Best hotel with in budget an cooperative staff

Good hotel ' good staff , good location near to New Delhi railway , good food , staff very helpful, clean Rooms , really our stay is very comfortable.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. This isn't a family hotel at all. Gaping holes in the roof, fans missing, AC not working, bathroom in eww condition, unfriendly staff and pathetic service. The Google pics of the hotel are fake. So are the 'good' reviews. They ask to pay the moment you book and prefer not to show the rooms first. The front office fellow said..'rooms kya dikhana ? Sidhha Saman andar rakho' !! No amount of complaint helps... Pathetic !!

Don't try to book this hotel worst hotel..so please dont goo through this worst and bad hotel ...can't able to sleep in a bed...worst experience so please dont goo...

Wost hotel I made booking with Oyo and they charge me of Rs 300 extra for additional on ac.and after that on and off ac with there own dirty bathroom not changing bed sheet very unhygienic never go this place horrible

Room and bathroom are not upto the mark... Many cockroach are roaming in the room and bathroom. The only thing is as per my not upto the mark in hygiene and cleaning. Rest everything is good.

I booked my room online and it was given to someone else without informing me and I arrived late night and was given a stinky room . Overall, a horrible experience. Later I asked for a refund and the staff was drunk and used bad words.

Fraud Alert : AVOID Hotel Maharaja Continental and Hotel ROMA DX I was here with my family and friends, we were travelling from Agra to Delhi, a long journey at night, when we reached the hotel, the owner said that the rooms are full, but my elder sister already booked the room, so how can the rooms be full even after booking including an advance payment, so he made us shift in a different hotel which was also owned by him, Hotel Roma DX, few feet away from Hotel Maharaja Continental. So we thought of compromising, so we sent the ladies to check the rooms and washrooms first, and we were shocked at the fact of awfull quality of rooms and dirtiest of washrooms which smelled foul. It was an awfull experience, after travelling a long distance we were exhausted, especially the ladies, we needed to relax and the owner was upto no good. So we asked the owner to settle us at Hotel Maharaja Contenental he refused and started abusing and told 11 of us in the middle of the night to get out. He didn't come face to face, everything was happening on the phone. People were shouting and the situation was escalating, a rough night was upon us. We asked him to refund the booking money he first refused and then told will provide it the next morning, we were not having it, we threatend to complain to police and then after few mins of fighting they gave the money and we moved to a different hotel. Fun fact, some of us were booked for 3 in one room, so we atleast needed 2 beds for 3 people in a single room, but when we asked the staff why there is one bed for 3 people since our requirements were mentioned already? so the staff (HOTEL ROMA DX ) replied, 2 bed means one of the person needs to be sleeping on the floor on a mat. Imagine listening to that after a long journey and in winter season, while I was there it was 7 degree Celsius. We often had a glimpse of police patrolling the area, so it gave us confidence to escalate the situation to a point where they would refund the money. Also not a single hotel in this particular area have rooms which includes its own geyser. So you have to rely on timing mentioned by the staff, for hot water, usually its between 6:30 AM To 12 PM

Hotel Roma is not well furnished and the worst thing is there are too many cockroaches. The housekeeping service is not available. The bedsheet is so dirty while washing the dust can be found again.. I didn’t feel free there...

This hotel is a joke on there hotel name. Staff members are very arrogant and keep putting off air conditioning all the times. Rooms and surroundings are very dirty. It's not a hotel it is a dhaba.

Staff behaviour horrible very rude behaviour and room price are to high .rooms very small and bedsheet pillow cousin and blanket dirty stinky. Room and bathroom and accessories are not clean. Reception manger is very greedy. Don't book ever this hotel and suggest to all don't go this hotel .

One of very third class hotel..Room Image showing on Google and All Platforms like paytm doesn't match with actual position.. Don't know why @paytm certifies as 4 Star.. Not recommended at all.

Staff is very nice,,only this place is so so out of maintenance and very very pathetic in terms of toilet and even the entire rooms are very untidy ,,needs imideate renovation..our personal experience was bad due to the lack of mainatnce in washroom,it was very very stinky..but looking at the staff we really appreciated their hard work

The rooms are not at all as shown in the photos. The staffs checked out my Oyo booking even before I reached this hotel. As it was already checked out the staff wantedly took my phone and rated 5 stars on oyo app. The rooms were dirty, old and zero ventilation. Never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have stayed in many hotel but this Hotel Roma Dx has the best service. The staff and manager is very cooperative and helpful I like to stay in this hotel. I recommend this hotel for solo and family trip.

Hotel Roma is Nice place for stay in new delhi. Here's room service is very good and low price stay available here . If you want to stay more days then you will save money. Staff's behaviour was good. But the room and washroom wasn’t clean. Pillows were stinky. Washroom was dirty and washroom accessories were broken. Wifi wasn't working. Even no network in SIM inside room. It was horrible experience without internet and SIM network.

Worst ever hotel seen in my life. Useless Hotel. Worst hotel staff and worst maintainance. They dont know how to behave with the customers, very rude behaviour by the staff. I dont recommend anybody to this hotel.

Worst hotel I have ever seen. Geyser and AC was not switched on despite several calls and even blanket was torn. The room which was provided to me was different from one that was shown in OYO. The only good thing was that mirror in front od which I had clicked photos

Worst hotel ever. It cannot be called even a one star hotel. Rooms are not exactly shown. These positive reviews has been given the staff members of the hotel I guess. Rooms are not hygenic at all, room size small. I didnot even stayed there then also I was charged for the money. Even money was not refunded. Furnitures and bedsheets were too old .

Hotel Roma deluxe ,paharganj delhi one of the worst hotel of this area. Not cleaned, poor maintenance and toilet are dirty .Room has not ventilation hotel staff are not cooperative . Hotel owner and all oyo team are corrupt and involve in wrongdoers.dont book this hotel ...all are fake people and they are misguiduing and trying to make fool their customers.

Very very bad experience. The room is not at all clean. Packets of tobacco products are thrown under the bed, sofa and in the toilet. Toilet seems like haven’t cleaned since installation. Windows were Brocken.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The room size was uncomfortably small, cleanliness was lacking, there was no ventilation, and to make matters worse, I encountered both cockroaches and mosquitoes during my stay. Overall, it fell short of basic expectations for a comfortable accommodation and need a great improvement.
