I booked this place for my 4 nights this was my experience:- 1. On the day one - THERE WAS NO WATER in most of the rooms. 2. Super slow service for everything. 3. They made pay for three damaged towels saying they were damaged by haldi.These towels were not even new used 100 times and asked Rs 300 per towel.First time heard this. 4. On day two - THERE WAS NO HOT WATER in any of the room. They said that our guy will give you a bucket at your door 🙄 Seriously bucket?? 5. Staff was rude. 6. No bath mats, leakage in washrooms. 7. Nobody came to clean the room daily until you call them. 8. There were no batteries in the remote, tata sky was disconnected due to the non-payment. 9. Music system at the terrace was so old it wasn't even supporting a Pendrive. The only thing good was the food. Do not book this hotel for keeping large number of guests.They will be disappointed. Overall - NOT A NICE EXPERIENCE.

I was dissatisfied with my stay at Eternity; there was no internet throughout my stay, and my mobile data was not working in that room. The staff offered me a solution to move to the ground floor where the internet was working, but at midnight, which was useless solution for me.

Service is unexpected. You order/book something and you get something else. Try at your own risk.

Ridiculously unprofessional. The manager Arun Thakur is not professional at all. Once u pay advances for your hote booking he disappears. On top of that, in spite of giving specific room instructions of ensuring that I need a bed for my wife, two kids and myself, I was forced to take a two single bed room

On the same day I ordered tea for 30 people - it came after 2 HOURS (same with the rest of the orders) 3. On day two - I was asked to change the rooms on different floors due to this water issue. 4. On day two - THERE WAS NO HOT WATER in any of the room in the coldest month of the year (December) when we asked for hot water they said that our guy will give you a bucket at your door 🙄 Seriously bucket?? 5. Had a fantastic stay. The staff was so kind and warm. The ambiance, the staff, the whole hospitality was wonderful and can’t wait to go back again to stay. My stay at this Hotel was marred by a series of disappointments. Despite a clear agreement over the phone that the additional day's rent would align with the online booking rate, I was shocked to find that they charged double, citing it as their standard rate for others. This significant discrepancy between commitment and practice was frustrating enough, but the situation worsened when I approached the lady at the reception. Her rude and dismissive attitude towards my concerns not only added to the overall unpleasant experience but also left me feeling disrespected as a guest. To make matters worse, the manager's response to my complaint was far from helpful. Rather than addressing the issue with the professionalism one expects, the manager seemed indifferent and provided no meaningful resolution. It's disheartening when a hotel fails to uphold its commitments, and the lack of empathy from both frontline staff and management made this stay one to forget. The combination of unexpected charges, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of resolution significantly tarnished my perception of this Hotel. I anticipate they'll respond with absurd reasons that they cited at the time of payment, but nothing justifies the disrespect and attitude you guys showed towards your customer.

Nice neet and clean. Food was good sorry didn't get chance to click pic was occupied in so many things. Rest enough space for small gathering to get a small function done wonderfully. So all in all food was good and quality is also good

Hotel Eternity is the best hotel to stay if you are going to visit Delhi. Beautiful building, spacious clean rooms, and tasty food which are just wow. Their tap water and shower water smelled horrible... I couldn't even wash my face while I was there... We also cheked in the other rooms my relatives were staying at.... Same smell.... I cant imagine what the filth deposits in their water tank looks like. Plus, the room service was incredibly slow.

We've had quite a number of parties on their terrace and basement banquet. The Terrace parties are great in the sense that you have your own cosy private space, with nice food spread for you. Food is great The ambience is nice. They're mist arrangement on the terrace is great but is not functional at times. You should consider this place for a small gathering of 20-30 guests.

Very clean and comfy hotel with a great location in the heart of the city. We were greeted at the front desk by staff, who made our trip more exciting by offering us guidance and information about the city. A supermarket, stores, restaurants, and pubs are all close by. I would without a doubt suggest this hotel to everyone! It truly exemplifies first-rate hospitality. The eternity was a good experience for me. From the valet to the check-in desk to the cleaning crew, every member of staff I came into contact with was friendly and eager to assist. I'm grateful. I'll suggest it to my coworkers.

Our stay was very pleasant.. it felt more like home. The staff were also very helpful. The rooms were clean and toilet had the requirements. In case you need anything else you can always connect to the staff and they will provide the same. The food was also good. Will definitely recommend and stay in our next visit.

A very nice hotel in the heart of New Delhi. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They always go the extra mile for everything. The hotel is clean. Just be sure to ask for hot water before you want to take a shower. The wifi was a bit of a problem the last time but the staff try their best. The food at the hotel is also top with a big variety!
