I booked one room one week before, and was a little late to check in, however payment was made in advance, but when I got there they said there is no room available, then gave me one of the worst rooms, in which water was dipping from roof on the bed, toilet was one of the worst i have ever seen, I had paid for AC room they gave me non AC, since i had no other booking and payment was done in advance, I had to take the room. I am not a paid reviewer and not doing it to defame a bussiness, but please dont take this hotel, totally not worth it

Got a way too dirty room. We can't even close the door properly. Bathroom was just like a stable. We found trimmed hair all over. Rooms are not at all the way they showed in the pictures. Total disappointment. I would never visit this hotel coz of my bad experience. I would rate it on a negative scale if possible.

Rooms is absolutely opposite from how it's look like The rooms are very old with broken doors and furnitures. Hotels members are asking for to give 5 stars and hence this hotel has good ratings on apps like Oyo which I experienced isn totally false. There is no TV no mirror no any furniture. The dirtiest bathroom and toilet in entire Paharganj area or maybe the dirtiest in entire Delhi. The rooms are way too old with broken parts. The receptionist will beg the customers to give 5 stars and hence this hotel has good ratings on apps like Oyo. But trust me, you will find way better hotels nearby in the same price range. This hotel is only for unmarried couples who want to stay for an hour or two. Otherwise this hotel sucks. The rooms are very old, dilapidated and pathetic. Never ever go with your family, I repeat never. There is no TV, no Geyser even though I booked for the best room. The toilets are filthy dirty and everything else. Very noisy environment too along with mosquitoes. Even the lift is broken. The worst hotel I have ever been to.

I had worst experience with OYO, No TV ,No AC,No wifi Connectivity,No hot water during winter season, even the hotel manager doesn't know the features of Air Conditioner(AC),Main thing is no Wifi facility, while booking I was ensured that wifi facility is available, when I entered the hotel , I asked for the wifi password and he gave it, after 10 minutes of usage it got disconnected, when I asked he said there is a connectivity problem and will resolve in 30mins, till the time I checked out he didn't turned up and i ended up without wifi. When I asked for the same, hotel staff was rude and was not responding properly.before making payment they will behave like very friendly, As soon as you make payment, they will show their real face, Rude, Arrogant, un professional, Why OYO mention things which hotel doesn't provide. When it comes to rating they will ask for our mobile and rate themself. Hope oyo take some action based on customers feedback.

Do Not Book Watching Oyo Ratings. They Are Forcefully Given By Owner. Rooms Are Really Dirty. During Checkout, Owner Forcefully Takes Phone And Gives Rating. They Are Like Local Gunda. Never Ever Book.

I don't even want to give that one star. He is such a fraud I booked room on Oyo app and when I reached there he said for the amount you have paid you will get non AC if you want AC you have to pay the double price. I went there after the check in time and I was very tired and helpless. I tried talking to him but he was very arrogant and said if you want you can check-in or you can complaint where ever you want. By seeing no other option I paid the amount. If at all the room was good i would have given it a 2/3 it was the worst room i have ever stayed. The area is very congested no place to park your bikes it was a half meter wide street.

Veri bad experience. Booked by OYO app. TV, Ac and Fan not working. Bathroom was very dirty. Room no. 107 is very bad and they force customers to give 5 star rating. They took your phone by saying that there will be a mail by which we receive our payment and give 5 atar rating.

One of the worse guest house...stinky room and worse condition of restroom... rude front desk staff... at first they replied there is no rooms reserved for us and we did cancel the agreement with OYO... and still we do not pay back from OYO for the reservation...

I had worst experience, no TV ,no AC,no hot water. When I asked for the same hotel staff was rudely giving some vague answers. Why do you guys mention things which hotel doesn't provide. And one of the hotel member has forced me to take local sight seeing for 1500Rs, 8 hrs and Max 80km. But driver didn't take us to the places which they have promised and our journey was only for 30 km in 3.5 hrs. Rating were also fake, hotel staff asked me to show message from Oyo and he himself given high rating before I can just reply to that feedback message. This is second time I am having issues when book through oyo. Even after complaints Oyo hasn't taken any action. Will never go for Oyo for further hotel bookings.

Rooms are different from what are in pictures. Don't book room through OYO as when you go for check-in they reply that property sold out. Staff behaviour is rude. When you book room through hotel they agree to give you. It's Scam. Even OYO cannot arange any alternative for you. Hope you guys understand the situation when it happens to you.

If you're going here after booking through Oyo , believe me you can get in trouble , because they are charging more . Basically it happened with me and my friend , we booked two room but got only one and they also asked for more money . They will read your situation and there will ask more money so be careful and if you are going for the room then please make sure that they are not asking for the extra money. Room : now coming to the room room is quite good and you can experience good mattress but let me clear you about the design and the building it has three floors and if you have lot of luggage and you want it to be in your room then you got a real travel man you should choose another hotel they will take your love is but the service quality is really poor Service : if you would ask them for water then just forget about the water it only depends upon the mood of the the server. They will bring you the water whenever they want so just don't hope too much . Location : location is quite good if you are staying for more than 5 days then all the need can be full filled here but located in the main market I think . Near the hotel you can find good restaurant and bar and all the requirement you can have so location wise it's quite good. Near metro station is 1 km ahead. Overall Pros : 1. location wise it's quite good. 2. Wifi connection is upto the mark 3. Cleanness is not top notch but good 4. Mattress is comfortable you can have a great sleep 5. Rooms are not so big but quite enough 6. AC condition 👍🏼 Cons : 1. Service 2. Behaviour 3. They are bit rude and greedy too Overall If you are in hurry stay and enjoy the peace

Worst hotel ever seen...First they take the booking from oyo and that too prepaid and when the person comes up on checking in,they say we don't accept prepaid bookings.. Also pay an extra amount in cash for checking in.. Don't book your room here.. Instead take room from the hawkers and pedlars, they have list of good hotels...

Don't choose this Oyo and don't trust the reviews the reviews which added from them only, while check out they're asking our mobile to show booking I'd and they're taking the Mobile and closing the booking at that time & adding the reviews giving 5& 4star rating, such a worst hotel I have never seen adding while check in they are adding so many extra charges, don't trust reviews such a wrost hotel don't book this hotel the images which they have shown is not their hotel image's, Govt hospital beds is better than this hotel.

I had booked a A.C room but on reaching there gave me a non ac simple room without adjusting any money and perthitic room, i just some how managed to stay the night and left as soon as possible in the morning and i booked it from OYO.

Hotel is in gully, difficult to find out. Room is also different and small as pics showing in Oyo rooms, But staff behavior is good.

Don't go to this property, they will not allow you on your online booking and demand extra money. My booking I'd was WKCR8697, they charged me 800 per night extra money

Worst experience.. I would rate Negative 100%..Don't prefer to stay at this guest house anytime in any of theirs life time... Oyo should remove their contract... Worst room condition, photos shared was not correct.. Bed spread not changed and all were in black color....Also charged extra money as they mentioned oyo is not owning this building.. We owned this hotel and you won't get AC room for less than ₹500.. I got good offer at Oyo but room people refused and said they didn't received the payment from OYO and it will take 6 months for them to receive

OYO 40670 Hare Rama Guest House is nothing but a fraud OYO property. Property manager asked for extra money for A.C. Staff behaviour also rude while complaining about extra money. Property manager extra charged of 550/- . Worst property. They also not maintained oyo's terms and conditions as well. Those who will book this Oyo be aware of fraud. Room conditions also bad and no photos matched as shown in oyo's website.

Rooms are not at all like the ones shown in Google and Oyo app. There are mice in the rooms. No hot water facility, bathrooms are dirty, leaking water and buckets have holes. Overall, it is not a good place to stay be it alone or be with someone else.

Totally different rooms from the pictures and it was completely unhygienic, walls were having cracks due to seepage. TV, AC was not functional. washroom was too dirty. and rats were there in rooms due to which cats were trying to come inside the room. Poor maintenance, fake reviews in favor of it.

The room was a waste with no proper changing of bedsheets and blankets. The toilet had no water was unclean with leaky roof and walls in the toilet. Never attempt to stay here and the staffs are not friendly as well
