A MUST READ REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING EXPERIENCED THE BIGGEST SCAM OF MY LIFE TILL DATE I've booked a room in this hotel for 6 days..my normal routine was to leave the hotel at 11AM morning & coming back after 10 PM after completing my day work.. one afternoon, when I was in metro they called me saying there is a sparking in my room & were asking for my permission to unlock the room with duplicate keys to avoid any danger..they said that they'll safely collect and remove everything of mine from room & will do a video also if I wish & I don't need to worry..I too was scared of possible fire and valuables present in the room so I gave them the permission..How come a person get to know about sparking when there was no smoke detector in the room, neither any window ?? then I decided to visit the hotel that time only..after reaching hotel everything was quiet, all of my belongings were kept in a store room (extra info: one family was sitting on the reception waiting for their room to be cleaned at that time), I enquired them about sparking, they replied that the keys are with electricians..I decided to visit my room which was on 3rd floor, they said that I don't need to visit..(extra info: that family sitting on the reception went upward upto that time)..when I forcely decided to go upward and see what's going on, then I saw that there wasn't any sparking or fire..the Hotel managers have given that room to the another family for hourly stays (taking care of my routine & expecting that I'll return by 10 or 11PM) just to earn some more money over and above my tariff.. Taking care of the women and children in the family, I didn't disturbed them, there was no fault of them..the room was again allotted to me after 10PM..the room was again going cleaning at 10PM (as the family just checked out)..till then I've to wait for my room to be checked out by that family.. Even after the hotel staffs were caught red-handedly, the hotel staffs were arguing like there was a sparking and all..how much barefaced & shameless they are ?? after asking truth multiple times they were replying in circles.. What kind of greedy, cheater, fraudster or scamster are they ?? literally I've no words for their cheapness.. How will a person trust on another one, if someone is putting their hotel only on fire, just for some bucks of money...

Very nice and comfortable room, location is very nice, near to the karol bagh market. Newspaper supply early morning. Rent is reasonable. Room service behaviour too good.

Excellent rooms in karol bagh... Well maintained.. Room service was super reacts.. Food also ordered in room the service boy quickly given food... Bathrooms maintained well...

Not Single AC works well. Rooms are spacious and clean. Owner nature is also good and. O-operative. Location is best centre of Delhi and good locality around. Near karolbagh market just 50 meter distance.

This is my second visit to this hotel, I came Here back in 2019 for medical work and now again for the same Pros - Location , Warm Hospitality , Service is better than 5 star hotels they are always ready to help you , man at the reception is warm , Hrtitik owner is very good Cons - Ac makes lot of noise which disturbs sleep , I personally use window ac at my home also but it doesn't make such noise Mosquitos inspite of using all out No head shower , you need to call them 10 min before u want hot water after 10 am , you need to take bath with bucket water Breakfast limited option , food is average so I ordered online Overall budget friendly and good

C Park is always very close to my heart & have been visiting them since 2004,, washroom needs to be more clean & modern,,, service always great.

The location of the hotel is very convenient both to the closest metro station and to the tour agency if you're planning to roam around or either to visit Taj Mahal. The hotel service is nice and the staff is very helping and polite. Each time I travel to Delhi I choose to stay in that hotel because it's convenient and affordable plus the owner of the hotel is really kind and helpful

Value for money,very polite,decent but clean rooms,very helpful, very safe place,don't have to worry about your belongings through u r in Delhi.

Amenities are not upto the mark. Like not providing dental kit which is very basic. You should demand all these but ya service really fast and good I enjoyed their services.

Very bad experience. They say we reserved lower class room for online booking. Online booking complimentary Breakfast they say select only 2 items & they can't not serve coffee also. Hotel person say cancel online booking then we give upper grade room & better facilities given u other wise our lower class room allotted to u

Not satisfied. No cleaning... No proper service Better to stay some where else. No proper service. Rude management. Heavy charges even on tea or water. Can water bottle also charging Rs. 35 instead of Rs.20. NO hot water supply. Strictly maintaining 12noon service. Charged full day for additional 6 hours. Requested to take half day charge. But no body there to hear After staying. For 4 days.

Lot of mosquitos in room & hotel doesn't have Mosquito repellent,/Good night etc. I was told that they have a racket to kill mosquitos. However, racket was also provided. Had to sleep with mosquitos all night.

Very bad service not clearly defined the rates at the time of check in and after that hidden charged has been taken. Be aware before sending any guest to this hotel. At the time of reservation they talked in very polite and after that they talked in different language....

I was there for almost 3 days, and i was happy because the food was just amazing like homely food, staff was nice and cleaniness is also good. I would like to go there again, and market and other necessary shops behind the hotel. So much grateful

Food was fine. Bathroom was not very well maintained for a 1500/ per night room. No hot water. Waiter was polite. Front office staffs were very helpful with directions. They speak good English.
