I do not recommend this hotel at all. Considering the rent per day, I expected better room and better service. We travelled whole night by bus. We came from Manali. Our flight was 7 hours later. We were fully tired, so I was searching for a room only for 4 hours. I was surprised that they wanted to charge me 2000 for 4 hours. They showed me the room. I said that I am never going to pay 2000 for that room. The room was not cleaned, the toilet was okay though. They did not even give water bottle initially. I had to ask them for the water. Only good thing for this hotel would be the location. It is near to metro, and a lot of plastic shops you can find nearby. You can travel to this place very easily. The airport was also quite near from this place. However, it took me almost 1 hour to travel around 25 km. Theere were lot of traffic jam. You will find lots of food outlets nearby. These small restaurants are affordable and nearby. However, the restaurant I went to, did not have a hotel delivery option. I had to pay more for the packaging and all. Overall, you can skip this hotel as it is not worth the money you spend. Other hotels nearby this also was charging same. So, it is better that you select a different place altogether. Good luck.

Worst experience... The Hotel owner was too rude and bad.. Provide 3rd class rooms.. They will show you good rooms but after check in you will get 3rd class room.. Ac is not available.. Washroom is horrible. Don't go..totally fraud

There are theif people in this hotal because owner says other thing and then you reached the inside of room their are no any things, who says the owner to me about this hotal.. and very bad sarvices🤬🤬🤬 and uncleaned room..... Waste of money if u think stay here......🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

The reception staff is very rude, they doubled the money once we did the payment online, they provided a room which was unventilated, no proper blankets provided, no proper drinking water, no proper light

The only good thing about the hotel is the location it is based at. Rest all are worthless. The staff here are pretty arrogant.

I had a dreadful stay at this hotel, and I strongly advise families to stay away. It was disgustingly dirty, with used alcohol bottles and useless items in the room. The AC didn't work, and the linens were unclean and infected. The staff was extremely arrogant. This hotel should be avoided at all times. Stay away from drivers in delhi they will land you to such a worthless hotel for their commission.

The hotel is very old and not well maintained. The bedsheets were not cleaned well and had smell. AC remote was not working, AC temperature buttons were broken and the TV was also broken. Location wise it is very near the New Delhi railway station, but the road is not accesible by car, and reaching the hotel will be difficult if you have luggage. I had booked complimentary late check in through goibibo. The reception staff first said it was not available since they had other bookings, only to mention a minute later that they can make it availble on extra payment. Overall not a good experience, will not recommend.

They are not poor they are worst most bad service I have ever seen in my life. Please everyone do not get in to this hotel staffs are truly bad they don't have manners to talk.They tell you something else and provide the another room.

Bad. Some hotel rooms here have little to no ventilation, no windows and the rooms are too dirty.

The hotel is nice and the location can be easily reachable. The fare was pocket friendly and we received all assistance from the staff and receptionist during our stay.

Never book the room in this fraud hotel. Staff is out of sense and have very bad behavior and attitude. Services are also worst. They manually do switch -off the AC after every hour and tell that power had gone. We asked to start TV 4-5 times but no response.

Except this hotel location nothing is so describe. Rooms and toilet all are not in hygienic. Room rent TOO HIGH as per quality.

Worst hotel in delhi staff was threatening and always ready to fight with you at any point of time they don't even care you are with family or kids. I m talking with my personal experience.
