Hotel is 3rd class... Nothing works properly. Staff is rude... Specially the reception guy Ravi Prabhat Is Totally Chutiya... They do not treat guest properly. Never visit this hotel. You will be embarrassed by them. No OYO Support. I gave them 1 start after that this guy take my number from aadhar card which I submitted during check in and talk rudely. He said "Ye meri Property hai" "Aapne Ise Kharida Nahi Hai" Screenshot attached with this review.

Worst of its kind. You will surely get a nasty experience. No room service. Toilets are unclean. Only one water filter at first floor and you have to yourself move there to fetch water as no room service available. Charges are way above high. At the time of booking they say one price, but at checkout they say another. Takes 22% tax, but doesn't give a bill. Purely full of insane employees.

Best disappointing hotel ever, There is no geyser in my room, rooms are very dirty, water is not coming, previous guest's stuffs like there plates and tea cup's are still in the room, bedsheet is not clean I recommend you not to come this hotel never ever ever Such a worst hotel, i've ever seen in my life

High price but Old rooms, not very clean, tv not working, no hot water facility, not safe for kids as lose electricals every where, room service is also bad. Location is ok. Rooms need total revamp. Better book some other hotel.

Best disappointing hotel ever, in every manner and aspect possible, "every means every". I've given 1 star because, it was least option available otherwise I could have given in minus. Mark my words never try this hotel even if it is last one. Either you come with your family or friends.

Worst experience ever. Don't book this hotel at all. They have the worst manager and working staff. If there would have been a way to give a minus review. I would have suerly given it.

Poorest oyo ever seen they even charged for spoons plus not drinking water don't go

I had a worse experience in this hotel. I stayed for a day in the month of November. There is no geyser for hotwater. They gave us a water heater rod. Me and my parents are bathing one after the other. We asked them to wait for 5min. When we are using it. One of the staff named suhith directly pulled into our room and took the water heater even though we told him to wait for 5 min. Even though we are reporting the complaint no one responded in the hotel. No respect at all to the customers. Please do not visit this hotel.

So disappointing and cheap behaving hotel manerless

Place was neat and clean. Staff is polite and supportive. Only thing they don't have kitchen but but they have menu card in every room ! They bring ordered food from outside and charge it double per menu card ! Best thing it is just opposite of Baake Bihari ji temple- I likes that :)

Worst food ever i eat . Bad service. Unhygienic rooms . Dirty bathrooms.waste of money . Not recommended.

Worst place full of fraud They asked us for 1200 while check in after checkout they are demanding for 400 extra saying it is GST of room they try to fool you and loot you never visit to the hotel

Stayed there for two days. I made online booking. They charged GST separately and didn't tell earlier that gst will be added extra apart from room price. There was no TV in room, even they cut AC during early morning. Very bad experience.

Bilkul bakwaas! Saala blanket b aisa diya jo b torned or smelly tha including bedsheet and pillow. When I asked to change them they said this is all we have. On top of that, when I asked OYO for the refund. They denied my request stating everything was good there. I mean I stayed there so who will know better. OYO is a thief company.

Better search for a better hotel in the locality.Dont fall for the photos they have displayed. The noise inside the hotel is even greater than the noise right outside,on the street. That is least of the problems. I still wonder, how they got OYO certification. OYO really needs to up their standard

The hotel owner is really helpful and nice. However the cleanliness was rock bottom. The bed sheets had stains on them, and body hair under the covers. I'm sure they have not changed the sheet but just tided up the place after the last customer that rented it.
