I faced too many issues with the zana product 1) the crash guard sent to me was of same side both 2) same with phone mount 3) bash plate purchased was black and colour started to get off after a single wash 4) bash plate isn't fitting correctly And not the saft bolt broke off This all happened in just one month off instalation of zana products. When i call the support team they are talking very rudely they always keep on saying you don't know how to install ( installation process was done by KTM SHOWROOM itself and not due to many issues in many bikes they have kept bord for ZANA ACCESSORIES BANNED IN KTM SHOWROOM)

Not a Biker approach or attitude. Please learn from other professional start ups as to how to deal with customers. Had ordered a top rack after confirmation from Zana that all nuts n bolts for fitting to the bike will ship along with the product. Zana very conveniently got the product sold and sent it with out any nut or bolt. The Zana team DID NOT agree to send the same by a separate courier …. Saving the cost probably. Instead kept teaching me as to why i was wrong. HILARIOUSLY, they claimed that i am casual with my bike (a 10 lakh bike) and must have lost the nuts n bolts. I have been riding for past 20 yrs, by the way , so know what bikes are. Avoid it. Their attitude is rude and unprofessional. Not customer oriented at all. May b the sales and popularity has entered their HEAD. Its a niche market so they have come this far as things r not available. Matter of time , if attitude remains same, days are numbered. Also, dont go to their showroom in Karol Bagh, waste to time and effort. Their employee himself told me to go to Chopras or other shops. He was just not interested to display a thing. Clearly lackadaisical and unmotivated. It is evident that the staff is working in majboori and the leadership is poor. As for Zana, please compare urself to other start ups … see Trip machine, custom elements, Highnote Performance n Pathpavers….. change will help you.

Ordered a top rack online. They are asking for 14 working days to dispatch. Are you kidding me? Then how was the product in stock, if it take that much time to dispatch. Money was deducted but in website it shows as failed anyway they acknowledged that the money is received, still the same status in the website even after many days. I don't mind delays in delivery due to corona restriction but at least dispatch it fast. Will update the review as time passes and I get my product. Edit: they shipped my order on 7th business day from the order date. They shipped via DTDC. Delivery came quickly. Top rack was good in quality and installation was fairly straight forward. One tip only order online when you have enough time. Otherwise look for local options.

Shop is located in Karolbagh in front of dhanyalakshmi bank. Shop deals in accessories and basic up gradation of car. You have to be stand with labour when work is going on else they won't give their best.

It was great experience with Zana motors one leg guard was broken and I was amused they changed it free of cost after 6 months of use and the words I heard from them was its our product n our responsibility. U have life time warranty for products bought from Zana. It was a great experience and it amazed me a lot Thank a lot Zana and its owner for great customer service, they adding friends instead of making customers 😍

Had a very good experience at Zana Motorcycles. Happy and Daman - the 2 guys are very dedicated with their work and they installed crash guards, bash plate and saddle stays for my BMW 310 GS a few days back. I again visited today regarding the top rack plate and got it installed. Overall you will have a good and satisfactory time here.

Zana motor changes design without checking compatibly. I got looted by Rs. 3100 sold unfit-able substandard product. Waste of Money 🙁 Zero customer support.

Zana motor cycles is a well known name among all bikers. They manufacturer quality products for your bikes safety. they have crash guards, touring equipments and safety jackets under one roof. My experience was superb and recenty I got some problem in my crash guard and they resolved my problem without any charges. Hats off to you guys and you really deserve 5 🌟 rating.

Worst service, have called and messaged many times to buy invictus saddle bags but they do not reply. customer service support is worst, be aware. don't waste your time and money. mannerless, unprofessional.

Guy is so annoyed he talked with customer that he don't want to sell parts. We have expencive one you better take left from hear and you will find lost of shop of your budget. When I told I haven't told you about my budget what is the price of that Then he point on showcase this is in range 35k that 65k.

Had a wonderful experience upgrading my Interceptor 650 here. Happy and Daman thoroughly explained and gave me their time patiently. I don't live in Delhi due to which they guided me properly for everything and finished the job in like an hour or two with such great quality products and information.

It may be any accessories and that too of any bike, they play an amazing role in protecting the riders and pillions. I must say they are so properly prepared that they fulfill the purposes very well. They look astonishing on bikes and play the role of protection on the high end. I have all those accessories installed on my Highness by Honda. I had the good experience, the slim brother was good at talks and was friendly... Being new to the Karol bagh market.. Anyone can misguide you but they gave good options and suggestions to they query. I got installed Zana Crash Guard for the Himalayan Granite black 2021 with slider And it costed me around 4800 INR and blob mobile holder with charger.. 1800 + 200 labour charges Only thing that made be off was, you can't enter inside the shop... Which in somehow... Lower down the experience, they don't let anybody inside because of covid... Reasons But I feel they should let inside only those people Who got both the vaccine shots and have certificate to show and they should use temperature gun This will make the customer happy to enter in the ambience of the shop. I will be testing the products will see how it goes with the time..

Had bad experience, I visited the shop they said owner of store didn't come, so i have to pay cash only, installed zana accessories worth 13,800, they said installation is free of cost, everything is included in the amount, but after few days when I received bill it was for 13,450...now they are saying Rs 350 is for labor charges... Overall zana products are good, but be very sure what you are paying for...

I purchased a crash guard for my v strom 250. the alignment between the left and right crash guard are not correct. service center and local mechanics found it very difficult in fixing that. now finally fixed it. but started to get vibes on the foot pegs. really annoying and customer care support is very bad. Don't go for it

Motorcycle accessories are available. No compromise on that. But the area is very congested. People are always on a hurry here in this karol bagh area. Try going there on weekdays

There is no guarantee of the products received with good condition if you purchase online.. Always you get the damaged one.. 8kgs product dumped with 3kgs box.. Attaching pics for reference which i received the package from Zana.. For return/exchange, we need to pay the courier charges.. One of the worst accessories shop it is.. I don't recommend anyone to purchase here.. Better avoid Zana products..

Fake company selling overpriced accessories. I brought a helmet from them, continuously for 5 years they kept telling me that we will be arranging and taking care of everything. They don't even have the visor. Now, on call they are telling me that we don't sell helmets or jackets anymore. The helmet that they sold, it's visor is nowhere to be found. Tried everywhere, now the only solution is see is to change the helmet only. I recommend, survey the market first. You will better prices and quality.

The name says it all, one stop for your luggage and protection gears. Top branded things are only avaliable here with good range of prices, KTM and dominar owners must visit for them.

Pathetic services... Not recommend for online purchase from Thier site... Zana won't care after reciving payement...They send product through non reputed courier company so there is no gauranty for reciving your product....
