafe Knosh (I had dinner & breakfast buffet) was also nothing great. The spread was not very wide, and the taste was quite ordinary. Overall we had a pleasant stay, will surely consider staying again.

The hotel is located nearby two metro stations, Karkardooma and Mansarovar Park. The ambience of hotel is very pleasant and cheerful. Covid Protocols are being followed meticulously by the staff. The property looks grand and the interiors are lavishly designed. The food quality is good and variety is there in menu to give pleasure to your taste buds. The rooms are spacious and well organised, the view from the room is amazing. The Hotel staff at all places are very courteous and helpful. Stayed for a night, have no complaints. Would like to specially mention the hospitality of the place. Everything was prepared and served instantly in the room and during the breakfast buffet. The food was exceptionally good. Mr. Nitin and Mr. Krashna definitely deserves a special mention. Pancakes is one thing I can have anyday. Totally recommending it to my friends and family.

Amazing hospitality. I’ve been to several five star hotels, but the hospitality of The Leela ambience Delhi is unmatched. Starting from the reception, they made us feel very welcome. Staffs are very helpful and note every minor details. It was my birthday and they figured this out and when I was out they decorated my room with lots of sweet gestures. The hotel has a good location because it is away from the city crowd. Although we shared details in advance, the check-in and check-out took a while. The room was not completely ready, there was a broken electric plug, and the requested extra bed and towels were missing. However, upon reporting to the manager, housekeeping resolved the issues. The Chef and restaurant served well. Dinner with live music and breakfast service was good. The quality of towels, room cleanliness, hygiene and overall ambience were good. The sea-off complimentary by the hotel was a good gesture.

It is a luxurious property in East Delhi. Quite accessible from all sides. Hospitality is very good and staff is cordial. Food is delicious. This review is about attending a wedding in the 'Sapphire' Hall of this Hotel. Hall is relatively smaller in size, better suited for corporate parties/meetings, etc. (However, there are other halls also for parties like wedding, Birthdays etc.) Food quality and taste - 8.5/10. Location and locality - 8/10. Service - 7/10. Decor and interior - 6/10.

Recently, hosted my sister’s wedding there. The banquet staff was not at all helpful or understanding. On the day of the wedding, they gave us a really hard time. They also tried to extort money from us at the end moment. I strictly advise anyone considering hosting an event in the banquet to avoid this hotel. The banquet managers / sales team should definitely learn some people’s skills.

Only the location is good, I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. I font like services. In my room there is no dental kit as well as there are no slippers. The person took 15minutes to provide dental kit. Worst food ever. Mostly I stayed in hotels, but the experience with The Leela was Worst. I didnt expect this service from them. Totally disappointed with them. My mistake to book the hotel.

Although I am giving a 5 star rating but I was not happy with the front desk. But I don’t want to dilute the effort and service of other people for very good service and the Management for maintaining a nice hotel. Special shout out to House keeping staff Vineet and Cafe knosh staff Anil for the great service and going above and beyond to make us feel special and important. Overall a very nice hotel, nice spacious rooms, good food and good service. The front desk team need to work more cohesively as a team and take care of guests rather then doing there own little job. Lot of things happened at every step with them which could have been avoided. The freshers on the front desk are not good and should be supervised more carefully.

We had an amazing stay at the Leela can't tell you how friendly and helpful the staff are The facilities and the staff were absolutely amazing The breakfast options and service were a delight Our room was gorgeous and we had buffet there This buffet is class personified and this was part of our package deal, so we decided to give it a shot. We were so impressed with the vast array of foods to choose from and they were all so beautifully displayed (I took video of several stations, including the bakery). The service was good and the decor is beautiful. Our only wish is that we were big eaters so we could have enjoyed more of the delicious food offered there Mr Krishna done a great job he served us really well and made a cheerful environment.

Buffet breakfast and dinner have various options to choose from; if you are a foodie, you will have a gala time. The swimming pool is clean and maintained well. Although the entire staff is courteous, right from the hotel entrance to the time you check out, I have some notable names to mention, with whom I frequently interacted during the stay. 1) Akshit: Evening manager at Café Knosh, where the buffet is served. Gem of a person and who from the beginning had put in more than 100 % to make sure my stay indeed remains a memorable one. Thank You for Butter Chicken and Gulab Jamun, One of the best I ever had. 2) Rakshit and Hariom: Club Cuba and Café Knosh Associates, A good storyteller, Quite engaging. Knows well how to treat the guests. 3) Kamya: Associate at Reception, Quite Helpful, Good Listener, and understand her guests well. 4) Rishu: Head of Room Services and House Keeping, extremely courteous and gave us more of what he could deliver in his role. Quite active and a good person to start a conversation. 5) Mahender Jee: Head Chef, jolly person, and one of the best chefs I have met. There is magic in his hands, Whatever he cooks becomes much more delicious. Thank You for Butter Chicken. 6) Nitin and Raj: Mangers at Café Knosh, Both know well how to engage their guests in good conversations. Quite courteous, quick, and helpful in their service duties. This was our first visit at the Leela and rooms are equipped with new technology......Leela experience was extremely cool the location seems so cool and also the services were at the top list and the food taste that was cool that was supper wow. The palace location was just like a fly. And the water view i cannot describe it. The words for this are less. Had the best time at THE LEELA hotel.

I am doing internship here the staff is quite nice with the guests. The only thing you may mind is speakers are not allowed in rooms 😂but all rooms do have speakers so don't just worry. All departments are hardworking. ♥️

This property is 5 Star hotel located in Old Delhi, Shahdara. The reception of this hotel is located on 3rd Floor. The rooms of this hotel are not too big and not too small with all the essential amenities. The surrounding view from the hotel is quite scenic during sunrise and sunset. The washrooms are quite big with all the modern amenities and bath fittings and essentials. The staff of the hotel was quite humble and supportive. One should note that the rooms are fitted with smoke detectors as smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited otherwise a fine of Rs. 20000/- is added in the bill.

Visited this property to attend an international event and the nicest thing I can say that they very well managed it. Washroom were Clean. Hospitality was awesome.Food is also good. We went to attend a business party at The Leela. Party hall was big, clean and equipped with all required amenities. I liked a few starters that were served and waiters were quick to service your requests. Dinner was disappointing for me as it was kinda bland and not the taste that you would like in Delhi food, however, desserts were just amazing. Stayed here for 3 nights, rooms were clean and the hotel is big - but lacks open space or greenery around it. Their food and restaurant buffet breakfast is great having good spread. Restaurant service is little slow which can be improved. Special mention for Nishant at front office and Avdhesh for housekeeping , they made our stay comfortable all through.

But when everyone is enjoying the environment, food, songs, then people at bar should cooperate and open the bar for at least till 11:30 PM IST. I went there to celebrate my office party at the evening.

This place is super comfy! It has multiple cafes inside but it has been so well managed, that ambience wise I would give it 5/5. This place is super clean and well maintained. Went there to have lunch at cafe knosh, the place offers multiple cuisines and delicious desserts. Do go for buffet here. You will live the variety! It has got too much to offer! A must try cafe.

My honest review Usually I stay either 4or 4 star hotels but my experience here was not so great especially with front desk. I started morning from Bangalore and reached Leela hotel about 1 PM.. Good experience Hotel room Ambience Hotel and breakfast serving team House keeping Not good experience 1. I was literally waiting for more than 30 min only for check In. I have told the same to front desk team on this issue. 2. After I check in went for city tour some one entered the room because I saw some cakes on desk.. (without intimation) 3. Its too far from city centre, when I asked about distance over phone booking it was told it's not great far. 4. Even for exit same experience with front desk team Rest all was good and good stay on Leela.

This is a perfect hotel for all your travel and stay needs. Right in the centre of the city... All you need is right there. The services are great. The pricing is on the higher side but the quality makes up for it. The only thing I didn't like was the small portion sizes of the meals... I mean 1 portion should at least be enough for an adult, but it's not.... Rest everything is top notch.
