The lady at the reception doesn't know how to handle and talk to customers. She is very impolite and rude.These people should be trained in basic etiquettes and manners before hiring and dealing with common people

If you are planning for MRI then think twice. I recently faced horrible experience with this centre, report they have made for MRI was completely useless, doesn't show any evidence/signs of injury. When consulted with doctor it confirmed clear signs of injury after analysing films. WORST CENTER AND STAFF DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

One of the most unprofessional centre in entire world....goggle should review its rating process ...i wanted to give .001 rating...took usg services which was a 2 hr ordeal...path lab? Pathetic lab....the owners are trying to save money by running the centre with less staff.... Being from medical fraternity they let me free after 2 hrs.... Pregnant women waiting for 4 to 5 hrs for a simple scan and report.... A big shout out to all the hospitals and doctors in east delhi ...do not recommend or refer this centre...otherwise you will lose patients Ps: i hope the administration takes steps to be atleast a little professional

Very pathetic services from them, they don't know how to talk with patients, their rate changes every day, they will quote any amount today and other amount tomorrow for same test, heard that they don't have good equipments from reputed companies. Not recommended at all.

Worst place ever. If you dont want to be more sick dont go please. There are no precautions which are taken there. No gloves while taking blood sample, no bandages available after blood sample is done. no sanitizer in the lab even with the doctor who is taking sample. Even when the dr is doing ultrasound the nurse there opened the room and then talk to the other patients. Plz dont go there no precautions taken and when u ask they say they dont have gloves and bandages

It is a very good lab according to me and the staff here is also very good. Abhishek Tripathi is a very good technician. I didn't even know when they took my blood sample.

Including staff, service machine everything is was good 👍
