Good staff and good manager and even neat and clean room and washroom and even they were so good and they have treated us in a very good manner and at last the service which was being provided was awesome and if next time I will come to delhi then I would like to again come in this hotel for staying.🙂

It's a good hotel for budget travellers and for students who have exam and want to stay for one night. I booked through oyo at a low price. Uncle at the reception has a good behavior. Only downside is that the way to this hotel is congested and road leading to it is not okay and you can find some bad elements also.

Perfect place to ruin your stay. Horrendous staff and pathetic quality of food served. While it's a budget hotel, much of amenities isn't expected but your basic requirements of stay would also not be sufficed. Rooms are cramped like anything. You would need to call the reception desk to turn on the geyser. All fake ratings in OYO as on pretext of checking your booking they try to provide themselves 5 star ratings. Much better options available in the vicinity at the same budget. Avoid this place at all cost.

Fake reviews like most other run down Paharganj hotels. All the 5/5 or 4/5 reviews you see online are fake.

NOTE : This property is not suitable for family and couple at all at any cost rather i would say it's a place where illigal things happens at night with managers/Owners consent. Police do raid the place very often and you will be embarrassed. Coming to room and service it's not worth spending 1200. For AC Rooms, midnight they will switch off the ac and say power is not there. You may read good about this hotel. Reviews are being purchased and not real. Do not come if you are a family person

Offcourse positive attitude comes first and its clearly shown on Mr.Udham singh very polite and respectful person and always shared the information about room amenities, Room are comfortable for couples in terms of cleaning, Privacy. Terrible! Room was very small & bathroom too small. We got room on second floor, and it's so difficult to climb steps because of its height almost 13inch. No hot water, after request only they will switch on the heater and hardly half bucket water will come, only face can be washed with that. Location is very poor, it is inside crowded area like slum full of bad smell & dirty people. Till late 2am night we could not able to sleep as there too much sound from outside. Very rude behaviour of hotel management. Website says it's a 1 star rated hotel, but I fell it's lesser than that. Please don't book this hotel 650/night, It is not worth it. You get very good hotels than this for lesser price in Delhi.

This is the worst hotel ...the staff and manager behaviour is too poor.... even after complaint regarding dirty room or dirty bed sheets they don't even change it ,only the thing they is argument.

Good budget hotel. Value for money. Close to New Delhi Railway Station. Only concern is the locality of the hotel has very poor feedback regarding safety. Try to stay at the front side rooms. We stayed here in June 2019.
