    Took the basic suite. It was nice. Needs more ventilation, though. The running water was extremely hard and salty. The lighting and beds were very nice. Wifi was unstable.

    I regret to say that my stay at Venizia Sarovar Portico has been nothing short of a nightmare. I encountered multiple issues that were left unresolved despite several attempts to seek assistance. The first problem arose with the air conditioning, which was not functioning properly. I called the front desk multiple times, but their attempts to fix the issue proved futile. As a result, my room was unbearably uncomfortable throughout my stay. As if that weren't enough, the situation worsened when the ceiling started leaking, creating an even more unpleasant and unsanitary environment. I immediately requested a room change, hoping for a more suitable accommodation. However, this simple request turned into a frustrating ordeal, as they failed to provide the promised extra bed we had booked. Every time I reached out to the reception, I was met with unfulfilled promises and a complete lack of responsibility. The level of service I experienced during my stay was subpar, to say the least. The unresponsiveness and lack of attention to guests' needs are inexcusable and completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming to offer quality service. I hope this review serves as a warning to other potential guests who may be considering staying at this hotel. It's clear that their management needs to address the numerous issues plaguing their establishment to provide a more comfortable and satisfying experience for their guests.

    Worst service experience from the hotel. The floors were not cleaned properly and you cannot walk bare footed. The liquid soap was not filled in the bath area. Only the shower was working. Could not change it to tap. Food ordered through their scan App was not even noticed by the staff and gave a strange reply that the hotel was sold out as a reason for missing out. I had booked the room including the breakfast, but to my surprise they said I am not allowed to have the breakfast and was a little rude in telling to confirm with the reception. The reception staff missed updating the correct plan while on check in. All together very bad experience and an array of Missing Out....

    Absolutely do not stay there ever. They never pick up the phone at late hrs. The shower had only hot water. Room decor is average. Breakfast is repetitive. After a fantastic stay - Sarovar Portico @ Amritsar, it was a very disappointing stay here.

    I recently stayed at this hotel, and here's my review: The hotel's location is undoubtedly a strong point, being conveniently situated near the Model Town metro station. I had the opportunity to try their food during a previous visit, and I found it to be quite delightful, with a pleasant touch of mild spices. The head chef's humility added a personal and welcoming touch to the dining experience. However, during this stay, I encountered a series of challenges. I had booked a room with meals, but unfortunately, the Goibibo app glitch prevented me from accessing the food service. Furthermore, my booking was not confirmed, leading me to question the reliability of booking through Goibibo in the future. On a positive note, the hotel staff provided excellent service, and they supplied a dental kit, although it required a phone call to request. It would be more convenient if such amenities were readily available in the room without the need for a call. One minor inconvenience was the absence of slippers in the room, which would have added to the overall comfort. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future. However, I wholeheartedly agree that booking through Goibibo may not be the best choice for future visits, and I will explore other booking options for my next stay.

    Good hotel. Neat and clean. The rooms are comfortable. Only drawback of the room is the bathroom lock is not working properly so if you take room then check the bathroom lock first They have a QR code based ordering system from room I was stay here with my friends for attending a function near this hotel so I stay here good hotel and location is also good

    Pathetic experience. This should not be called a 4-star hotel. Mosquitoes in the room. Small sized room and smaller washrooms. Breakfast items were not good either. The roadside street shops cook better than this hotel’s chefs. Poor quality of food, everything was cold even at 9am. No packed mineral water provided in the rooms. Water in my room tasted so bad. Food orders in the room are delayed upto an hour despite multiple follow ups. We used their food ordering app but no one in the restaurant staff checks the orders. All in all, I wasted my 6000 INR. I’ll ensure none of my knowns or I stay there ever again!

    I have been to other Sarovar portico hotels. They are way better than this one. We stayed on ground floor and the bathroom tap was leaking. Inspite of us complaining multiple times, there wasn't anything done for the same. Breakfast was really bad. Being in Delhi comes with certain expectations when it comes to food. These guys were below average in food.

    I definitely wouldn't call this place a 4 star hotel. The room seemed to be falling apart as soon as the porter put our bags down he knocked off a wooden tile from wall. The AC started leaking water on my suitcases and the maintenance guy we called told me it's normal and put a towel on the floor. The hotel doesn't allow outside food but they didn't have much choices for food and my young child couldn't eat the spicy food they sent up for room service despite our requests for non spicy meals. The ladies at reception were being extremely difficult and uncooperative at check out despite our tour manager making the final payment. We had to wait in the lobby for over half hour surrounded by mosquitoes at a "4 star hotel". Don't waste your money at this hotel!!

    Good hotel. Neat and clean. The rooms are comfortable. Only drawback is the room service. They have a QR code based ordering system from room that no one looks into and serves..even if we order it takes ages or forgotten.

    This is a decent hotel for business travelers. It seems to be fully booked most of the time. The hotel is a small one, with a decent restaurant with good food options. They can improve the room service and housekeeping. e.g. They have limited items being delivered in the room service and they request the guests to come down to restaurant. On the housekeeping side, despite our explicit request, the room wasn't cleaned. On asking why, we were told that it was cleaned only the same morning (and they won't do it despite us doing an early check-in and hence needing the cleaning). TLDR - Overall a decent place. They can improve the room service and housekeeping.

    Location of the property is great and the food is good. These are perhaps the only positives in the property. The rooms desperately need renovation especially the bathrooms. Front office staff is unprofessional, careless and thoughtless

    The location is superb! Parking space ample on roadside. Service and food quality with other amenities since not yet tried, is not ethical to give feedback on such an important and prestigious Google platform. Awaiting an opportunity to visit Venizia and experience it.

    Amazing hotel for stay, excellent food..love their coffee and cheese sandwich. It's also got a big playhouse for kids.. great meet up point too. Highly recommended.

    The experience at hotel was not good at all. Even they do not allow visitor in day time. When I tried to talk to manager his attitude of manager is very bad. Also their terms and conditions language is very wage. Not recommended

    This hotel sucks as they dont provide services at all. I called them to deliver water in the room and even after an hour no one showed up. Inspite of my reminders they just give it a deaf year. When i called them again the duty manager said he doesnt know anything about it. This hotel rooms sucks.

    We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The food was very nice with breakfast having good amount of food options. The staff including the ones at the restaurant as well as front desk and porter were very humble and provided very good service. Only fall back was the rooms were a little old and washrooms need some renovation but apart from that it was good.

    Property seems nice but is actually average in room part. On MMT, the supreme room shows 350 sqft, rather it is not more than 260-270 by any means. There were insects all around, if we look beneath the bed, it was like cleaned years ago. Breakfast was otherwise good...

    Stay was very comfortable. The staff is very well behaved. Mr Shankar dealt exceptionally well and is an asset. Mr Sachin and Preeti provided very good service.

    Experience wasn’t good at all. Issues: Intercom wasn’t working. Even after complaining 4 times. There was very low light which made it difficult for me to work and do my makeup as I had an important function to attend. The AC was continuously dripping water in front of the cupboard mirror. The water wasn’t even cleaned before we arrived. Whatever room service you order, it took 40-50 minutes to arrive. Not many options in breakfast too. I would’ve rather had breakfast outside. Overall very bad experience.

    Overall a ok stay..got a work near to shalimar bagh..booked this hotel for that..as per reviews i thought it will b horrible..but my exp is its not bad..staff is motivated..rooms are ok..morning buffet is ok..as per the charge i am happy

    I accidentally booked two hotel rooms for wrong date and prepaid it , just within a minute of booking i contacted the hotel and told them my problem it was night time so the staff told me to contact them in the morning as the manager would be there and likely i will get my refund. But in the morning when i called the hotel the manager denied my request without even considering that it was a mistake and i just wasted my money. This was the worst experience i have ever faced with a hotel.

    1. Service is super good, fulfilled all requests instantly. 2. Staff is super helpful, and very well behaved. 3. Room are clean and tidy, just floors are not, sticky due to cleaning by sanitizer not water. 4. Location is good. Just some traffic on adjacent roads. 5. Good and tasty food. Menu is genuinely priced. 6. If you opt for MAP(with dinner) or CP plan(with breakfast), I think it is in buffet otherwise rest is room service. 7. They even fulfill requests for early check-in and late checkout ... if possible. 8. Guests not allowed in room, only lobby or restaurant. 9. No smoking in whole building. They charge 2000 as cleaning charge for smoking. 10. Enough car parking for 10-20 cars inside building with valet, also provide pick and drop on charges I guess.

    I spent 14500 for 2 night stay from 16 to 18 july . As its 4 star hotel but according to me it should be budget hotel aur 2 star hotel . The restrooms were so dirty and in rooms the eminity was not there . You may found a Good hotel in this price if you are spending 15000 for 2 nights The reception and the lobby are there was no ac working .even the reception employees were using कूलर . The hospitality was very poor . And one important they dont allowed visitors. So when ever booking kindly check all the rooms and service then only make booking dont give more then 2000 rs for 1 day ...

    This hotel definitely is an example of exemplary customer service. Reception staff were very helpful especially Shivani. Also Mr. Anil and Shankar were very cooperative. Housekeeping staff were also very attentive.The breakfast is satisfactory. Rooms are clean although the some amenities is little aged., but again is not an issue if you are here for a travel purpose.Overall great place and staff.

    Amazing staff. Nice place to stay.. network is ofcourse an issue in entire area. But hotel provides WIFI. Reception team is amazing in handling situations. I ordered for food and stuff. Everything came by the promised time. Staff were very courteous to inform me before hand of anything was delayed. Thanks team.

    Decent hotel in this location, services are below average, have to ask again and again to get the work done. Prices are overrated. Some if the rooms are very smelly and reception staff will not change your room even after many reminders, they prefer to sell their dead room without any view and will always say that the rooms are sold out which will never be the case.

    This hotel is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to in my entire life. If I could I would not even give this place one star, it deserves 0 stars. Please never book this hotel ever. It doesn’t have good service, the hotel is not well maintained. It’s not worth your hard earned money. There is no hand wash in the bathrooms the card key is not working in the entire hotel. It’s not well build. Please don’t come to this place at all costs. The rooms are not even worth ₹1000. There was even cigarette smell in one of the rooms and there is even a cat inside the hotel.

    Hotel is good... I have enjoyed their services four to five times in last one year. Normally i would like to stay in GV as this is good hotel in North-East delhi. Only issue in the hotel is - mobile network. Must look into this..
