1/5 I reached the hotel at 10.30pm with my parents. I had made the booking through go ibibo. When I showed my booking ticket to the person at reception, he informed me that the booking is not confirmed from our side as there is a low tariff issue. I had already made the entire payment 20 days in advance and had no clue what he was talking about. He simply refused to check in and asked me to call go ibibo to resolve the issue. I asked him that this issue was between the hotel and goibibo and I had nothing to do with it. But the guy was very rude. Then I called goibibo several times and at the end goibibo asked me to pay another Rs.500 in cash to the hotel and assured me that I will get a refund. The person at the reception was again being rude. It took complete one hour to resolve the issue. Finally got check in at around 11.45pm. The only reason I put with all the nonsense was because my parents were with me and they were very tired. I got a refund of that Rs. 500 from goibibo eventually in my bank account. Coming to the room, it was dirty and old. Taps were old, walls were dirty and nothing was good about the room. If you book this hotel kindly call them and confirm your booking well in advance. I mean hospitality sector doesn't work that way. Please avoid at any cost

DO NOT OPT FOR THIS HOTEL, IT WILL ABSOLUTELY SPOIL YOUR STAY AND DAY! If 1 is the option to mark poor in the star rating. I will rate this hotel a minus (-) 5. Extremely, extremely poor service. Rooms are shoddy and unclean, linen has stains and is torn, you can't regulate the AC temperature and the staff is suspicious looking. They don't provide even 500 ml water bottle in the room as complimentary. The last nail in the coffin was when the hotel owner an uncouth, pathetic, ruthless being LITERALLY STARTED YELLING at me when I requested for a bill for Bisleri water bottle which he charged me Rs 45/bottle. He claimed Rs. 25 as service charge for providing me the bottle during my stay. When I said emphasized for a bill he began heckling abuses and snatched the bottle from my hand and started to question my paying capability. Absolute uncivil and totally undeserving to be in hospitality.

Its useless Hotel without Parking and without Amenities. Wastage of money.

Location, cleanliness, amenities, staff behavior is very much appreciable. Rooms are big, bed and linens clean. Only issue is the cost of food in the menu card, too high... And the breakfast, everyday same menu given in room (toast+butter & jam, veg sandwich, tea, banana) all 3 days same items. No variation

Booked stay on FabHotel app. Rooms are just okayish. Nothing like shown in the pictures in the app. Pretty basic and average, a bit old you may say. Definitely not a 3-star hotel room. Service is not that great either because there's no geyser, if you ask them they'll get hot water for you but it will take 1hr to bring it. Staff is good, polite and helpful, so is the manager. They try to help you. The location is great! If there's one thing I'd pick this hotel for is the location. I wish the rooms were better though... The price is a bit on the higher side. Price cannot be justified looking at the rooms, hence I'm giving 3 stars. Could have been a lot better.

A nice small descent place to stay with nice rooms and good clean food, a place meant for people who would prefer a come-go attitude but good food and if a small nap is ok ..then this Hotel at Delhi is just the place to visit, Good to keep this place in mind

The rooms are very basic OYO type. Blankets and bedding is dirty and very stinky. Corridors are dark and shady. In short, it's a very very basic hotel.

Its a good hotel , with most of the facilities , its a fully ventilated property , with good security system and Is located in a very good are , which has west patel magar market from which u can buy almost all the things u want , all the ameneties are provided by the hotel , there's only a falt which I personally faced was the washroom isn't locking from inside and outside both , otherwise rest its a good hotel , u just have to carry a odomas to prevent mosquitoes . the hotel has inside restraunt which good and hygienic so you can order from there . And mainly its affordable and good budget hotel you must be looking for with good staff .

Thw worst hotel ever to go. Wasted 2 hours. Then the manager said u dont have a booking when agioda is showing confirmation. Then too i thought lets check the rooms. They were stinking and not at all clean. I would give -10 to this place.

Hotel Clark heights! remember this name as this is one of the best hotel in NCR! Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my friend for a weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this place. I will start from check in- machine in the lobby gave us our room keys!!! all with help of very nice, friendly and professional manager Mr. Tapash who met us at the entrance. We felt special from the beginning till the end. Beautiful lobby with coffee and tea machine and computer with printers - all free to use for guests- surely can make you feel like your home. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! (You seldom find comfortable pillows). Also, the bathroom was really clean with elite level fittings and a very comfortable shower with a tub. Reception was very helpful in directing us to nice places to go around , so we had a great night out as well. After we came back - we found out that on every floor there are water stations with bottles so you can take them to the room! also guest request lockers - if we run out of tea, coffee or milk in the room! Its really like they thought of everything to please your stay! We tried food room service as well and in 20 min was delivered to our room! so happy with our stay that acually was sad to leave! Gaurav who checked us out was very professional and friendly. Overall I had a really good stay!!!

Decent hotel. Average room service, but courteous staff. Decent clean rooms. But extra star for prime on road location.

Okay okay hotel. Its ok if you just want a bed and then head out in the morning. Nothing fancy, but very decent and disciplined. the beds were good, Bathrooms clean, but water needs to be hotter for delhi winters. Taking a bath was inconvenient. The entrace could be better as it appears shady, while the hotel itself is much better than that.

Dont go there... they are not friendly... washroom is not cleaned properly... and the most ennoying thing they they command u for each and evrything like u will hav to tell them evry time when u r leaving your room... u will have to submit keys each and evry time... if u can get up early only then u will get breakfast other wise they will not provide breakfast... and many more such stupid rules.. it seems like they are paying u for your stay...

I am really surprised by the high rating of this hotel. We booked for a room with a attached and had a really bad experience. My husband and I were aware it's a star hotel and we can stay at any hotel as long as its clean and have bare minimum amenities.
