It's not amongst the top malls of Delhi.. escalator doesn't work... Lift is not there.. total waste of money to come here.. infrastructure is not properly maintained.. only movie time,7dx rider and haunted house were the best

Do not be fooled by the glamorous pics you initially see. See these pictures please and please do not visit this mall. Actually there is no good reason to visit this mall. Almost all outlets are close or not maintained. The only working shop is of the Wines that is in the ground floor. The mall itself looks like a haunted mansion with very poor on no maintenance and there are escalators which stand still. The corners are painted with pan spit by some ignorant people which are left in place by the ignorant management. The only habitable place is the theatre in the top floor which attracts only a small crowd as it itself is a mediocre theatre. The theatre location is located in somewhat a slum and surrounded by waste dumps. Please stay out of this place!! If you need a horror location then you can plan to shoot here!! Thats it!!

It was a nice place before 2016 after that some murder case have been reported here. It's been working just for the movie hall that is here which is well maintained by the staff. There is no proper cleaning or interior and exterior of this mall. No proper lighting and dingy places are created. During rains roof of this mall starts leaking. Cleaning of glass and other exterior material of wall is not done by that it gives you a scary feeling.

Very Bad place.. Dont even think of visiting. Dirty from inside and outside. No cleanliness on the escalators and elevators. Most of the time the wont be working. No proper shops.

One of the Worst Mall ever see in Delhi NCR. It's look like it will be going to be closed soon. No elevators are working, No shops are there, only haunted house ,some SPA and Movie time Cinemas is working. It like to be a haunted place in evening after 6pm. No washroom working in entire Mall. Only cinemas washrooms are working. My advice not to be go there even not for movies. No safety measures are there.

Visited this mall on 8th of February 2022 and found that this mall is closed. There was no security guard present to whom we could ask actual position of the mall. No shop, nothing was open there. The mall is in reckoning condition. Some parts seemed to be under construction and whereas some parts appeared to be nothing but ruin. Can't say if the Burger King is still functioning. My review is atleast they should put a formal notice on the entry of premises that they are closed or under construction or whatsoever is happening there. If you are planning to visit, please check beforehand to avoid the disappointment and loss of time.

West Gate Mall in on road this is a neat and clean place. Parking process is so smooth I personally don't like food much may be it's all I'm very specific with food items. Overall all its a nice place to hangout. Croud is so minimum. Everything is well planned and organized.

I have very fond memories of this mall. It used to be an awesome place to hangout. Now, it feels like it has been abandoned by its owners/builders. No maintenance of any sort! Lifts don't work! Escalators don't work! There used to be prominent brands (Adidas, Woodlands, Nike) and awesome restaurants (Golden Dragon, Moti Mahal Deluxe). Now it is like nothing it had been before! Now the crowd it gets is really bad so avoid going with your family at all cost. I am never going back here ever!!!

This Mall is know only for spa perlour, massage and wine shop only.

This mall is at its final stages and about to close as most of the shops have closed their showrooms here, only some food outlets are open like Tastedrive which is very popular shop here and you will also find Brand Factory showroom here which is very popular among the locals

This was a pretty good Mall when it was operational. Heaven or hell pub opened later on which attracted the worst crowd here. After a murder case, the whole place has been abandoned and the only people you will find in and around the place are drunk people. Movie theatre was not the best even when the mall was operational but after it shut down, I think movietime completely gave up. I went to watch Black Panther here and it was the worst experience ever. The seats were broken, dirty and the whole place stank. Unless you're looking for a place to get drunk in public, there is no good reason to be around this Mall.

I don't know why there is plenty of crowd and lesser shops they have 14 floors but shops filled till 2nd . You don't get a feel of a mall as you always get. Cheers

I don't know when it was clean mostly all the shop is closed only bar,spa,hall scary house open. Crowd is also quite bad not good place to hangout with your friends and family. Lifts doesn't work neither escalators. It is your risky trip
