Very
bad
experience
at
this
hotel.
1.
As
I'd
payed
the
bill
at
the
time
of
booking
through
OYO
app
that
is
why
I
'd
suffered
alot.
2.
When
I
visited
at
the
hotel
reception
he
told
me
that
your
booked
room
has
no
facility
such
as
-
No
wifi,
no
geysers,
no
blanket,
etc.
3.
He
told
me
to
pay
Rs.
500
extra
and
he'd
upgrade
my
room
to
his
nearby
property
and
according
to
him
which
is
very
clean
and
will
have
all
the
above
facilities
and
I
'd
get
the
room
instantly
without
waiting
too
much.
4.
As
I
was
short
of
money
so
decided
to
stay
in
current
room.

Then
he
ask
me
to
pay
150
rupees
more
in
the
name
of
GST
and
Service
charge
(
about
this
nothing
is
mentioned
in
oyo
app
)

When
I
pay
him
150
rupees
then
he
again
insisted
me
to
pay
350
rupees
more
to
upgrade
room
to
deluxe
in
his
nearby
property.
I
again
told
him
I
would
stay
in
current
room
as
I
don't
have
enough
cash
.

Then
he
told
me
wait
for
half
an
hour
and
this
wait
continues
to
2
hours.

When
I
checked
the
room
the
room
was
not
clean,
neither
the
bedsheet
were
clean
nor
the
pillow
covers
were
clean.

No
towel
was
provided.
9.
When
I
get
to
sleep
there
were
too
much
noise
disturbance
that
is
why
I
didn't
get
sleep
well.

On
morning
staffs
were
started
loud
music
playing
which
was
also
very
disturbing.

After
all
these
I
was
surprised
that
how
this
hotel's
rating
are
4.2
above.
But
at
the
time
of
checkout
my
this
doubt
also
got
cleared.

the
time
of
checkout.
OYO
automatically
check
out
at
11:00
AM.
When
I
showed
him
I've
been
checked
out
he
told
me
that
you
are
not
checked
out,
give
me
your
mobile
phone
he's
checkout.

opens

app
and
self
rated
5
star
rating
from
my
oyo
booking
app.
Then
I
got
to
know
how
this
third
class
hotel
has
managed
to
get
4.2
above
star
rating.

for

rating
and

review
but
didn't
get
any
option
to
write
review
and
my
experience.

why

Please
take
this
review
seriously
and
don't
visit
for
this
third
class
hotel.
Don't
rely
on
rating
and
reviews
as
these
reviews
are
self
posted
by
hotel
staff.

Staff's
behavior
was
not
polite
to
the
guest
they
should
know
how
to
behave
with
the
guests.

me

an
hour
to

stay

hotel
