Seriously a unprofessional attitude... I visited store at afternoon where the sales person quoted 15% further discount on listed price. Also requested to bring the exchange item for valuation. Some hours later, the list price displayed with product are denied upfront... None of the senior official bothered to resolve the issue..

Useless and untrained staff. A staff named Nitish directed us incorrectly on a product and took deposit under false pretences. Won't recommend this store. Go to Hariom instead.

All electronics under one roof. Actually I am like a regular customer of croma specially near M2K rohini and pitampura branch. This place offers good discounts for all your requirements,it's a multi brand store. Staff is really nice and informative about products and also they will get the price matched as per the online portal like Amazon. So no fuss of ordering online just for a discount offer just ask them to match the current offer running on Amazon prime, they will not disappoint you. It's like i shopped all my requirements for home and work from here only. Sometimes they don't have products readily available so in that case they will show you online and you can check and order. Also don't forget to buy an extended warranty for all electronics. Just keep the soft copy of the bill for future reference and book complaint and it will be repaired without any extra charges as product is in warranty plus extended warranty too . Croma must give special privileges to their regular customers who are buying in good qty.
