Worst Experience at this hotel. 1. There is no 24*4 hot water supply in the hotel. Even after requesting them for a hot water supply in the bathroom at around 9 pm for my toddler baby there was no hot water. 2. There are no geyser in the rooms so for hot water supply in the bathroom you have to call. 3. There was no intercom in our room 4. Worst customer service because even for a tea and water I had to wait 2-3 hours. 5. Since the hotel is situated in the busiest Market finding a parking space will be a challenge. 6. Mattress was not comfortable 7. Staff was not polite.

Located in the heart of Karol Bagh just besides Punjab Sweets, this is a decent hotel with average facilities (don’t expect much). It’s location is it’s USP. They were not able to give us the allotted room and made an alternate arrangement in other room of the same hotel after a wait of almost 45 minutes.

Worst place. Bad behaviour. Very bad staff and they were very bad with behaviour. If possible i would have logged a complaint against them. They totally wasted our time.. and the manager was drunk and misbehaved with my mother. I would recommend you should never visit this place. There are far better place to stay in the location. And the food was horrible and stale and unhygienic food.. Overall ratings is very bad worst experience.. i won't even give a star to them ..

There should be some option to rate on negative scale. Worst staff Lift never works. Mis behave and threatening sort of staff. They all work in unity against you. Once booked , you will never try again

My sister and I had a great time. We was there for wedding shopping. The location of the hotel is very convenient as its right in the middle of shopping area. Any time tired we could just walk back to our room for some rest. Room condition bit of run down but still it was very comfortable. Was clean and good condition. Staff was overwhelming. Very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to staff Sandeep, Visas, Raj and Shiv Lal. The door keeper was very attentive. Before reaching the main entrance the door is open to welcome you. Will definitely come back again to this hotel. We stayed for 11 days non even a day we felt uncomfortable or unsave. Had a great time.

Highly NOT recommended. Pathetic rooms, no proper winter beddings or equipments, unhygienic, food not worth the money. Poor service and that too really slow. Location is bad too. Staff attendants apart from one or two were so unwelcoming.

Worst hotel to live, not even a single thing works properly. There is no cleanliness, bedsheets are dirty, the bathroom is not renovated since ages, there is no hot water. The service is very poor and the staff is not ready to listen to any of your requests.

His attentiveness during a late-night check-in was commendable. Recognizing the inconvenience caused by ongoing facelift work at the hotel, Mr. Arora went the extra mile to upgrade our room. This thoughtful gesture not only addressed our breathing concerns but also enhanced our overall comfort. The hotel staff, in general, exhibited professionalism and contributed to the positive experience. While the ongoing upgrades were noticeable, the accommodating service, especially from Mr. Arora, mitigated any inconvenience. In summary, Hotel Good Palace is a suitable choice, particularly for events in the vicinity. With the completion of upgrades and additional improvements, the hotel has the potential to earn a higher rating. Currently, I would rate our stay at a commendable 4

Bathroom and wash basin block. Room service is very late. Too crowded place. Cab drivers can not come especially in the evening. No proper place to park vehicle.

First I was allotted Room No.106, it's door lock didn't work. Then shifted to Room No.205. There also TV didn't work, no night lamp. Moreover,water quality was worse. So, I didn't take bath.

I am staying in this hotel since 2017 and I would love to stay here whenever I will travel to Delhi. Even I am lucky enough to stay in their other hotels at Nainital and Jim Corbette National Park, where I got the same best treatment from the hotel management. The most important matter to stay in this hotel is the staff behavior. All the hotel employees are very helpful and well-behaved. Specially I can mention about Sanjay Ji, Akaash Ji and Ashok Ji of front desk. It is one of the best hotels in Karol Bagh at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Very very bad quality, TV running in black and white. There were no WATER HEATER, Nothing is there paid 5000 for 2 nights not even worth for 1000 for 2 nights. They didn't clean our room even we informed to clean when we go out for a day tour and return back to same room. Poor services very very poor services. I recommend tourists from other states not to choose this Graveyard 🪦. They provide One time sealed bottle and then they collect the empty bottles and refill that and charge 30rs for filling. Google should provide negative stars too. Perfect to give -5 stars

Good place to stay.Clean rooms and it is situated in the shopping area Karolbagh .Saranavana bhavan restaurant is next to the hotel.Staffs are good. I stayed here for about 7 days.They will arrange the vehicles if we need. Metro station is also a few metres away
