I
booked
room
for
a
single
day.,At
the
time
of
booking
room
online
I
had
phonetic
conversation
with
the
staff
member,
he
asked
me
to
book
the
room
as
I
can
pay
extra
charge
and
check
in.
So
I
booked,
however
when
i
reached
hotel
at
6am,
the
staff
told
me
to
wait
as
all
rooms
are
booked
even
though
I
was
ready
to
pay
extra
charges.
At
the
same
time
they
were
giving
rooms
to
other
people
there.
I
waited
for
6
hrs
and
20mins
before
my
checkin
time
they
asked
me
to
pay
extra
charges.,
and
on
the
first
day
itself,
we
faced
light
problems.
There
was
no
electricity
for
about
3
hours
from
11.30pm.
No
power
backup
is
available.Then
on
complaining
the
issue
to
staff,
their
response
was
not
at
all
acceptable,
they
just
asked
to
leave
or
wait
as
they
can't
do
anything.
We
even
made
call
to
the
owner,
he
just
told
to
checkout.Many
guests
had
to
checkout
because
of
this
behavior.
Staff
didn't
even
made
any
efforts
to
resolve
the
issue.
When
people
were
checking
out
after
that
they
called
for
help
and
got
the
issue
fixed.
Everybody
were
out
of
their
rooms
and
waited
outside
till
1:15-1:30
at
night....Even
I
had
to
change
the
room
twice,reason
being
MICE
AND
RATS
!!
Didn't
expected
such
kind
of
quality
issues
and
staff
attitude
towards
complaints.
Totally
advice
to
not
to
go
for
this
one
.
