I booked a room at this hotel for OCT 7th through Agoda site. I got my confirmation also from site. But when i reach hotel they denied the room and their staff behaviour was also very worse. They have some unknown buisness with agoda and why should customers like us suffer for their fault.The hotel staff also doesnt accept their fault and blaming us. Total waste of my money and time. I was literally left on road.

I was there for a solo trip booked one room on the counter stayed for one day ambiance was below average rooms are small and the worst was their bedsheets was dirty and I have to call service to change them. They really need to change their laundry service provider if they have any. Behaviour of staff was unprofessional.

I had done the booking online in the month of May as my Parents were travelling alone & had booked it in advance also requesting them for a pick up from station as they were reaching new Delhi station at midnight. On 22nd June when they reached they denied pick up and later on arrival at hotel they said they don't hv any such booking..when asked to recheck they found the booking but no rooms were booked for them...they were asked to walk half a km & taken to a shady place and a room with no ventilation was provided. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pathetic staff behavior. Worst I have seen in my entire life. Very very disappointed. Hotel room is okay but the way hotel staff talk to the customer's is the worst.

Just an average hotel. Dirty Lenin. Even after asking for a replacement they didn't do it. Rude staff. Not a clean hotel. If they maintain well , it can be so much better. It was a last minute booking and that's how we wound up there. Please buy better washing machines and clean the Lenin properly

Food quality of hotel is very good, aalso staff is very friendly. Service provided by the hotel is one of the best which I seen ever.

Rooms are good but a little unhygienic. the services need to be improved a lot. When we call for towels, they say there's a cupboard in the lobby take it yourself. When we ask for a missing room key, they say they must be in another room, find it. No knowledge of what hospitality is. The food was average. The AC was not working but it was fine. The prices also, they don't have standards. They just price person to person. They didn't provide a cloakroom. We had elders with us but the lift was not working so they had to climb up and down two floors.

Its good hotel to organize seminars with strength size up to 50. Limited variety but good quality food. Need to arrange new and better quality projector. Rest all good. 3-4 cars parking available in front of hotel. Economy Hotel

Hotel Fortuner is a decent budget hotel in delhi. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but they are also small and basic. They made us change the hotel saying AC's are to be repaired and shifted us to basic 2 Star hotels. Beware of the fake smile of the reception owner. TV was not working & also no geyser facility.Breakfast was just 2-3 items and that also not good quality.

Very bad hotel according to our views. Not good for family. It is having a lodge standard only. No Wifi and toiletries.Towells are very old and not clean.

At Karol Bagh near to highway, easy access, 24 hours service, neat but small room , defficult to keep luggages, as only a small almirah is there in the room, main problem I met is to request for hot water each and every time

Dont waste money here to stay. They charge price according to hour and person. Reception & staff behaviour is very bad, cant tolerate. Room and bathroom are always in bad condition. You cant even think to stay after spending 2500-3000 rupees for such worst hotel. And please dont try food from here. Overall experience with this hotel is very very very BAD. Wasted money

If you are tourist this will be the best place to stay at reasonable rate. Good point is it is in central delhi India ,so anyone can tour around Delhi at any time without any problem. It is couple friendly to.

😣😣😣Hotel is average and staff is good but behaviour of owner is too bad. First day they give me room with normal rate.if you want to stay on next day they are demanding high charge for same room.on next day owner said that " Etne Ka room thodi na hai Bai" behaviour of owner is very bad. I was shocked the same room manager said the room is on this rate but owner said pay high charge. I Recommend to all please don't saty on this hotel very poor service. It's a nice hotel we have booked a package from Travelojo to Himachal and we got one night in Delhi and stayed in Hotel fortuner and it's a good hotel located in Karol Bagh market area. All the shopping places is nearby and the hotel staff food and rooms are good for family travellers. Thanks Travelojo for opting us this hotel for our family.

Unhygienic Rooms,Bedsheets,Pillows And blanket Even drinking water is on paid basis. Don't just go through online booking first confirm the charges then proceed.. As they add gst even after booking or some other charges too.. The dustbins are stinking.. No iron no hair dryer nothing was present or provided. Don't even think about welcome drink even they even provided drinking water on paid basis.

A below average hotel located amidst conjested business hub of Central Delhi. May be just about enough for a short overnight business visit. Definitely not recommend for family or leisure visit.
