attitude.
Please
learn
from
other
professional
start
ups
as
to
how
to
deal
with
customers.
Had
ordered
a
top
rack
after
confirmation
from
Zana
that
all
nuts
n
bolts
for
fitting
to
the
bike
will
ship
along
with
the
product.
Zana
very
conveniently
got
the
product
sold
and
sent
it
with
out
any
nut
or
bolt.
The
Zana
team
DID
NOT
agree
to
send
the
same
by
a
separate
courier
….
Saving
the
cost
probably.
Instead
kept
teaching
me
as
to
why
i
was
wrong.
HILARIOUSLY,
they
claimed
that
i
am
casual
with
my
bike
(a
10
lakh
bike)
and
must
have
lost
the
nuts
n
bolts.
I
have
been
riding
for
past
20
yrs,
by
the
way
,
so
know
what
bikes
are.
Avoid
it.
Their
attitude
is
rude
and
unprofessional.
Not
customer
oriented
at
all.
May
b
the
sales
and
popularity
has
entered
their
HEAD.
Its
a
niche
market
so
they
have
come
this
far
as
things
r
not
available.
Matter
of
time
,
if
attitude
remains
same,
days
are
numbered.
Also,
dont
go
to
their
showroom
in
Karol
Bagh,
waste
to
time
and
effort.
Their
employee
himself
told
me
to
go
to
Chopras
or
other
shops.
He
was
just
not
interested
to
display
a
thing.
Clearly
lackadaisical
and
unmotivated.
It
is
evident
that
the
staff
is
working
in
majboori
and
the
leadership
is
poor.
As
for
Zana,
please
compare
urself
to
other
start
ups
…
