Perfect place for small to medium size functions. Food was also good. Beautiful banquet. Perfectly managed rooms. Great experience.

Attended a sagan function here during corona- really appreciate the masks and sanitation by all the staff. They did temperature checks on entry and kept the food covered. Beautiful decoration as well.

This is a nice place to hold small gatherings and social functions. For a large gathering, you will have to opt for a larger premises. Being near the main Ring Road this facility has great accessibility within the city. The service provided by the staff is as per expectation. The food served in the banquet has scope for improvement. The snacks could be better if the spice content in them is reduced and the soups could have less of salt in them. Although there are lifts available to access upper floors but they are too small for space and comfort.

Cleanliness/hygiene is an issue Besides, food isn't tasty and food items that should have been served piping hot were cold for eg., Gajar ka halwa/gulab jamun and even breads (roti/naan). I had recently attended an engagement ceremony here.

Just review for hotel rooms. Banquet and food was 4 star. Rooms, look nice however bathrooms are like hostel. Geyser and water dont work. Unprofessional staff. Bad room service. Management didn’t deliver what was promised. Took all money in advance and no service provided later. Disgusting toilets and bathroom. Even brides suite, which is supposed to be best room had non working shower. We were provided with a balti and mug ask yo use cold tap water. When we did, the tap broke. Booked whole hotel for our wedding. Won’t recommend to anyone. Genuine review with all truth. Too expensive for what it is.

We booked it for mehendi function and we had a great experience in terms Of decor,food, management and staff. The ambience of the hall is very royal and elegant. The feel good factor manifolded our celebrations. Keep up the good work and wishing u all the best..

Really nice place, we had a family get together, unfortunately two of our bros got injured that day, but the good news is that they have ramp access and really large elevator. So we all were able to attend the program without any fuss. The food and ambience is really good and the staff is courteous as well.

Quite a big hall to organise a gathering of 200. But the sound acoustics is pathetic. Too load. No fun when the loudness creeps I your brain.... n it's just next to the wedding couple podium.

The place was fairly good Food- Starters- 3/10, except 'chaap' all other varieties tasted stale. Main course- 7/10, well they serve spicy 'Malai Kofta' which is suppose to be sweet. Service- 8/10 Ambience- equivalent to what we expect in usual banquets.

Mr sanjay in housekeeping is very helpful and a great personality. I ll give him 5 star. This hotel provides twin bed joined for double occupancy. In case you need double bed you have to pay extra amount. Even if you have booked for couples. So be carefull. While booking this property. .
