This is the worst managed hotel I've ever been a part of. They have 142 rooms but have a severe shortage of staff when it comes to managing those rooms. I had guests on the occasion of my marriage from both sides that can prove my review. I don't know where to begin but the most important aspect is of movement of people and luggage from one floor to other for which they only have two lifts and there is no service lift available. People had to wait 15-20 mins just to get the lift on their floor. During check out I had to wait 30 minutes just for the lift to arrive with all the luggage I had. All their floors emergency exists are locked permanently well if there is such catastrophic lift service then atleast those exists can be opened so that people can move properly from one to other floor. Coming to room service: Average waiting time 1 hour. Need I say more? Food: I had asked for a dinner of 15 people on one day and it was anything but good. It was cold and lacked taste. It improved fortunately in the upcoming days and that was the only good thing I can say.

I was an ex-employee here, let me tell you that if you are thinking to join here as an accountant, then leave such thoughts out of your mind.. Because the finance department of this hotel are very rude, uses street language and treat you like an outsider. Their behavior is completely unprofessional. The hotel looks good the interrior is okay and the stuff they have are bad. The bed, couch and every thing else is too cheap quality, they don't even provide basis things like dental kit and shampoo we had to buy everything form them. One of the worst experience in hotels i ever had.

I recently stayed at Caspia Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay.

The staff is so unprofessional that I'd never visit that place again. They kept making us uncomfortable by passing weird glances and giggling to each other. Terrible service no professionalism at all.

It is in a village. The rooms are fine. The food isn't good although it is expensive. You can watch the video I have posted. The service is such that they didn't have any toiletries in bathroom. When we asked. They came after 2 hours. We had to wait till 1:30 in the night

Over priced word suits them the best as they are not having room interiors as well as beds upto the mark. However food is also expensive and staff started asking to pay food bill at the time of delivery in room which was totally strage. Washroom sink is not having filter. Overall expereince was very poor.

If there was lesser rating than 1 , i would have given it. My family had booked this hotel for a wedding in the family. The experience was horrendous. The staff is rude, super slow and money minded. They do not understand hospitality at all. They charge for everything. Nothing to us was provided as promised. The food was horrible. They don't understand the word hygeine. Worst hotel ever. I visit Delhi frequently and would like to stay in Venezia, Hotel city park and Radison Paschhimvihar.. This time i tried this hotel, but very disappointed in terms of room service, behavior of reception staff.... Horrible. I booked premium room and in that room some complementary basket was included. Every day i have to ask for the same and when I call at reception... they asked me to call room service fellow. When I call at room service... they asked me to call at reception. And such ping-pong happened all the days i stayed. Never served full basket... Every day hotel staff intensely served one or two item less. On asking, they replied that " Serving tray full ho gayi thi... Me aabhi leke aata hu"... and never returned. My booking was of premium room, but washroom floor is not having proper slop so that water accumulated on the floor instead of draining. Towel quality was very poor... While using.. I found that micro fibers were on my face and on body & it is very difficult to notice it due to low lighting in room... One can be at laugh ( looks like Santa) if he/she go out in hurry without looking into mirror.

The area outside the lift had a very pungent smell, the bathroom sink and bathtub didn't have sink filters, curtain holder broke, in-house food is too expensive. Location and staff was good but the overall experience was below satisfactory.

Very pathetic service i have seen in my whole life in hotel industry. Dont ever try to come in this hotel as the behaviour of staff is really bad .Very disappointing from this .If u order 1 bowl of rice u have to pay first then they will give u something and if u want empty plates that are also chargeable same time at the time of food only . If u order chappti they say to do first payment of it then they will serve you . Like everything at the same time which is really not good . Dont ever visit in this place

The hotel is nice but what I didn't find good is their service. One has to ask them for a single thing again and again still there's no guarantee that it would be done. Also we asked them to upgrade the room but they denied. Overall the hotel is good but the hotel staff and their services aren't upto the mark.

I went to this hotel for one night. Loved the night club, I felt very good after going there.

Very nice place it is there are many big place and many rooms here to stay it is 10 floors available with attached banquets name of gola banquet there are many functions here with in delhi as well as outside people. There is gymnasium here in 10 floor. Lift is available for moving upwards and downwards.

If one can overlook the entry from Outer Ring Road.. rest all is very good. Reception staff, Manager Sales & all is good. Rooms neat & Clean with a v good city view. Tariff is also competetive.

A real family hotel. Very nice clean rooms. I had booked a premium room. Very tasty food. The staff is just superb. All of them just go all out to make you feel comfortable. Even the food can be cooked with spices which can cater to individuals palate. A fruit platter daily, anytime tea with cookies and the golden lining was the happy hour daily. Since I do no consume alcohol, I requested Diet Coke. The same was immediate made available. An excellent satisfying stay.

I stayed in Hotel Caspia last week, Nice Property, Amazing food, Staff is caring and very helpful, Location is also very good and very close to Metro Station. Park view is amazing. Definately I will visit again.

The stay was good. The rooms are spacious enough. I had a room at 8th floor. The view was good. We ordered food which was quite pricey as compared to the taste and quantity. One tea costs 85 here and noodles were not that good. Service is okay. Good for one time stay and for quick occasions..

The hotel is well placed, staffs behavior was OK. Some rooms are good but some are very bad. I booked three rooms. 1 was good, 2nd was OK but 3rd room was terribly bad. Furniture was 3rd class, bathroom was very small. Blankets were dirty. Doormats were missing. So be careful. However it is well placed, walking distance from Haiderpur Badli More Metro Station and on Outer Ring Road just opposite to Rohini Jail. They have good parking space. Food is very costly there.

Have seen this hotel in glory some years back. Currently the hotel is good earlier it used to excellent. The rooms and toilets have became a bit shaby. We need to ask for basic dental kits, shaving kits etc. Earlier this kits used to wait for you in the room. Food is ok not very good not very bad.

3 Star Hotel, easy accessible to public transport. Restaurant not maintened well, lot of space to improve. Suggestions: Improve WiFi Quality and Speed. Rooms Beds are kind of cots with medium quality spring beds, Inconvenient for Deep sleep. Toilet and Bathroom needs significantly Improvement, Proper 🧼 Shampoo holders. Daily cleaning of Bedsheets and Bed. Electric Kittle cleaning. Looks like Old building which required renewal of amenities. Overall Good 👍

I really enjoyed this tour. It was a calm and quiet place to relax. People in this area are helpful and friendly. The whole city is amiable. It is a very intriguing place. You would come again and again once you experience the variety of activities there. The city has all the modern facilities. I really loved visiting the city. It is an antiquated city. I wish I could stay in that village for some more days. It was such a peaceful place. I breathed in some fresh air there. I would love to go there with you again. To get a quiet place to write your next novel, go to the bungalow I have in the countryside. I was mesmerized by the scenic beauty of the countryside.

What was Good (ish) - Restaurant has above average food, their tea is nice (unsure about hygiene now) - Restaurant staff is great (big kudos to Rinku) - Very close to MAX HOSPITAL SHALIMAR BAGH in case that is what you need - Low tariff, though higher than OYOs nearby (even those may have been a better choice) Bad - Quite a list here - Maintenance is just really bad; walls are peeling in the hallways and fungal marks everywhere - The whole hotel stinks; I am talking really bad smells in the corridor to the room, toilet,restaurant - Cleaning/Housekeeping - Every white bedding/ towel/ pillowcase is gray and stained - The toilet has exposed wiring due to broken plugpoints (right near the sink) - The bathtub corner was broken, rusty layers exposed; was cleverly draped with a hand towel - Room facilities are filthy; kettle smelled foul, replacement had fungus - Room Service just wont give you hot water to drink, asking you to use the kettle above and eventually brought smelly water on insisting - Same smelly water used for coffee please save the money - Also, reception insisted they needed to check and see all my VISAs for a record check (an INDIAN PASSPORT, in INDIA) and apologised when I demanded an exact proof of regulations/ government body that needs this scrutiny. This was my second visit since during my July trip i was assured there was a lot of post COVID cleanup being done. I moved out after a night given

Rooms are small. There is fine of 2000 if smoking dine inside hotel. Too much mosquito everywhere in the hotel. Room rent varies according to occupancies.

Pathetic, rude, incourteous and ill mannered staff. I had to wait for my makeup clients in the lobby area for 2 hours. And I’m expecting (5months). I requested the front desk staff to provide me 2 cushions as it would comfort me during my wait for my makeup clients, they bluntly said No. Like seriously? There’s no humanity or courtesy left. Shame on your staff. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately, all I can say about the hotel is that although the efforts were given by the team on site, the good service thought and friendliness could not compensate for the rooms. We had very strong problems with humidity in the room, the windows could not be opened, so that we unfortunately had to spend the night in a very unpleasant smell.

I was paid 4000/- per night and booked for 3 Nights but there are no facility , unsupportive staff , No cleaning of wash rooms , poor drainage system, Extra Glass , plats, dental kit, Room sleeper, shaving Kit, Comb are chargeable . No amenities, Defective rooms lights . Even though I ordered for ice cubes they charge Rs. 105 / and very dirty bucket. Curtains of rooms was already damaged and not open properly.

We had booked 38 rooms with Caspia for our wedding function. The staff was really helpful and courteous. They were very co-operative and did everything they could to make our experience worthwhile. Any requests we made, they tried their level best to accommodate them. All and all, would love to recommend this place to everyone. Special shoutout to Divya and Himanshi (Also the bellboys).
