I got a private room (supposed to be the best option available), and it was so dirty, smelled like mold and fresh paint, very noisy outside (in was in front of the building facing the busy road), and it was not the same room as the ones in the picture when I booked. The towels were dirty, the fridge was covered in mold, the staff was half nice half rude (nice when they wanted to be). Also, some of them were clearly sick, cleaning the rooms while coughing all over, without masks. When I was checking out, the front desk guys was super rude and ignored me. If you’re willing to waste money and have a bad experience, that’s the place! Never staying at Zostel Delhi anymore. I’m hoping other Zostels in India are better.

The place is extremely overrated. For that, the service is exceptional and the staff and polite and really helpful. They were quite knowledgeable about the place and also gave good insights to traveling around. We booked a deluxe room for 2 people which cost us 4k per night. The room was old and all appliances were significantly old and unusable. TV didn't have any channels to watch. AC seemed really old that we couldn't get it to turn on what the remote. Maybe we couldn't find the power switch. Mini refrigerator was turned off and not stocked. Food was not available and the terrace area was hardly maintained with two tables already occupied by drunk group. For a group who are out adventuring around and just need a place to rest, this us awesome. If you are a couple or family looking for a comfortable place to stay, I'd look elsewhere.

If you are going for a private room instead of a dormitory, avoid this place. You have far better rooms all around. This place is good for shared or dormitory strictly. In my room intercom doesn't work, bathroom is old and has no bum gun either. Couldn't believe it. Won't be staying again!

It’s a really great place to stay and rooms are good and clean.. I really appreciate the staff. They are so good… just need to improve on toilets I mean they are not so clean. .. but overall it is so good.. Then you will ask me why am giving one star then ? there are already many five star reviews you will not read mine.. if I will give the same🤟

Please be aware that their standard check-out time is 10 AM, unlike the usual 11 AM check-out time found ELSEWHERE IN THE WORLD. They called us at 9:30 AM to remind us to check out, but when we explained that we couldn't meet the stated check-out time, they began to complain. This was very annoying and disrespectful. We stayed in the executive suite, which is well-worn, weathered, and dirty. There was no hot water at night, only in the morning, and the hairdryer didn't work. For luggage storage, they provided tickets, but anyone can pick the luggage anyways little control over. The hotel's location is near the train station. As a traveler's suggestion, if you plan to visit Delhi, I strongly recommend booking accommodations in more distant areas and taking a taxi (which is very affordable) to the old city. You'll find better hotels at lower prices in a more pleasant environment. The center of Delhi is a complete CHAOS."

Great place to stay if you don't mind the chaos outside. The room was clean but you can notice the sheeds and pillos have seen some use. There is cooling air conditioner but no heater. The bathroom can get a little messy after a shower since the water can run easily to the rest of the bathroom. May get a little noisy if your room is facing the roads. Food was great, we had omelets as breakfast. As a tourist from a different country I felt a little uncomfortable walking outside sine most people is either looking at you or trying to offering you a ride somewhere. Not a lot to see from the rooftop but the area itself is great.

One star for the host. Had a limited interaction with him but it was nice. I was in dorm 003 on the ground floor. Stayed there for a night. Didn't like the dorm at all. AC stopped working in the middle of the night. They do have fans in the dorm but they are useless. Two wall mounted fans and one fan is on the ceiling. All blow air to the ground. None of the fan would blow air towards the dorm beds where actually people are sleeping. You can see them in the pics. They are broken that's why they don't blow air towards the dorm beds. All they can do is blow air towards the ground. I usually prefer staying at Moustache Hostels but this time I made an exception and I think I should have stayed at Moustache. Shifted to moustache Delhi on the very next next day morning.

I stayed for a single day, the front desk receptionist was very helpful and ensured all the amenities were provided during my stay. The room was bit old but it was clean and neat. Due to covid we did not have the restaurant facility at zostel, but since its in the city we have the option to order in zomato or swiggy. The only lack that I felt it was price they charge were high for the facility they provide. This is best suitable for solo travelers or group of friends traveling.

Zostel Delhi is fine place situated in old Delhi at the center of the city very near to New Delhi Railway and Metro stations so location is perfect for ease of conveyance. All old delhi places, monuments and markets are very near from here This Zostel is bit like hotel which is expected as it's in Delhi that too at the center of city so vibe of the hostel is bit different than from Hostels in other small towns or places. But a good safe budgeted place to stay if you are in Delhi for a few days for travelling or just staying due to conveyance of transport from here. Hostels in metros is a thing now and to have multiple options gives us choice to stay near the places we want to stay. I enjoyed being here as I like to stay in hostels and I recommend it for safety, conveyance and budget stay. Happy travelling.

A place with amazing "Potential", they need to improve a little on the management part, definitely need better washrooms the helpers are amazing! and the concept of letting one use the Common area even after checking out is very helpful! they have good stuff just lac proper maintenance, and also the normal rules don't belong to " foreigners" they are treated wayyy different than the local people 😆 which is understandable.

Disappointed by the property. First of all it looks very dark and shady inside too as they dont use enough light inside the hostel. Room was cleaned in my stay time but since the property and AC are old they are hardly effective. No option of food as per the menu. Reception folks were good and helpful though. In my view people use this hostel as interim location for their further travel . They provide transit (per hour) stay too which I liked. Location is Paharganj and you will find a lot of cheap hotels nearby, won’t say it’s safe but not very unsafe too as their is always big crowd moving around. You can reach nearby metro station in 15-20 mins.

I was staying at Zostel, 4d3n stay at the female dorm x6 bedded. Solo female traveller. I'm glad I met some like minded ppl through the environment. The reception is helpful with my needs. The downside was the shared toilet and bathroom in room003. Night time small roaches surfaced up and its quite a horrified thing personally. There was no hot shower or its not indicated on it. Nevertheless I pulled through the nights. It will be great if the bathroom toilet receives some attention for renovation. I believe this will be helpful. My bed was on top, next to the a/c. Just some bad positioning or bad luck for myself. I curled up like a shrimp at night. Bed hygiene was decent. Good value stay. I will recommend for private rooms for now.

My first time staying at zostel and the experience was amazing! Loved the aura and the friendliness of the place! The location is just perfect a walking distance from new delhi metro station. The rooms are spacious and well kept ! And the best part is you can engage in some fun activities and conversations with your fellow travellers 🥳

Staff were helpful, and the standard room I booked was large enough. I got what I expected considering the very busy frenetic and congested area that is Paharganj. One tip though: the private transportation to T3 for a domestic flight I hired with them was under standards (no AC when air pollution is outrageously high in Delhi) and time recommendation to leave was wrong ( the airline didn't allowed me to board). I took us 1 hour to get to the airport.

Comparatively to other hostels in Delhi, this one is still the best. Bed was clean and rooftop is nice. But the staff did not have my back; they charged me so much money for booking me a taxi from the airport. Also, a male staff member took me to my female dorm and a woman didn’t have her hijab on and asked him to go, and he didn’t immediately leave, he continued to stay in there and show me the room (there was just no need). Bad but not the worst given the price!! Plus it’s by the railway which is a huge bonus.

Funky and fun place with amazing vibes. Everyone working there is really friendly. Great quality stay and very affordable price. Rooms are clean and tidy. When in doubt, just go with zostel. P.S The receptionist provides some really great insider tips about travelling in Delhi. Which is an added bonus of staying in Zostel.

Pathetic experience. Each n every service is pathetic n too costly. 1. Timings for hot water evening from 6 pm onwards till 12 am 2. No power backup. 3. Need to pay for every food item on real time basis. 4. Room service is as late as 50 to 60 min. 5. Despite of informing them in prior of hot water requirement, hot water line will be ON at 6 pm. 6. No wifi in hotel on floor 2. Despite of complaining 5 to 6 times Will never ever recommend to anyone

Great place. Good cleanliness maintained, and you feel your privacy respected despite being in a dorm. Don't use the washing machine tho, it needs an upgrade and you will waste time. There are cleaners in the area who do a better job.

It's located close to NDLS and airport metro. Lots of autos/cabs are also easily available. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and there's AC. I've been multiple Zostels and this one certainly has scope for improvement. I booked a female dorm (which is priced higher than mixed dorms) for privacy and safety. Yet, almost every day, the male staff would barge in at odd hours when most of the women were asleep to help late arrivals 'check in' and spent a considerable amount of time in the dorm. I saw my roommates scramble to cover their bodies with bedsheets whenever this happened. This is not okay at all. The food in the hostel is incredibly expensive for the quality we get. A plate of pakoras and a cup of buttermilk was charged almost ₹200. I checked out on time, but my flight was at 8PM so I decided to hang around. The common areas do not have AC, so sitting there during Delhi summer is very uncomfortable. I thought I'd sit at the desk inside the dorm (which was empty) for a while and was rudely kicked out by one of the staff (let’s call him Z) (the same guy had no issues with foreign women doing the same thing the previous couple of days, which was the reason I assumed it was okay). The front desk folks had no issues with it as long as I didn’t occupy a bed. I wanted to take a shower around 3PM, but there are no female only bathrooms, so I went into the female dorm to do this (after informing the front desk, who were okay with it). Z barged into the dorm and started asking the other woman where I was, and why I was not using the common shower (it was a small shower which had no space for changing into clothes, and the showers were almost visible from the lobby, so there was no privacy). Another weird thing that happened was that I lost my personal towel on day 1. I had left it hanging on a hook in the room to dry, and it disappeared. I asked the staff about it but everyone stated that none of the cleaning staff had accidentally taken it. I used another towel for a day and decided to rent a towel from the hostel. A few hours after I rented it, Z turned up with my lost towel and left it on my bed without saying anything. This was very weird. Honestly, I had a lovely time here only because of the people I met. But my experience was marred by how that one staff member behaved, especially since I ran everything by the front desk. He acted like he owned the place. And at least one common area needs to be air conditioned during the summer. It’s unbearable to sit anywhere except the dorms otherwise.

I have high expectations of Zostel, especially considering the fact that it's one of the most growing and active hostel chain in India. Unfortunately, I wish I can positively say that it has lived up to all possible standards. The common area is the only part of the facility that actually resembles a hostel environment. I booked a private room, and the room was just uncomfortable to look at and stay in. The bathroom had several broken tiles section, and didn't look clean enough to me. The shower was leaking constantly depsite having a sticker of save water. The shower-head looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The bucket and the mug also shared the same fate. The bed was mattress was so hard that there was no one position that I could gain comfort. The bedsheets didn't look clean or give any courage towards their safety. Overall, it just might as well have been a OYO room.

Helpful friendly staffs and Guards are really helpful. They provided me medicine as I was sick. Room service also good. Rooms could have been bigger and foods are over priced. Mirror needs to be placed inside room as well. Toilet Flush needs some fixing. Rest all good 😊 Keep up the good work 👍

Great location if you want to be in the very busy Paharganj area! Staff were fantastically helpful with anything I needed and were chatty. I found the communal lounges great for meeting other solo backpackers. They also helped me source an Indian SIM card, which was very helpful. The rooftop was a cool space to spend the end of the night.

Located centrally with great rooms and courteous staff! Metro, Bus, Rickshaw all were available at your disposal. Fellow Travellers living in Zostel makes your stay much more worthy. Only con I faced was No hot water to beat the chilling Delhi Winter, but I think it was a part of experience 😂 Overall a good stay in budget!

I had a standard twin room booked. Rooms are below par when compared to the price we're paying. It seems we're paying premium for the brand they're holding. Also, they don't even provide the early checkin services even if rooms are available & they straight away say that it's against their policy. Location is decent since it's pretty close to New Delhi station but the area in which this is situated isn't pretty family friendly.

I loved this hostel!! My friend and I came here for our first few nights in India and it did not disappoint. The staff were all so helpful, fun and really kind. They made extra effort to make us feel at home and to greet us in the morning and night. The rooftop is nice and relaxing in the day and evening. The chai was nice too! The location is a bit chaotic and the rooms slightly bare but the area is great for food and tourist attractions in Delhi and the staff and common areas made up for it. I made so many friends here that I ended up seeing later on across India! I have some lovely memories of this hostel.

I didn't like the place. They charge you more than the MRP of the product at the name of the service charge in which you are supposed to get up and go into the cafeteria and buy it wouldn't like anyone to suggest about the stay! The property is also very old. You can book a better property with the same price with a better service near New delhi Railway station

A brilliant place to stay, with a large room, loads of amenities, constant hot water and a really comfy bed. The staff were super helpful, always answering our questions about different things and there is a 24/7 reception. WiFi wasn't really great but not the worst.

Zostel Delhi is 3-5 minute walking from NDLS. It's in lane which is full of other hotels. Zostel Delhi has many dorms. The smoking area on rooftop is good place to chill. Common room is pretty small. The doorman there is very polite and helpful. He will help you get an auto. The staff is really great. They also keep lost and found box. I got the stuff i forgot even after 2 weeks.

Unfortunately, we had only one night here, as we had earlier been with Couchsurfing in Delhi. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, the rooms are arranged with thought, and there's hot water all the time. And great location, near New Delhi Train Station, and several metro lines, including the one to the airport. Only one small complaint. It wasn't totally clear that breakfast was extra. Not that it was expensive, but we wouldn't have eaten (we're really not breakfast people) had we known.

Zostel Delhi have lost its old charm. It was more of working sales executives cheap stay at Delhi . The linens where bad, toilet average cleanliness, staff behaviour utterly poor, zero Hostel vibe and above all the place where Zostel is located is one of the dirtiest place in Delhi. The street is overly crowded because it is close to railway station and very much dirt.

Not that great experience, zostel is a brand we look for... But this one wasn't worth spending. The cleaning staff has no discipline of work... And while talking about the doms.. there condition is worst if it's "zostel". And instead of getting 10 facilities, for 8 out of 10 you'll get some excuse of technical issues.

I was sharing my dorm with a French, Brit and an indian! Cost $10. Experience: priceless Full of peace and respect! Washroom could have been better! You missed 1 star there! Ps: if in Delhi try zoster or any other backpackers in south Delhi! The environment is insane!

This is the worst Zostel ever. I had a really bad experience on my first day. Nothing is clean and its too congested especially if you are in a 8 bed dorm. On the second day, I was lucky to get a better 6 bed dorm room otherwise I would have hated myself for staying here.

This zostel is really close to the railway station which makes it really easy for backpackers to go with. The dorm quality is up to the mark. The staff is humble Nd cooperative. I haven't been to the common room so I won't be able to comment on it. Overall the experience is good however they don't have in-house cafe but if in delhi go explore the food nr Rajiv chowk.

I was there from 11-13th Nov. I always wanted to experience the ambience of Zostel, but it was always booked elsewhere. In Delhi, I did get but my experience was nowhere as what I had expected. First the Hot water wasn't coming, next the AC wasn't working. We had booked the Deluxe Room, still the TV wasn't recharged. The Breakfast is strict No. The Bed and overall look felt quiet nice though.

  • 3/5 Shaantanu S. 2 years ago on Google
Good effort by staff and Zostel team, however this place suffers from very indisciplined guests that do not understand time management or can't follow the simple courtesy of keeping silent during late hours. The purpose of the hostel is wonderful and total credit to the people working here for keeping the atmosphere peaceful. A little more stringency in the rules can perhaps make the place seem more like a hostel and less like a cheap lodge. Dorms recommended for 1-2 nights, otherwise even deluxe rooms are nice if staying more and with a large group.

  • 1/5 Vik M. 2 years ago on Google
One of the worst stay of mine must say. The stay provided by the IRCTC at the railway station must far more better than what you guys are offering. Such a unhygienic washroom was just a nightmare . Think before you book this property it will surely end up screwing your mood.

very near to new delhi rail station . Area Paharganj. Food available nearby. Safe surroundings. No problem if you stay with family. But Zostel as such superhyped. Service standards poor. Room ok. Price on the higher side. No inhouse resteraunt.

Rude receptionist, average room for very high cost, poor room service (receptionist said there is no room service you have to collect things from on your own)

Amazing hospitality by the staff, especially Rama!! She was very helpful throughout my stay at the hostel. A very comfortable stay at this hostel. It’s very close to metro station so makes traveling in the city really convenient.

Very decent place to spend a couple of nights. The dormitories are with good beds and usually with decent people. The property is well maintained, the location is good, quite Central in terms of main places in Delhi

This was my first solo trip to Delhi and I chose to stay at Zostel. And I was quite happy with place, it's at quite walkable distance from the New Delhi railway station. The place is really nice, they have some indoor games too to play. They also kept a screening of IPL match! The place is also affordable! Looking forward to stay at other Zostels this year.

Maybe good for backpacker’s but if you’re taking a private room then there is way better room available just across the street. I booked it for backpacker vibe but it’s also not good here. Won’t recommend to anyone.

Pretty place and close to the station. That 1 star because zostel stay and zostel corporate office when searched for as zostel direct people to corporate office and hence get conned by transportation like rickshaw. Food , location ambience and service by personnel deserve the stars for sure.

This place is a prime location, quite close (walkable) to New Delhi Railway Station (Paharganj Gate) and also an Auto (Tuk-tuk) ride away from Rajiv Chowk/Connaught Place. Transport means are readily available at doorstep. The rooms are good, however, along with the building, they seem to have aged a bit. Some rooms can feel unclean and dingy, but that's just their nature, daily cleaning services are routine. The bunk beds are good, blankets are thick enough to withstand winter nights. Staff are very cordial and helpful. In-house restaurant was closed down during COVID times and hasn't been restored yet. But the restaurant opposite to the place caters to orders, can utilise if in a crunch.

I was in Zostel Delhi for 3 days and made a lot of friends. The vibe was so inclusive and really loved the Christmas evening with local band performance. The receptionist and staff are friendly and helpful. I was rarely going to my dorm and sleeping so I don't have strong opinion on that. Though you should stay in Zostel Delhi for 2 days and witness the vibe. Note that area is notorious in Delhi and be extra careful. That's it.

Location wise its really good but that's it. The Property seems ancient and does not give the " Zostel Vibe". The Ambience is a little bit on the Dull side. The Rooms have not be upgraded for ages it seems. The Common area has become a storage area for them. The Snooker Table is torn off and there is no maintaince done on it. When asked about it the response showed they don't care for it.

It was great. The staff ware very nice. The rooms were great. My best stay in Delhi till now. Best part was the common area. It was really great for workation. Just 2 things can be improved. Bathrooms are great but they feel kind of 80s. Electric connection check. During my stay there was a power outage (a phase down), needed to go to common area.

The rooms are good and the service it also up to the standard. But there are a few shortcomings e.g. 1. Checking if the fridges are working properly or not. 2. Providing a wall clock in each room, so that guests can keep track of time. 3. Finishing the construction ASAP and relocating the dinning area elsewhere so that people can enjoy their food without being bothered by the construction.

I stayed in a mixed dorm bed. The overall experience was good. It's a total value for money property. All comon areas like lobby, cafe, terrace etc were superb. Located very close to the NDLS Station. The rooms were good but the bathroom was not upto the mark.

I stayed in a mixed dorm bed for 3 days in Zostel 2.0 Tapovan (Rishikesh). The overall experience was good. It's a total value for money. All common areas like lobby, cafe, terrace etc were good . Location and view was fantastic. The staff was supportive and friendly. Would surely recommend to try this property once.

Best place if you are a traveller and want a roof under budget. Great place for socialising and making new friends. Rooms are beds are clean and beautifully maintained by staff. Not to mention their friendliness. Check in is super easy and so is the payment process. Food menu prices are little on higher side though. Zomato and Swiggy are always there for your rescue.

our stay was enjoyable. The food available is good and tasty. But the time delay in serving the food is horrible. It is explicitly mentioned in the menu card that the food will serve only after 30 minutes after ordering. But we have to wait for alrelat one and half hours to get a butter chicken dish. I suggest that delay is good if fresh food is serving but try to serve the food as per the schedule. Wish you all the best in your business

Staying this awesome place for the second time. Best value for money. Time of visit : March 2017 and October 2022 Private rooms are good if you are looking for decent bed and bathroom options. Mostly clean everywhere and very cordial staff. I just felt that the hygiene had reduced in the my second visit. Hot water was a problem but the staff helped us. Internet connectivity is not consistent . The workspaces are in the basement and have no signal.

Great location if you want to be in the very busy Paharganj area! Staff were fantastically helpful with anything I needed and were chatty. I found the communal lounges great for meeting other solo backpackers. They also helped me source an Indian SIM card, which was very helpful. The rooftop was a cool space to spend the end of the night. the stay was amazing, loved the vibe and the receptionist sahil bhai was very helpful and funny. i was not getting any taxi to go to railway station. he saw that and without asking he came for help and dropped me. it was such a nice gesture. people like him keeps the hostel environment energetic.

Great place to be in. Located very near to new delhi station. Dorm rooms as well as rooms are decently priced. Has a good common area with games & work space too. Cafe for fooding is available. Self help with luggage. Overall good experience.

Really loved the ambiance and my stay at Zostel Delhi, Close to the parts of Delhi you want to see, in a relatively clean environment. One of the better hostels / hotels in the area. Made a lot of new friends chatting till late night on the terrace with a cool Delhi breeze. Will definitely be back again!

Great room with a comfortable bed and spacious seating area. Fridge was a bonus although was a little dirty. Shower was good although the body wash dispenser was next to the sink, rather than inside the shower. Staff very attentive and kept the place very clean. Roof terrace is excellent!

This place is in the heart of Delhi, lots to do and see. The staff is amazing and the rooms are wonderful. Hot water in the shower, pool table, musical instruments, and places to chill everywhere. I’ve stayed here twice in one trip, tried to go elsewhere, but why? 💚💚💚

We stayed in Zostel Delhi for a day. It is one of the safest and cleanest places I have visited in the Paharganj Area. pros- clean and hygienic rooms comfortable place to stay no worry of your safety and security best staff behaviour clean bathrooms the atmosphere will be positive and you will feel good cons- well I can list only one con for this place is the prices of food in the cafeteria is a bit expensive. But if you are not so interested in going out and eat the food outside, you can opt for the cafeteria food which infact got an area where you can relax while having your food.

The location of this Zostel is perfect. It's located right across the New Delhi Railway Station. It also has a few good eateries near by for a quick bite (they have their own little cafe with limited but delicious options for all meals), a grocery store right in front of the building and a good availability of autos/rickshaws. The room and washroom was very neat and clean. All the amenities mentioned were available. Kudos to the staff as well. Everyone was accomodating and courteous. Another lovely stay at a Zostel.

Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Thanks for all your help Sahil :-) I liked the all female room because it was clean, spacious and on the bottom floor. Great little cafe on the property as well. Awesome location in Paharganj.

Stayed in Zostel Delhi couple of years ago. Amazing experience, met a lot of fellow travellers. Clean room and toilet even though it was shared with others. Beautiful rooftop, games to play. Location is idle for people who wwnt to travel bu train.

Great place to stay, had a great time making new friends! Staff are very friendly and helpful and overall atmosphere is good. They offer laundry and press service as well. Only problem is the location of the place! Its located in arakashan rd which is not connected to public transport at all, is full of traffic jams as it is near to the railway station and you will never get a auto or a cab for less than 80-100₹. Also a little unsafe area especially for travellers and tourists but you can trust the zostel people. They will guide you properly. Overall, i was here for a month and had a pleasant experience.

The place is good. Even the staff is also. They provide each and every thing which we needed and taking a good care of us. Zostel is very good place to live while travelling. Even the rooms and restrooms are so cleaned each and every day. Feeling the good vibes while staying

we were so disappointed! it was our first stop in india at all and we didn’t feel any warm welcome, help or anything. when we asked questions to the receptionist they would answer short and kind of mocking about us. the double room was ok, but no windows, separated mattestes and overpriced for what you get. if you are travelling solo, it’s not your place as there is no socialising here. no one informed us about the scam going on, we cancelled one night and changed the hostel now - feeling way better now!! avoid this place for a good start! :)

Had a good 3 night stay at Zostel. The location is very near to the station. The place is nice and well kept. Stayed in a mixed dorm. The dorm was neat and tidy. Even the toilet was neat and clean. The staff is also very friendly and always ready to help. Overall it was a good budget stay. Thanks Zostel.

One of the trendiest hostels, with all three formats available - dormitory style sharing rooms, private rooms and suites. The look and feel is very youthful.

  • 5/5 Balaji A. 5 months ago on Google
The best and affordable rooms you can get in the New Delhi railway station vicinity. Booked a dorm. The bed, toilet and corridor was very hygienic and tidy.

Cockroach in the room, and everything was very rusty and not well maintained at all. The pictures are far from reality. The stay was not worth the money at all. However, the staff were kind, the only positive aspect about the place.

  • 5/5 Melwin M. 7 months ago on Google
The most affordable and best places in Old Delhi. Wonderful staff and excellent rooms with clean washroom. In-house cafe has some good food options, a bit pricey than outside but affordable. Must stay atleast once when Delhi. Highly recommended.

I really suggest not to go in this place. The custumer service is a kind of mafious system. They delete my reservation, so I booked again and then they told me that it eas a system error and charged me for both the reservations!!! Despite of the name it was my worst experience in India. People at the reception in evening time and the bar/restaurant staff seems a group of friends more interested in doing their own business than to work. At last but not at least, the position and the private rooms really don’t worth their cost (expensive!).

This hostel had everything you need and great friendly staff to help with anything! The common area has a dedicated business center with it's own fast wifi, pool table and canteen was great. The rooms were clean and I loved that a water kettle was provided to boil. The staff were great, they were so friendly and helpful with calling cabs and recommending ideas.

This is supposedly at heart of Delhi and centrally located for old Delhi. Though this stay was more like stop over for few hours as I had to catch another flight but the place is nice and cosy. It's not very far from accessing metro.

WORST hostel experience in Delhi They denied me check in though I had paid well in advance and also denied any refund. I’ve stayed at Gostops and hosteller in Delhi but never had such a bad experience with such unfriendly staff. Only after filing a police complaint did they give me a room. NOT SAFE FOR SOLO FEMALE TRAVELERS

I really enjoyed my stay at Zostel, Mall Road, Mussourie! The staff was polite and helpful. The room was nice with a good view. I wish the bathrooms were a little bit more clean. The cafe was nice with really good food. The best part of the stay was the live music that we enjoyed 😀 Definitely recommend this place ☺️
