The pictures provided by the hotel simply do not capture the actual state of the place. The rooms are not clean, most appliances are smudgy and even though the decoration in the breakfast hall suggests an overall European atmosphere, the hotel lacks attention to detail in both the facilities and services. The rooms are not sound-proof at all. Last night, people staying in the room nextdoor had a party and it felt as though there was no wall at all separating us. The bathroom stinks and needs an urgent replacement of the ventilation system. The breakfast buffet as run by one person and he can't possibly keep up with all the work. The tables are unclean, the cuttlery was missing and many dishes are not replaced. Also, two of the four toaster slots are broken. Please just get a new one! The state of the hotel is also reflected by the guests. One gentleman took such a fancy to the jam that he took the entire 1kg jar to his table. Another lady didn't deem it necessary to shower before coming to breakfast.

If you are looking for women safety, this hotel is a big NO! If you're looking for professional staff, this hotel is a big NO! Actually it's not a hotel, it's a hostel, with no security and no safety! Had a terrible experience in Bloom Rooms Delhi-Jangpura, there was a creep next door who was staying in hotel from past one month and the hotel staff and manager couldn't chuck him out even after lot of complaints from ladies to whom he passed shame comments and made uncomfortable, intruded personally by barging into rooms and and in corridors. Same happened with me and my sister when he passed lewd comments and tried to barge into our conversations. This continued until one day while I was knocking my sister's door and he came and started walking in the alley, peeping into other's rooms and trying to peep into my room as well. Me and my family took action immediately and informed the manager about the creep, they were very casual about it and told that he does this everyday and has also been staying in the hotel for almost a month. We warmed them that we're calling women's safety then they got into action. This place is not worth the money or service that they provide.

Place is clean but it is not worth the price charged for the room. Location is beside a narrow road and completely missable. Hardly any parking space. No options for dinner and they tell their customers that they are "flexible" with zomato/swiggy No lifts in the building. Not recommended 👎 Edit: No wardrobes, no basic utilities like toothpaste/brush etc

A very efficient place tbh. Well connected to Delhi and all its amenities. Peaceful environment. Friendly staff. Quality rooms, first class maintenance. I stayed there for 2 days, didn't received any difficulty. I booked the small room, so yeah it was small, but enough big for 2 persons. Book the bigger suite, for more space, but even if you book the small one, it's not an issue at all. Place is good to go, secured for couples as well.

The location is not the best or the worst but it is close to a subway station. The rooms are minimalist, but there is everything you need! The staff is really kind and helpful from beginning to the end. They give you an app where you could ask super easily for anything you need! They partner with a tour guide company that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This place has a great value for the price!

Bloomroom Hotel @ Link Road in Delhi was fantastic. Great rooms, very clean and comfortable. Hot water available at all times of the day, which unfortunately wasn't something common in other hotels of a similar level. Breakfast was also really good and the staff was friendly. Plus, the hotel is located near some of Delhi's touristic attractions. Highly recommend to anyone coming to visit this city.

I really loved the vibes here. The rooms are small but cute .... Their bed was comfy and enough for two. Loved the minimilastic design, They have a working table with a table lamp which most of the hotels don't have. Staff is understanding and ready to help you 24/7. Extremely recommended.

It was a awesome experience. Staff is nice. They have upgraded my room without any charges as the selected one was not ready at that time.

Rooms are well maintained and functional. Reception is polite and friendly. Breakfast is adequate. Bathroom was not clean with droplets on the toilet seat. Were given another room immediately. Bathrooms have a foul odor which was our experience last October as well. Lack of an elevator is a negative

A little oasis in the frenetic goings on in Delhi. The staff are super helpful. The little restaurant come cafe could have more on offer but after a day in the streets, our hearts were happy seeing the bright yellow signage. Cost is also very reasonable and the location is excellent if your going to use the metro to get around. The metro itself is excellent and super cheap.

Had a stay here for 3 nights for a corporate booking. Not a great option to consider for the price they are charging, rooms lack in basic amenities like cupboards, coffee mugs and hot water for drinking. There is no lift facility and stairs are very steep, if you are booking for an old age person, please reconsider. Rooms are clean and neatly maintained, but that is the only positive thing. We couldn't connect to our corp network on the wifi provided, also the wifi isn't that great, no speed and disconnects frequently. The staff are also not that cooperative, need to wait for hours to get somethings after requesting. Cafe on premises is also not that great. This is more like a hostel and definitely not a hotel.

Suitable for solo travellers as rooms as small and there's no lift facility. Sort of a hostel, can't consider this as a hotel, especially for family stays. They have over engineerined their room access as well.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. As rightly said by many this is more of a hostel than a hotel. Overall it is very pricey, compared to the services they provide. For an early checkin of 2hrs we were charged 1500 + gst, despite a room being available. Room sizes are very very small, no place to even open your luggages properly. Plus the room doesn’t have any facilities like hot water kettles, tea bag, nothing. You need to call for even hair dryer, which will be returned back ASAP. You can hear people walk outside your door, and can hear sounds from adjacent room. Coming to breakfast, there’s nothing good about it. The spread is very less and everything tasted so bland. Idlis were cold and stale, they just kept re-heating them. If you ask for tea, you’ll be given very less quantity of it..you may have to ask refill. I’d never recommend this stay until you find the location to be convenient for you. There are other good options in the same price range.

The stay was overall good. The rooms are quite beautifully designed and very neat and clean. The cafe was a bit expensive but other than that, I would highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay, centrally located and very helpful staff. They should expand to accomodate for bigger rooms for family and build more lighting at/near gate for more safety on their approach road (at night). Rest all is great. I always stay here whenever I visit Delhi!

A budget hotel with a luxury appeal ! Right from the booking till check out the experience was great ! Hotel staff very amiable and always ready to assist. It was a bittersweet experience, Let me point out the positive ones first:- The bathrooms were good, they had good spacious rooms too, tech friendly keys But the negatives are more, t Didn’t like the service at all, the cafe’s food was average, no wardrobe in the room, no fan too, no lift in the hotel, if you book a twin bed room- you will have to climb 2 floors because they are only available on the second floor. If you look forward for an affordable business hotel, this is not the one because the price was not worth it

Like other Blooms, this is a very clean, comfortable hotel with friendly and attentive staff. They let me check in early, held the closure of breakfast for me and answered all my questions. I like this brand (used in Bengaluru too). It's not five star - but I wasn't wanting all that fuss or cost. Just clean, comfy and close to the metro. It would be useful if there website stressed that you need to leave jangpura metro by exit 2 (first time I was stranded on the wrong side).

The Hotel room was clean and minimalist. It wasn't like the other hotels , it had a feel of a house . The staff were the highlight of this hotel, very courteous and services were excellent. Special Mention to Mr.Anand at the front desk who helped us with all our requests.

The best thing about this place are the people. From security guard to the front desk people. But one stood out, CS Pandey, he was tour connector for local tours we wanted to do. He went above and beyond for us and we appreciated it the most. The food in cafe is ok, I wish they did a better job. The room it self was ok, I think they were going for function over style, bit some of the layouts for charging are weird. Also if two people in bead with bags it is hard to move around in room. They should have take a little room away from the bathroom and added to living area.

Very good locality. Quaint place to stay, if offered discounts - otherwise a bit pricey with their normal tarrifs. Could've installed fans in the rooms, if for nothing else, we are used to the white noise somewhat.

Bloomrooms hotel is one of the amazing hotel with a Yellow concept, you will find yellow color everywhere. The rooms were super clean, fresh towels, service best in industry, and is located at a convenient location and lots of parking space. The best part I liked was every room had a window, and i could simply feel the outdoor while staying indoor. Bedsheets, pillow and mattress were clean and gave cozy feeling. Thank you.

Absolutely delighted. The ambience, hospitality and the atmosphere around the hotel is neat and clean. It's good for all kind of people. Even for single back packers, families, friends. The rooms looks smaller and have all basic amenities like bed ,blanket, one chair and table with toiletries.. But do not expect more facilities like wardrobe and lockers. They clean the rooms and provide the basic amenities on daily basis. You'll get hot water 24/7 which was helpful during the winner. Jangpura metro station is very close and you can connect to all the places from here. There is nothing negative about this place. One notable point is the cost is little higher But compared to other nearby hotels it's less. Food was tasty with good quality & quantity but costly. Otherwise all the other services good.

Wow. Just like the photos. Very safe and decent and independent establishment. Give a lot of space to the guests. Rooms are decently spacious, toilet and bathroom are seperate inside the rooms, very clean. Amenities like iron and hair dryers can be asked for from the reception. 24/7 free water, coffee, tea. Lounge area and cafe also available, very good location to get up and about within the city. Price was a bit on the higher end, but, worth it. Definitely must/can stay spot if you're going alone, friends or family.

The location is very nice, walking distance to Jangpura metro station gate 2. Rooms are a bit small but doable. They also have a cafe and lounge area for guests. Breakfast menu is quite limited, but food is nice. They offer good speed free wifi and unlimited tea coffee in lobby on each floor which is quite convenient. Overall a nice stay but if its two people staying the bed becomes a bit weird as it's in a corner.

Its one of the most tidy, clean, organized and professional hotel I have ever came across. The room was small but it was clean and decent. Mattresses are damn comfortable. In one word, it follows the minimalist approach.

I had booked the stay here for my uncle and he was really impressed by the cleanliness and sophistication provided. The only major drawback was though, absence of lift, which proved too cumbersome for him as he had knee issues and steps were a little steep. That's the only thing to keep in mind before booking here.

Well run by manager Anand and his team. One star taken off for a coat of paint needed inside compared to when I was last here a few years ago. I stayed for 3 weeks this time and will be back.

Very functional rooms and a great location for this hotel. The usage of space in the rooms is really very well thought out. The queen bed i used may not fit two people of larger sizes like me comfortably so a twin room would be a better option on double occupancy in that case. The AC in the room worked perfectly well but the vents did appear to have been taken over by some dust and grime so that needs attention. The staff was very polite and one gentleman at the restaurant was very very friendly . May i please suggest that the management eliminate plastic mineral water bottles from the room and instead put water jugs - we must get rid of plastic as much as we can . Overall a great stay …

This hotel is everything good. Friendly, quick service. Delicious breakfast options. Clean, comfortable rooms. On this particular trip, I was staying with some friends who hadn't yet experienced the awesomeness of Bloomrooms. One of them kept looking around to say, "It is just so cosy" while the 9-year old traveling with us declared that now white and yellow (the Bloomrooms colors) are her favorite colors. It's awesome.

The way in which they have utilized the concept of space management is spectacular. The rooms are extremely small (with respect to two people), although I haven't been to a single room. The washroom and shower are strategically fitted inside the room itself (even when there isn't enough space for people to sleep). A separate cafe is in the premises with a reading room/library on top of the cafe for business/pleasure activities.

The hotel is very good for stay but not for food. The rooms are very clean and well maintained The staff is polite and courteous. I felt the tariff is too much as compared to the facilities given by them. There is no lift and we have to carry our own luggage to our room. It will be a big task for senior citizens. The wifi can be used only by one person even if three of you are staying in a single room. Overall not a pleasant experience and felt not worth the money paid for the stay.

Staff was helpful and nice. Room was very clean and daily housekeeping. Clean towels and linen was fresh enough. Location is good and there is a market nearby in case you need anything. Cafe is a bit overpriced. This could have been improved. Alley could have been more quiet. If you put stickers or something to make aware other guest not to talk in the alley.

The rooms are clean and comfortable the location is great. The room though basic met our needs as a traveller and we're good value for the price. The staff was efficient and helpful. We had an extra suitcase that we wanted to leave behind during our travel to other places and the staff was very helpful to accommodate this need at no additional cost.
