I was initially a bit hesitant to post this feedback. However, with the recent turn of events I felt morally obligated to write it.I choose this place based on so many positive reviews posted on google but my experience is quite the opposite. Let me explain why I don't recommend this place - Sanitary Reasons:- 1)It's filled with gecko lizards. Check out attached pictures. 2)The kitchen is not clean and well maintained.Check out attached pictures. 3)I got severe skin infection from one of the maids who had skin infection but didn't mention it and cleaned my room during room service. It was so severe, I had to use medication for two months and spend up to 6000 rupees to cure it. Ethical reasons: 1)I had an orthopedic surgery during my stay and my mobility was severely restricted and I could only move around in wheelchair for first few months. I was staying in 3rd floor and the place was wheelchair accessible. I used to order home delivery because of my condition. Initially, the delivery guy was allowed to come upstairs and deliver the food to my room. When the owner had come to know about it, he didn't allow it and insisted that I come downstairs on wheel chair and pick up the food. When I called him and asked to reconsider, he disagreed and said what's the big deal in coming down stairs in wheelchair and picking up the food. 2)The initial rental agreement was Rs 27,000 per month and gym was free. However, the rent was increased to Rs 30,000 mid way without discussing with me and the gym fare of Rs 2000 per month was added extra. Because of my condition, it would be difficult to move out and was forced to accept these unfair terms. This is inhuman. 3)This place has two kids who're forced to work there everyday from 7am to 10pm, seven days a week and 365 days a year, without any monetary compensation. They once told me that they're not even fed adequately or given proper clothing. I once saw them picking up left over food in the dust bin and eating it. This is so sad. 4)One of the maids who work there has immensely helped me in my recovery. So I gave him some of my belongings and electronic gadgets when I left that place, as a token of gratitude. I've come to know today that the owner had slapped him, thrashed him badly and insulted him in front of everyone for not sharing this with him. That maid is a guy in his late 20s with his wife and kid living there. It's quite unfortunate and disgusting that landlords can treat their employees like this and get away with it. It was my stuff and I have the right to give it to anyone. I find it unfathomable that the owner had publicly humiliated his employee in such an inhumane manner. This is the primary reason that compelled me to post this review.

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. When I arrived to the hotel it was like 23:00 (the owner knew this) and no one was there to open the door, so I touched the doorbell. The next day the owner told me that I did bad to touch the doorbell, So I understood that I had to sleep in the street better than disturbing them. I advised the owner like 3 months before about my stay. When I arrived there he told me that the prices had increased and we had to pay for the gym too, so I told him that he should have advised 3 months before, to look for another hotel, he even didn't apologise. One day I was in the dining room and the owner arrived to talk to one guest from Netherland, He started to shout to this guest because he put an opinion about his hotel with 4 stars and not 5, I really didn´t believe what I was watching. I stayed there for one month and during two weeks the fridge was not working, I noticed it was wrong when I drank my milk in bad condition because of this. It took 2 weeks for him to change the fridge. The location of the hotel is very bad, and it is really difficult to find it with the taxi driver, you can lose more than one hour only seeking it nearby. The only thing I like in this hotel is the workers, I mean, the children that are there all the day. I have many more things to say but maybe it's enough.

A neat oasis in a busy locality, it’s a pleasant place for a short stay. The parks in the vicinity give one good options for a morning or evening walk. The only issue - a minor one - is the lack of cleaning help in the common kitchen.

Friendly owner, lovely place, good price, everything comes in one package. This is my 2nd stay in this place and i dont mind to stay here again. I felt very secure and comfortable here. Spending almost 11 days during winter time of Delhi but i didnt feel it at all, room was warm with the extra heater and hot water tht was always ready for using. Mr Khurana place has always been clean and neat, there re people who come over knock2 my door for cleaning my room every two days, and beside that the kitchen utensils re very complete, not just stove and microwave but also drinking water n refrigerator. Thankyou for the hospitality.

We booked this place on Airbnb for the whole team and everyone really loved it. The place was quite spacious and had everything we needed including utensils, toaster, electric kettle, microwave and not to forget, sugar and salt. Would love to stay here again in future.

Staying with Dr. Khurana and his family was pleasant. The room is spacious and clean. The public area has everything we need, drinkable water, kitchen, TV, etc. The redline metro is not very far away once you get familiar with the streets. The family made sure our stay comfortable and they were always there when we needed them. Look at the information fold with all the detailed guidelines they put in the room and you will know how considerate they are. We appreciate all they have done for us.

The room and the toilet a shower room was extraordinary clean and and we had much place in the room. Everything was as Mr. Harish Khurana has written in his description. The facility has a well equipped kitchen and a large living room and also a dinner room with a television set. Every technical equipment worked very well. Also the servants was very friendly and full filled each special wihes. It was a nice and relaxed stay in Grand Sunset Condos. For my next stay in New Dehli I will come again to his home. Thank you for the super hospitality!

Excellent home stay, premium residency, all service available like breakfast(not buffet and on payable basis), house keeping, common kitchen. All is available seamlessly that is expected from a luxury home stay.

Very good place to stay. Good clean room. We could use the kitchen (one at every floor) and make food or tea by ourselves if we wish so. Also, there was an option of ironing clothes . I would prefer this hotel again and again.
