I liked the hotel overall, I am giving 4.5 stars out of 5 but it doesn't allow. The hotel was good, location is prime, very near to new delhi railway station. You will easily get metro, auto, bus everything. The staff was well behaved and polite. The service was also good. The rooms were fine and washroom was good. There was hot water facility available, TV, cabinet, side tables, everything was good. The only reason I deducted points was because the bedding was not very clean. Otherwise everything was good.

Room service boy was very rude. Dunno if its bcoz of lack of training or careless manager oversight. Dont think anybody there knows hotel staff needs to provide good hospitality. Food was very nice. Rooms are just average. Not value for money hotel. Location is good, easy to find, walking distance from railway station. Recommended for solo travellers only

The hotel guy at reception is very rude, & talks as if he is doing a favour by letting us stay there. Also the location is not as expected. The road is very narrow, so vehicles can't go till the main gate. You have to carry your luggage from road to the hotel by yourself. They don't even provide help to carry your luggage.

Their kitchen service is too much overpriced. In the bathroom they don't provide any soap, shampoo, paste or anything. I had to call 3times asking for water. Asked if I can stay for 2hrs after the check out time then asked for 500 extra.

Stayed here for 8 hours just because of this hotel is at good location. You can easily walk to this hotel from NLDS railway station. It is inside a gali so you may need help once to locate at first time. It looks like hotel staff is not trained at all. I asked for 3 towels since i booked the room for 3 people, but the staff guy just provided only 1 towel and told me that "hamare pas extra towel nahi hai, kaha se laye? Ek to mil gaya, isi se manage kar lo". Staff is not trained even for how to talk with customers. Toilet was not cleaned, it had all the stains. I suggest this hotel ONLY if you want to stay for short duration and stay near NLDS railway station.

The stay went well . Front office staff are doing a great job. Amit is a wonderful person leading forward. Food in the restaurant was amazing. Stay was very comfortable. Taking some of the best memories back home and hope for a quick return.

Not allowed to bring food from outside and it wasn't mentioned anywhere at the time of booking. Rooms have no facilities. Fan was not working. No toiletries. No exhaust in room. Overpriced menu

Cheap place, book by calling on the hotel number rather than using goibibo. Only stay if you are looking for stay near railway station else the paharganj area is not something to see in Delhi visit (very dirty and unsafe)

No proper ventilation, no working wi fi, no network for tv Only feasible thing is very near to delhi railway station!!! That's it.

Room , bathroom, food etc were very good. Unfortunately A.C was not working.Water was continuously draining in the comode.

It's a value for money hotel, for 2 person they charge 1400 and I stayed around 24-25 hrs. There's facility of wifi, hot water and t.v. as per your need. Service was upto the mark ✅️ After check out I asked them can I leave my luggage for few more hours they kept without any complaint and in return I just need to give a tip to the service guy. It was a nice experience indeed.

Worst experience ever in any hotel. No network, hotels wifi is very slow, rooms are not well mentained.Broken door locks,and many more. Only the food is good quality. Moreover I did not liked their behavior at all.I mean they are in hospitality service but no hospitalable mentality they have.

Manager (Rakesh) was pathetic, he don't know how to talk with customer. room service was way slow just the food taste was good otherwise not at all worth it to stay, spend 6 days there. Personal towel stolen by someone as we have given key for room cleaning. Will not suggest anyone to stay there. If you want to have dinner then you can visit. He was even not giving the bill for stay.

Average type of hotel . We got Booking here for 2 Rooms One triple sharing for Rs 9500/-.The complementary breakfast is just aloo porotta or bread omlet .I stayed in a tripple sharing room . The size is not good .and felt conjusted . They suplied soap only .Car will not come to the exact location One major positive is a big bathroom and the hotel is nearest to metro and newdelhi railway station

No i donot suggest the place. They only corporate when u are taking the room after that they charges extra for whole day and i checkout after 4 hours of that they. And they have monopoly there they all fights for money since you come from new place you cannot do anything. Worst experience ever.

Closely located at New Delhi Railway station. Easy to locate. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The food menu also has a lot of variety options available. The quality of food served is above average. If you're looking for a budget stay with the best possible amenities, then I would strongly recommend this place.

The only good thing about this hotel is it's very close to NEW DELHI RAILWAY STATION. Decent hotel. We have not tried their food so can't say anything about it. I remember room no but in one room bathroom lock is so tight that no one can open it once close. My son got stuck for nearly 15-20 min inside a bathroom.

The food is awesome and the location is really convenient. It's a 5 minutes walk from gate no 2 of New Delhi station.

Friendly staff . Too much cooperative . Nice nd well maintained hotel . Mainly its safe .

It's a nice simple hotel. I visit this hotel 2 to 3 times a year for my business trips. Its very comfortable and relaxing. Although you might feel locked between the walls due to lack of windows. For me it's really good as the bed is comfortable the bathroom is clean and provides ample requirements for necessities.

Cheap and not necessities were missing. of course you can't boast about it on social media but recommended if you just want a comfortable stay.

At Paharganj, Opposite to New Delhi Railway Station. Ideal place for shopping including eateries, sweets, salons, pottery items, cloths, shoes, tea cafe/juices/icecreams, luggage bags their repair services, antique pieces for wearing, dhabas, footwear products, women boutique etc.
