This is a budget hotel, don't expect too much luxury. For solo travelers it a good option as it is very near to the New Delhi railway station and near to airport metro station (which help to reach airport very quickly). To get taxi from Ginger hotel is difficult. Service is 3.5 stars, cleanliness 3.5 stars. They were too helpful to us as they allow us late check out and provide luggage storage facility after checking out.

Short walk from the New Delhi Railway Station. Efficient front desk staff. We stayed for about 4 hours for a bath and some sleep before we caught our evening train. Clean room, working tea coffee maker with sufficient stocking. Functional bathroom with clean towels. However, they need to have an attractive day time only pricing. Could fetch more customers.

Seemingly near New Delhi Railway Station but you have no option but to walk for 20 minutes in scorching heat as no Cab or Auto will go for such a short ride. Rooms are primitive and I'll maintained. Hotel looks dilapidated. Check in can be a nightmare. If you arrive early, they will keep you waiting for hours. Horrible experience. Best to avoid.

I would not say it budgeted or non budgeted hotel but room was good and comfortable. Good thing is they have 2 single bed room and queen size bed room then 4 single bed room. We can say it family room or friends room. Only one thing the enterance is blocked by autos and rickshawas. Otherwise its the perfect place to stay near to New Delhi Railway station. I think its managed by IRCTC.

Fir the price, the family room was okay. Four beds. Reasonably clean. Toilets are rather small. A fat person won't fit! Food in the restaurant was very good and prices were rather cheap. But the worst part is hotel's approach road. There is no indication from the main road. The entry is shown as Parcel shed. A prominent board must be put up. Front office girls looked hassled. They can do with a more smiling face.

We took a family room which comprised of 4 individual beds, the room was comfortable, AC functionality could be improved, hot water when you bath in the noon (can't complain, I guess). You get good food at their inhouse restaurant (The Square Meal). I'm looking forward for staying there again.

Location of this hotel is the best if you want to board a train at New Delhi. There are ample eating joints nearby, and the place is buzzing for most parts of the day. Hotel rooms are good but a bit small. Cleanliness can be better. Also hotel maintenance needs more attention as many equipments in rooms like landline and electric appliances are not working.

This is a hotel locked on prime location and easy to reach but in similar manner it is costly too. If you want to stay in dormitory, it will cost more than ₹ 600 for single day. If you want private room, you will get only 3 water bottles (half litre each) and nothing else even you have to pay more than ₹ 2000 for a day. Room is very small and you will get a single towel if you want to take shower. AC is there in rooms but ventilation in rooms is not good. In bathroom, you will not get shop and or any liquid with you can wash your hands. Luckily, I was able to get shampoo in room and managed with that only. Registration process of hotel is also very lengthy. If you want to get a room vastly, you have to give atleast 20 minutes for registration. I found that staff was helpful but even their process is very slow. I am not interested in writing about covid-protocols because it is almost same on most of places in India.

The hotel is near Delhi Railway station. But the way to reach there from railway station is a bit hard to find. 1. The price is average. Not so costly. Suitable for 1-2 night stay. 2. The hotel is couple friendly. 3. The staff is good enough to be professional. 4. The rooms are in good condition. Not so big, not so small. There is a bed, cupboard, washroom, toiletries, table - all the basic needs will be satisfied. 5. There is no split air conditioner, which we normally expect in the hotels, specifically in Delhi. There is only a window air conditioner, which functions like a cooler. It is so much noisy that you can not sleep with it on. And also, it makes the makes the skin sticky. 6. The wifi was not so good. You can do normal surfing and attend calls online. But it can be disconnected anytime. 7. It is better to order food from Zomato or Swiggy rather than from the hotel kitchen. It is very expensive there. Overall, I would recommend it for temporary stay. But do not expect too much from the hotel.

Decent hotel at this price at a location where it is very convenient for people like me who frequently take metro and also trains to travel different cities. Food is excellent and very cheap. I wonder, how they manage to maintain quality at these prices.wonderful. I liked it

The rooms are poorly maintained. We found spiders under the covers. The lights didnt work properly and the AC was broken. Service was abysmal. It took over half an hour to get towels. When room service was called they didn't pick up the first few times! The staff was polite though. Location wise it's right next to the railway station and has access to the metro. Only stay here if you don't care about things like comfort, hygeine and bug free rooms.

A Tata Hotel without any goodness. Dilapidated condition. Takes a very long walk from New Delhi Railway Station. Checking In is time consuming. Staff don't care about customers. Luggage has to be carried by Guests themselves. Wouldn't recommend a stay here.

The daily quota of drinking water, tea bags are only replenished after reminding the reception people. No other source of drinking water supply. At least a RO machine should be there at each floor. Still laundry services has not started.

Amazing location nothing can beat it. Approach is a little tricky. Eateries are dime a dozen. Rooms are a bit old. Bathrooms are quiet small. Service is great Payal, Sampa and Suraj have special mentions. All the shortcomings made up by location. 1 or 2 day short stays are great. IRCTC Food plaza is literally next door give decent options. Rooms definitely need refurbishing...

It was a good budget stay hotel you will not get luxury but good basic room nearby new delhi metro station. Food of the inhouse restraunt square meal was good and affordable rates. Only discomfort I faced is there intercom not working properly and sound from outside and inside were going out there.

The stay was comfortable as per the budget hotel range. Located at a very convenient place with multiple commute options. The hospitality was up to the standard with neat and clean room. Ideally can club breakfast and make it Bed and Breakfast Option.

Near to New Delhi Railway Station. Good Hotel as transit or for few days stays. Neat and clean. Does have parking space. Does also has restaurant. Budget hotel but nice and clean. Restaurant bit on higher side but you have options nearby for food.

Nice place to stay if you are traveling to delhi for work or for one day... Near to the New Delhi railway station Orange line and yellow line metro station Clock room available

The place is quite basic, so if you are looking for a budget place this would suit you. The approach to the place is confusing and easy to miss the first time so if you are coming by taxi, go slow as you enter the station area or you will miss the entrance road (it is right next to the exit from New Delhi Railway Station on Ajmeri Gate side). The staff service is adequate. There is a restaurant inside that serves a basic menu. A Metro entrance is just 2 minutes walk from it, which is the best thing about the place.

Hotel is recently maintained, but age of the building shows in the rooms more than in the common areas.

If you want to catch a train and looking for good hotel nearby this one is good for one night although this price little bit more if compared to quality of room. But i wanted a reliable safe place near to railway station than definately this place is recommended. It is clean and hygienic and staff is also polite and very helpful. Food was also good
