One if the biggest place in Delhi NCR. They have a three levels and you can choose to sit indoor , outdoor or at terrace. Menu is vast and service is amazing . They serve one of the biggest hukkas in India. Hukkas there are must try . The palace can easily accommodate 500+ people .. it's that huge . Ambiance is also nice specially in the evening f and view from the terrace is mind blowing . All cocktails and mocktails are amazing

Up & down is a best hangout place in south delhi with coolest rooftop ,classy indoor seating & luxury lounge in delhi. If you are foodie & party freak and want to spend time with your love ones then up & down is the best place with different seating options . I highly recommend this place . As rightly said by Keith Douglas “Life is like an elevator. Up and down, just make sure you get off on the right floor.” So I made sure that that the elevator at D 14 South Extension II, would land me and my friends to a floor that looks classy, cozy and catchy from any angle UP N DOWN. Situated on 3rd floor with an amazing and sprawling dance floor section surrounded by DJ section, bar and sitting area adequately lit to highlight the props. It also has an extremely impressive roof top area to enjoy your day amidst terrace garden. It was a lunch party that started with some amazing snacks and mocktails. We tried both veg. and non veg. starters. The best to picked up among that were - #CigarRolls - the super thin, crispy Spring rolls shaped in the form of Cigar dipping in red sweet chilli Thai sauce waiting to give you a lip-smacking experience. #KhastaPaneerTikka - Paneer Tikka with an outer layer of bread crums to make it crispy yet smoothy and achari. #MurgMalaiTikka - Foerver Chicken Tikka with proper marination and cooking and flowly wrap of malai dripping all over can make you bowled over. #ChickenWings Manchurian styled roasted chicken, a different yet amazing experience to try again and again. #BabyPizza both chicken and veg pizza that are blushing with taste on a super thin crust to burst the flavour. In the mocktaiks we tried Mumbaiya masala drink which was below average but Vigin Mojito and choco shake stole the heart. The hospitality was very good could have been improved. Overall #happymoments time spent there.

Up and Down is located in South Extension 2, New Delhi and the nearest metro station is South Ex or you can come by your own convenience. Up and Down is on the third floor and it is divided into two sections "UP" denotes open area and "Down" denotes the lounge, i.e., covered section. The ambiance of the place is pretty good with pink lights with dim yellow lights and the vibes of the place make you fall in love. The place is pretty spacious and they have three kinds of seatings, the indoor seating, the outdoor seating, and the rooftop seating area. The rooftop seating area gives you an aerial view of South Ex, city lights and airplanes crossing every time offers you a nice experience. Additionally, there is an illuminated live bar counter, a live band entertaining the audience, and a hookah station with a variety of flavors. The place is well built and they have a spacious indoor party area with DJ playing some great preppy numbers, perfect for dancing while the upper floor rooftop has live music (as said above) perfect for enjoying a relaxing time. The menu at Up and Down is large and the cuisines consist of Continental, Modern Indian, European, Mediterranean. Out of so many options, I ordered Kung Pao Chicken, Chicken Loli Pop, Murg Malai Tikka, Mutton Seekh Kabab, Veg Spring Rolls, Soya Malai Chaap, Chilli Garlic Mushrooms, and Hara Bhara Kabab. The presentation was really good and the quantity was quite good. In drinks, I had Mojito, LIIT, Sea Breeze. All the drinks are good. On the service side, it was quick and the staff was polite & humble, ready to help with you anything. Overall, Up and Down is a great restro bar with a gorgeous rooftop and a perfect mix of indoor & outer space for a private party or a casual evening with your friends.

We were in search for a good place for a corporate party , and someone recommended this place for their rooftop ambience The location was very convenient just on the Ring Road. So we did explore it and actually loved their rooftop ambience , city lights from so high and airplanes crossing every minute above you was a nice experience . Since we were exploring only , so didn’t had much dishes majorly the paneer tikka and tandoori murg but the cigar rolls and stuffed mushroom were pretty amazing we just loved it . Overall the theme is very nice you enjoy the rooftop , the food and the DJ as well. Looking forward for our party over here.

Worst Restaurant/Bar I have ever seen till now. The service of drinks and quality were poor. We had organised our official party last week and the behaviour of staff were ridiculous and unprofessional, moreover during the party time (fully booked by our team) they have reserved the seats for some outsiders. Food quality were poor (Served Cold food), very low space, seats were uncomfortable. I believe they even don’t know if how to respect there customers because for them making money is important instead of managing the food, guests and services. Pathetic service and atmosphere. They are looting the public. Don’t go there !!!

Awesome Bar & large amount of space and Nice Services

Negatives- It uses to be "Circus" earlier which had amazing food,staff service,etc. A 5* overall. But now unfortunately the interiors are all worn out. The food is not good. Specially the Chinese. Indian might be good. Positives-The service was good. Staff was patient and respectful. It's on south extension part 2 main road. Approach and parking are not a problem. The open area seating and ambiance is rare in South Delhi restaurants.

Completely unprofessional people. The owner of this property apoorv ghai, took an advance of 20,000 rs from and then later called me to tell me that they can not do the party as their club will be closed due to renovations. They are now not ready to refund our payment, completely avoiding our calls. And even when we go to the restaurant to get our money back, they tell us that he is not in office and to come later.
