Could
have
been
far
better!
I
am
a
visitor
of
the
Coffee
Home
ever
since
it's
establishment
at
Baba
Kharak
Singh
Marg,
New
Delhi
and
right
from
the
days
when
it
was
located
at
the
Central
Park
of
the
Connaught
Place,
since
1975-76;
this
has
been
a
much
sought
after
Coffee
Home
for
economic
prices
for
food
and
hot
filter
coffee
(sometimes
tea
also)
and
political
discussions
among
known
friends
and
acquaintances,
in
the
heart
of
the
National
Capital.
Post
2nd
wave
of
COVID-19,
this
coffee
home
has
come
up
renovated
with
new
furniture
&
fixtures,
even
new
set
of
contractor
(perhaps
outsourced)
for
preparing
and
serving
food.
"Mainly"
selected
popular
South
Indian
items,
freshly
made,
are
served
at
economic
prices.
Besides,
some
varieties
of
burger
and
sandwiches
are
also
served;
filter
coffee
is
a
popular
hot
beverage
here.
Only
Vegetarian
Food
is
available
here.
If
not
overcrowded,
appears
a
reasonable
place
for
quick
bites
at
somewhat
affordable
prices.
Toilets
need
to
cleaned
frequently
due
to
more
footfalls.
As
on
date,
they
don't
accept
credit/debit
cards,
digital
payment
acceptance
stickers
are
appearing
near
the
cash
counter
but
the
cashier
is
more
for
cash
payments,
a
serious
black
spot
on
the
current
Delhi
State
Govt.
(November
2021),
which
owns
and
controls
the
Coffee
Home,
for
hindering
digital
payment
options
freely
and
in
national
interests.
