Terrible Experience!!! They told me that the room would cost 1000 and charged 200 bucks extra at the end saying that that's the service charge and it's never informed. They turn off the AC from the main switches in the morning, i called them several times starting from 10am they finally opened it at 2pm not withstanding that it was 45°C outside when i was staying there. The rooms were dirty, one of the guests even left the hotel as they didn't cleaned the room on his repeated requests, which was supposed to be done before his check in.

Third class hotel , please don't go this hotel. Dirty rooms, telephone not working, broken mirror, shower not working.

Service nd room is not that much good....but yeah it is in the Market so you can easily go nd eat some food nd can do shopping too....

Pathetic room service. Bedsheets are not cleaned, Cockroaches were on the bed and they even forget to deliver food which was ordered. The kitchen had to be informed to deliver the food which was ordered 90 minutes back. The room seriously lacks hygiene and lacks cleanliness. They don't even provide water, till the time you don't even ask for it. If you ask for mineral water then they don't have so that they can make an excuse for charging you more. I asked for 2 naans and they charged me 100rs just because they had to purchase it from outside. Their linens and bedsheet sucks, it stinks and also it looks that since ages, those bedsheets and linens haven't been cleaned. We ran away after spending few hours. Place is also horrible, conjusted and if you are dependant on Ola then it's really hard to get an Ola from this hotel as internet would hardly work on mobile as the connection is too low.

Stayed here for 1 night and it was quite peaceful experience starting from check in to check out. I would have gave 5 star for staying but just because of breakfast not giving. Do not opt in for breakfast if you are staying here. Everything else is good location of hotel, near by areas, rooms were clean in size quite small but that should not be ab problem

Coming from Manali, I wanted to have an AC room and so I booked a stay here for 3 night from OYO and it was a terrible experience. The AC was cut-off, when I asked them to switch on, they declined. The breakfast was not provided. Latter on when I shorten my stay to 1 night and they knew that I would be giving them a poor rating, they asked me forward the OYO receipt, being a first timer in OYO I forwarded and they gave a 5 star rating to themselves. I complained the same to OYO manager but he said rating can't be modified. So don't trust their rating on OYO. Also you have to call them to swith-on the geyser!!!

Not that great hotel in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. Quite far from the NDLS railway station and close to RK Ashram marg metro station. The doors of the bathrooms do not get locked from the outside. No lift and ramp facility is available at this place. The rooms are smaller than it appears in the photos. The power supply of Air conditioners present in the room is present in the reception and everytime we need to tell him to turn on the supply.

Worst service, poor behaviour of staff, rooms are not cleaned, environment is not good especially at night.

Booked using Oyo rooms. The owner snacthed my phone to give himself a 5 star rating. Rude staff, they kept playing really loud music in the corridors all night despite repeated requests to turn it down. Wouldn't recommend this place to someone elderly, the stairs leading to the reception are extremely steep.

Rooms are small and there is no lift the price is too high compared to the amenities they provide I paid 3k for 1 room and there was not much to do the only thing is that it is in the center of delhi.

Staf was not friendly. And they are collect room price before look the rooms. Bathroom was not so clean. Bedsheet was not so clean. Uncommon things in floor. So bed for family purpose.

Everything is nearby like food ISBT, etc. Neat and clean rooms at affordable price
