It's a good hotel to stay which is ideally located to meet the travelling requirements. Food and environment is good. I appreciate the friendly staff response and efforts to make the stay comfortable. It's one of my choices for any trip.

I stayed here for my friend's wedding. The room and washroom were clean and had all the required amenities and equipments. The complimentary breakfast buffet was also good. You can stay here comfortably.

I booked the delux room and it so conjusted ,,you cant even breath it looks like storeroom ,so i payed 3000 rs more to upgrade my room , that room was dirty,it seems like not cleaned from week and the person in reception who did our check in ,,he was so unprofessional he didn't even greet us in anytime ,he was rude at all the time .other staff was good and helpfull specially guards and(Restraunt)service people..and that freak person really need training .

Will not recommend this just by reviews. It's very avg hotel .not sure how this has achieved so much rating. Manager really needs to learn how to meet client expectations.1. Matteress are overused 2. Poor breakfast quality and not good. 3. 1litre water is complimentary for double occupancy room....but u won't get it if you are checking out. Overall after paying 5days of executive room ended up very bad experience

The room was luxurious immaculately clean and beautifully furnished . The bed was comfortable with clean and nice lenin. The location of the hotel was ideal , allowing me to visit nearby places at ease.

Hey Folks, hope you guys are doing fine. I contacted this hotel’s General Manager(Mr Sachin Mishra) regarding a long term stay in the month of August. He sounded so rude and arrogant and he disconnected the phone by saying that if stay 100 nights the rates will be same. I don’t know what service they are providing in there Hotel Golden Grand. Everything is perfect. As I am staying in the room already..we booked 4 rooms . Service was top notch throughout. Even in the early morning the staff was very nice and helpful .

No impressive at all, room were small bed mattress not.good you sank in, shower door leaked water all over the floor, when we mention the issue the guy just stared at us. We had breakfast added to our trip, food was cold. Staff was friendly

Overall the experience was okay for me. The room was pretty good. Washroom was quite small, a bit compact. The complimentary breakfast was not good at all. But for lunch I ordered Chilly Paneer and Chowmein which was good but I felt that the prices in the menu are a bit on the higher side. The staff is also nice and humble.

I dont know how this hotel call themselves 4-star. The delux room rate is 7500 but if you book through online apps, you can get it on around 4500. But they gave us so small room that I could not even open my trolley on floor. This hotel is over rated and over expensive, they dont have any facilties for the rate they charge. Its better to stay at lemon tree which has almost same rate. I regret!! The only good thing is they have locker room and you can keep your luggage after checkout.

Suitable for economic meetings. Profit is, near from metro and just beside the road. But the food was not so good. Small area for lunch or dinner. Rooms was quite good.

The hotel room and vicinity were good. The room facing metro was very clean, linens clean, with hair drier and hot water day and night. However restaurants and room service were very poor. They were delaying in services at the restaurant to the extent that during a breakfast we had to wait for long time for plain tea. We could not wait too much so we left. One staff brought the tea in our room but we refused because the tea was too strong with less milk. It's unfortunate that in such a good hotel, this happened also because the staff dont understand english language properly. Service and staff management is of utmost importance so as to satisfy clients. If not clients won't turn back

Very good hotel and mainly service of staff is superb 👌 must stay here as rooms are big with required all amenities. Need exhaust in bathroom. Toiletries kit is average... rest all good. When we went for sightseeing in the morning they give us packed b/f. Very good staff to help you.

All are appreciating this hotel for providing service but iam glad to to say a bad service because i lost my iphone 11 in front of this hotel on 14 nov 2021as a part of my business trip and today its 18 th nov i have not yet received the cctv footage from that hotel.If u ready to safe your belongings buy your own way you can book this hotel. No safety for our belongings.

this is barely a 4 star hotel, even station lodges are better. the food was bland, but the prices sky high. the staff was unprofessional and arrogant. the location is too far away from the all the main sights that delhi has to offer. if you want to enjoy your stay, choose another hotel.
