A really good place with absolutely lip smacking dishes, the only thing that I found to be a drawback is that the place is very dimly lit. Due to the place being poorly lit, we were forced to use flashes and torches of our phones to get some light to show the food and the ambience. Had lots and lots of dishes here including pizza pockets, afghani chicken, chicken tikka, mustard fish, mushroom and cheese cigar rolls, chilli basil chicken, penne arrabiata (red sauce) as the starters and then dal makhni, paneer makhni with butter naan. All of the above mentioned dishes were really good especially cigar rolls, pizza pockets, afghani chicken and dal makhni. They had this really creative way of serving food (as unique as their name), most of the dishes were served in small wooden suitcases and even the menu was enclosed in a small wooden suitcase . Apart from the dishes we had several beverages as well including fruit punch and virgin mojito. All in all this place has a good ambience, just need some more light so that food could be captured in a better way.

It's a nice spot for party and fun. Although it's not that good. It has both indoor and outdoor sittings. Open roof sitting is better. The vibes and everything is nice except the food which is okay okay.

So we entered this place and it was all jam packed. With people dancing on indie beats. This place is a little small if you are planning a big party. But overall, it’s a nice place to hangout, drink and eat good food. The music was good, we danced our hearts out. We had booked this place for unlimited food & drinks, so it was very cost effective. The starters & main course was tasty enough to want us crave for more. The drinks were good too. The staff was catering very well to everyone present. There is an outside zone as well with good enough air to dance, eat & have fun. Overall this could be a good place if you have a large gang of friends.

The Luggage Room is a good option to go with small group of friends. The price of food and beverages is reasonable. The ambience and infrastructure could be better. The staff is sweet. The food portion is also good. I didn't like VIRGIN MOJITO at all since every ingredient was added almost thrice/+ the time required! It tasted really BAD! Otherwise it's kinda a good place go to!

Nice place to hang out, food quality and taste maintained by the brand name sandoz. Enjoyed food stuff yet it requires some corrections as its on 2nd floor and lift is not working so is difficult for climbing up 2 floors.

It's an awesome Place specially for me.. I went there 3 times, office party, farewell party and get together.. Everything is perfect staff is good helpful and supportive enjoy with full of enthusiasm.. Around 9 pm DJ start with loud music 🎶🎵 It's lucky for me coz.. i meet with my bestie first time her name is Sana ( Sangeeta ) We enjoyed alot here.. alot of memories pics videos and all.. And Dance with DJ too much.. Thank you luggage Room ( Sandoz) for everything and your superfast service.. Overall Great Experience 👍🏻😃 Must visit once.. It's a cool place only Sunday it's crowded rest days you will find the table easily. Thanks 👍🏻

Like many resto-bars that have mushroomed around Connaught Place, The Luggage Room too thrives on happy hours and a light-on-the-wallet beverage menu. The food is nothing to write home about but I suppose if you drink enough, you could actually quite enjoy it. Try the Mushroom and Cheese Cigar Rolls while you are at it – a spring roll with a difference or better yet stick to the Indian or Chinese food. The Chicken Kali Mirch Tikka is quite good while the mutton seekh kebab could be better. Honey Chilli Potatoes or the Kung Pao Chicken make for good starters and if you’re still hungry you could have the chicken or vegetable in hot garlic sauce with Hakka noodles. Skip the desserts all together and order another drink instead.

This is one place I loved for the food but still hated overall. Initially for the seating, they shifted us thrice from one place to another 🤦🏻‍♀️the water when served had to be returned as it had black stuff floating in it. Even the ambience is blah. Too dark. Less than even fairy lights. We had mushroom and cheese cigar rolls, mushroom and celery soup and mixed veg pizza. As I said food was good but the experience terrible. The serving time was over 45 min. The server literally stood on our head the whole time. It was so awkward. When the time for bill came, he added service charge and refused to remove it (that's illegal). When we told him that he started shouting. Then a manager came and he processed it. Overall this place is not worth the drama, skip it. Sandoz restaurant itself is amazing but this Luggage room venture of theirs sucks!

The food and drinks are mostly okay. I liked mushroom cheese rolls, avoid having any mocktails. The place is budget friendly however the service and ambience are just below average. Tip is to not go with boys only, if you do then the entry will not be allowed also the staff become extra rude with you if the ratio of boys and girls in your group is not equal. Beware of fake feminist also.

This is amazing pace with mouthwatering dishes. The ambience is good with but lights were so dim. Live music is real good and food was awesome. Presentation, taste and portion size was worth it. Suggestion: they sould use more lights so the people can click good pictures

I recently visited this outlet with a friend of mine. I really liked the Ambiance, We ordered a spaghetti and a mix veg. Pizza; spaghetti was fine but pizza was good, since it was cheesy. For the desserts we tried Brownie With Vanilla Ice Cream. It’s was drooling 😋

The food and ambience for a small gathering of about 20 people was good . But i specially called day before to confirm that I would get dj around 4:30 , they said yes, but when we reached there they said dj is only available at night , and in order to get dj we have to first order of min. 5000 .

Good place to enjoy with friends. We had buffet in which the food was good. Dance floor is available. Drinks are also available. It's on second floor but no lift is there , you need to use the staircase. Outside sitting is also available.

So pathetic, highly unhygienic, don't visit here, washrooms are so bad, it's better to go for public toilet, food is waste, drinks are bad and staff is completely illiterate. Will never visit again, it better to pack the luggage room.

I didn't like the service and food was also okay okay, I asked them for milk shake and they told there is no milk and this was on 15 august which was a dry day so they should have proper arrangement of substitutes.

This place has good ambience. It is good only when you are going with groups. One singer also comes who sings the songs for us and he was having very good voice. Food is also good. The major drawback is this place is having very dim light. Photos doesn't come good.😑

Yesterday I visited this place with my friend located in CP. The ambience and seating arrangements was good. The food was okay not that much good. Whatever I ordered wasn't available. So I ordered drinks and chilli paneer. Overall the experience was not good.

This place is not hygiene and sitting arrangements are not good. We booked this place, It was an office party and the owner said that the place is too species but we didn't found like this. Toilets are not clean and have not maintained basic ethics. The bartender behaviour was too rude during serve drinks, we asked him for a cocktail he said they will serve on the table as per covid-19 norms. We were okay with that but they didn't serve us, they put only a beet bucket and one vodka jar on the table then my friends asked to tender to give us vodka shots glass at least we will make shots for own if you can't but he refused to give my friends. Even they didn't serve food properly when my friend discussed the matter with the pub owner he showed arrogance to him. I will not recommend this place to anyone in future.

The food is not too good. I only liked the peri peri fries. The ambiance is also a bit shady. However their outdoor seating is really nice. The service is okay okay, not that great as well.

A 5 star experience, 4 for service time, Pasta was enticing, although we recieved Veg instead of Non veg. Virgin Pinnacolada is very refreshing. Garlic bread is a must try. Terrace seating has good ambience, no view though. Indoor seating is a bit too dark.

Okayish place with slightly lower prices compared to other restaurants/clubs in CP. Food was fine. Would prefer going to other happening places in CP.

This bar is Good to give 3 Stars. The bar staff is okay. When you ask for something they might be fulfilled it. Just like child water bottle when you guy's are having drink.

The food was very average. The most concerning thing about the place was it's poor hospitality.The entire management was unprofessional. We went with a group of 16 people and even after paying a handsome amount of money they stop serving the main course and some of us left the place with an empty stomach. I hate the place and will not recommend this to any one

Food and DJ was good but Management was disgusting. They promised us to give us space for 5 hours but after 3 hours they gave us our bill and told us to pay it after that we can enjoy the rest time but once we paid our bill they told us to vacate the place. And they also didn't allow us in their open area to click photos.

Worst place to visit, unprofessional staff and Poor hospitality. Staff members don't have etiquette to behave with customers and don't serve as per the deal taken. Would never recommend for corporate deals as they don't deserve and not able to handle such big audiences, specially for my organization as we took deal for 16 people and paid full money for half service as nobody took main course as they removed from table without acknowledgement. Owner should take care of this as it is loss for him not for staff and manager/supervisor on floor.

Visited this amazing place in CP. Really enjoyed the food, the ambience, loved the lighting, vibe, sitting arrangement. Tried their Vanilla and Chocolate Shake, Cheese Nachos, Honey Chilli Potato and Veggie Pizza. Everything tasted delicious and quality was really good.
