Excellent rooms, decor, High value for money, BUffet lunch/dinner is decent but can be spiced up with some more variety.... But surely a great experience staying , I rebooked twice already. The quality of service is amazing. Front desk and room service people are so hospitable AC and other flaws which i faced earlier were rectified i guess as i didnt faced the same issues

Fantastic place for stay at very economical rates.It has excellent location just in front of platform No 1 of Naraina Metro. The restaurant at this hotel serve all type of cuisine. However services are little delayed but it's a good budget hotel with full value for money. 1. Neat & Clean rooms & toilets. 2. Amenities in Room. 3. AC Cooling was Good . 4. services are good. Need to improve the menu and they should allow outside Food, Though after having word with manager the same was allowed

The Hotel Crown Park is very famous in this area. They provide very good customer service and customer satisfaction. They have more customers due to their customer service and customer satisfaction. The rooms here is very nice , Neat and clean. Room services is very nice and we can get good response immediately. So most of the customers prefers this hotel.

Location is very close to metro, breakfast is average with limited varieties. I heard from other guests that AC was not working and had water problem. You do not get network inside the room (Airtel and jeo) and the hotel WiFi was not functioning. Front desk staff were friendly and addressed the concerns raised. Thank you

I had chosen this hotel a recommended by one of my friends. I was Received well with warm welcome drink. The room service was good. House keeping team was very efficient. Clean linen was supplied .It was a wonderfull experience to be in this hotel I

Stayed at Room 302, Date 27.03.2021 1. Worst management - The check experience was poor - time taken 45 minutes, even after prior booking was there. Printer not working for xerox of guest docs. Kept waiting at reception till the room was arranged. 2. Hot water facility not there - time to rectify 2 hours. 3. TV not working/recharged - time to rectify 2 hours. You have to view handful of channels as per choice of hotel. 4. Tons of mosquitoes in the room, and not provided with mosquito repellent. 5. Room service worst - call on 333/222 and nobody will pick up. 6. Despite 10 times request - Complaint book not made available. I would say Cheap Hotel with bad services.

I will not recommend this hotel for any thing waste of money . Now below are the points and reason for giving 1 star or I may say zero 1. Staff will not be able to recognise host and guest even after 2 days of stay in hotel. 2. Everytime u have to call someonw on order to open the door as they don't have not backup key. 3. Room are not clean WC is yellow flush does not work 4. Breakfast will.come on 1 hr . They will serve you 2 poori n then wait for 1 hr then 2 then wait for 1 hr u will get a cup of tea . If 4 are eating breakfast them they will make sure that they will.make you sir there From 7.30.till 10.30 n by mistake I gave them 90 people for breakfast uff task for then. 5. No cleaning in the room . Only 1 housekeeping for all rooms water bottle will.come.at 1pm in your room. 6. If u will call for ro water they will give u one bottle after 3 hrs. 7. If you will ask for tea in room as you are a bride and cannot wait for roam freely in front of in- laws they will simply deny as they have breakfast spread in restaurant. 8. You will pay for ice cream am chocolate sauce but they will give you ice cream without chocolate sauce and simply tell u they don't have it and the best part is dinner was booked for 180 pax so no chocolate sauce for 180 pax wonderful. 9. They don't have blanket they give quilt covers instead of blankets for extra bed. I am tired now if you want to know more please experience it and all the best for that experience I am sure it will be a life time experience. Stupid illiterate staff . Thanks but no thanks for your service.

The hotel deserves more than 5 star rating as per the infrastructure and food taste and quality along with the services they provide particularly Karan sir and Pankaj sir as they are very much cooperative and they know how to manage the things as per our experience is concerned with the SK CROWN PARK and its staff.. Thank u guys. Love the way you guys cooperate and serve ur guests. Room are spacious. Food is with quality taste and served within less amount of time after order. The hotel is overall fine and clean all the time for that the staff deserves the great appreciation. 👏 👌

The food is really good and rooms are well crafted. However, the washrooms in most of the rooms are unclean, AC not working properly in many rooms and house keeping staff needs to be called multiple times for any help you need. Overall, a recommended hotel for marriage stays and group bookings.

Perfect place for visit with your family stay. Rooms are well maintained and more spacious. Foods also good. And friendly staff with more responsible.

I had stayed in this hotel with my family, we came to attend my uncle’s wedding. Believe you me I had wonderful experience, hotel staff was so welcoming and sincere. And they served amazing food during the function. Looking forward to visit again in SK Crown Park.

It was poor services all along. We booked the hall and rooms for our guests as it was near to our home, but the things which were committed to us for the services were not fulfilled and even the venue which was promised to us for the function was not provided to us after long explanation to hotel staff on the day of function it was given but it was too late for us, Rooms washroom were not in proper shape and guest had lot of difficulty with using them. And food quality was also not upto the mark. And the quantity and quality of snacks were inappropriate lots of guest went off without having snacks in the function. Staff members for providing services during the function were not upto the mark and I hope hotel management train their staff to handle functions and don't use untrained staff.

The banquet was good for small functions but the food can be improved a little as they served cold food.

Very nice and matured hotel. Staffs are very friendly, well mannered, courteous. We accidentally lost the room key and the hotel staff didn't make any fuss and created a new magnetic key and handed it over to us. We went out at night. The staff gave the managers number and asked us to call if we have any issue . It gave us added confidence to roam around the city. The wifi is very good. Wfh was seamless. buffet spread can be a little better. But the service you guys provided makes you get 5 star. Thanks!
