Very beautiful and affordable place. Loved the ambience of this place. Peaceful and calm.

This place is located in inner circle of CP, with decent crowd. We tried :- 1. Peri peri chicken wrap 2. Green Apple mojito Really liked the sauces present in the wrap. It was delicious. Reasonable prices for the dishes according to the area. The decor is good however the walking space is less. Seating arrangement is quite together and compact. No restrooms are present in this cafe. Overall a great experience from my side.

The outlet is not too big but it's cute and cozy. The pricing is not too expensive it's worth the taste and these things which I tried I loved them, they have many options for chai lovers ,The one i had is one of my fav earl grey . Their nacho bhel and veg wrap is also very tasty. For those who don't love spicy food can tell for their taste preference also employees are well behaved. Also their cold ice tea is very good and if your not sure how it would taste if you're trying for the first time you can ask them and they will give you an idea about it . I can visit this place again and again

The pasta and pizza were really nice. They play mesmerizing Hindi songs in the background. Perfect place for a date or hangout with friends. Budget friendly too.

Good taste. Tables inside. Modern music playing. Service was rather undercooled. Was on Holi, so one of the few to be open.

Good place for a break and decent pricing food

Came here for a supper. It's a small cafe located in the middle circle near H&M. We ordered cottage cheese and corn pizza. It was exactly what the name suggests. It had lots of corn, cottage cheese and black pepper. Had 6 slices. Liked it. We also had the cheesy fries in a beaker. Very ordinary. Did not like much. You basic fries with sour cheese and cream iced on top. Some spices would probably make it better. We had cold coffee, mocha cold coffee and karari chai for beverages. All 3 were really good. Loved them. Particularly recommend the mocha cold coffee. We had crumbled berry jar for dessert. Did NOT like it. It was just vanilla icecream in q jar with berry syrup/slush. Do not recommend. Overall can visit the place if you are clever with ordering.

Nice ambience, cool and cozy setting. Perfect for a cup of tea and a discussion with friends. 👩🏻‍❤️‍👩🏻 They offer a variety of chais, coffees, shakes, and snacks. ✨💯 I ordered two cutting chais, bun muska, which was delicious, and the Vada pav. This location is quite approachable in CP. THE CHAI STORY' overall it's a great spot for casual meetings.❣️

Had a great time. It usually remains full, however because of our good luck we got the opportunity to feel the aura of Chai Story. It's very easy to reach there in CP. It is near panchkuiya road. The food is really licious. The price is very reasonable. Must visit place.

The first time I visited this place it became one of my most favourite places. Great ambience, good food but when I went to The Chai Story today it was completely opposite. We ordered mint mojito, watermelon mojito , cold coffee and alfredo pasta and chilly chicken pizza non of which were good. All the drinks were highly sour ( hard to drink) and the pasta and pizza both were very cheesy. My experience was not good, I hope to visit again with better service.

Liked it. Things I loved: The place is in the middle street so there is lesser commotion around (as compared to the ever crowded inner circle). Tried the Chicken Salami sandwich which was fantastic, with just the right amount of salami and mayo, and the Hot Chocolate, which was nice but not great. Both things were very cheap on the pocket (as far as CP goes). Things I hated: Maybe this was because of it being the earliest hour if their opening but the place was not clean. Their were cup stains on tables and long strands of hair literally running around in the cafe (But then again, customers are equally to blame for that) Would love to visit again, provided that issue if cleanliness is tackled.

One of the best pocket friendly cafes in cannaught place located in the inner circle, items like cutting chai, baked nachos with cheese, veggie delight pizza are best in taste, also one can put hands on tacos and multiple varieties of tea.place serves both veg n non veg options.

My favourite place!! It's so casual, open and chill... The owner and the even the person who takes orders at the counter are extremely hospitable and smiling always! Despite the number of orders, they make,serve, clean smilingly and efficiently!!amazing!

Went here in June and was amazed by the owners' enthusiasm and motivation too satisfy customers. Spent a few hours working and can definitely recommend for home office type working (power plugs available). High quality food and tea, professional service. Great overall experience, will be back!

The pizza was super UNDER BAKED the base was completely Rae and hard chewy

I personally love this place. It's been my go to place since 2017 with a cozy vibe and good food at a reasonable price.

The fries 🍟 could have been done in a better way. The fries weren't coated with Peri Peri Masala properly. The sause or the chatni had almost no taste. Tacos were just okay. The chatni for tacos had the taste of garlic and chillies only. No salt, no other spices had been used to enhance the taste. The Chai Story near Sarojini Nagar is better then this one. They serve good food.

Lavender lemonade was great, and so was grilled veggies sandwich. Though the cheesy peri peri fries beaker was disappointing, they were oily and tasted bad. I went there again and tried normal peri peri fries. Tasted much better than beaker one. Their beverages are always good. Tried wild berries ice tea.

It is small cute place. It has well decorated interior. I go there really often. I love their chai and the food too. But i think it is a little bit over priced. Otherwise it's the place where you want to spend time with friends or your s/o. I have been going there for months now and i love the place. Prompt service. Although it is self service place, they often serve by themselves, which is i love the most. They care more about customer satisfaction.

Tea had smell of some sadak chaap chai and veggie delight pizza was good tastewise and crust was also really good but quality of cheese was not that good(felt like rubber). Ambient music was there but the volume was so low that there was railway station like noise all around. Overall I will not recommend it.

In some quite lane of cp, the backside of H&M showroom, this place exists. I've tried cutting chai and brownie which tastes good. The place is not too crowded. The prices are also reasonable. Good for to sit, relax and have some quick bites with a cup of chai.

Even though the place is small but it's not as packed, infact quiet spacious. Food is also tasty. Price comparison is also reasonable

I've visited the place countless times. This place has always given me a homely feeling. The food is good if not extraordinary, particularly pasta is really good here. They serve a range of flavors for tea and they're all try worthy. It is located on one of the radial roads at cannaught place which for most of the time during the day remains peaceful. So if you're looking for a silent or peaceful place where you can enjoy good tea with good music, this place offers a good option.
