The nice thing about this place is that it's brightly lit, clean and sparkling. There's comfortable seating and appears to be popular with the locals. It has a large variety of desserts, salty snacks and chaat items. The not so great thing is that what you ordered may disappoint you. I ordered dhokla and kulfi falooda. I assumed it would be difficult to go wrong with these basic staples across India. However, the dhokla though soft was a bit soggy. There was no green chutney or spicy, sweet chutney to go with it. What was offered are sauces that go with the Indian Manchurian dishes. The kulfi falooda was beyond disappointing. The kesar kulfi was not smooth and tasted bland with uneven texture. The falooda was overly soggy. The rose syrup was unbelievably watery and administered miserly. I ordered gajar-ka-halwa as takeaway. It looks fine to me. I guess the restaurant needs to stick to what they know best.

I ordered Pav Bhaji and Red Velvet Pastry from this place. The packaging was very good. The taste was really nice. Food was not overly spicy but it was very oily. Prices are also reasonable. Edit: I ordered again from here. Today I ordered Puri Sabzi and Cheese Sandwich. The sabzi was extremely oily. The cheese was non existent in the sandwich. It was Mayo sandwich and non toasted.

I really liked visiting here. Authentic Indian food taste at very reasonable pocket friendly price. Variety of options to choose from various cuisines. And good dessert option add to the lip smacking experience. Although the seating area is limited and no table service.

A friend of mine recommended me this place five or six years back. At that point of time, there were very few food joints like this. I am a regular visitor here especially for lunch. Never ever had any complaint with the food. All products are of good quality. Posting a few pictures so that you can see how appetizing the food items look.

I have been going to this place for more than 8-9 years and it has been an amazing family restaurant with good space, maintained hygiene, variety of vegetarian food and other cuisines, they have a lot of bakery products also but lately I have come to a conclusion that the taste has been compromised, the food is not that great now.. I ordered Fried rice and Rawa masala dosa, the rice were flavourless, the manhurian balls were the size of rasgulla(petty savings), the dosa was not crispy as it used to be and masala was also tasteless.. We wanted to have dessert but after having this pathetic experience on food, we pulled the idea back.. I would recommend to checkout better restaurant in CP or Paharganj or Kaleva adjacent to it.. Caution: Do not park in front of this restaurant, your vehicle will be towed.

This shop has varieties of snacks and sweet. We liked Raj kachori and chole bhatura a lot. Just the down side we felt was the prices, all items were overpriced.

Visited the restaurant Bad food good for nothing The shakes they provide are just scum filled The ice cream is in very less amount अंधों में काना राजा वाला हिसाब है Since there's no restaurant nearby People have to sit and eat there Very less space Improper management Even on asking about Tumbler they handed their shakes in paper cups The paneer tikka ordered was not even hot The paneer had lost it taste and due to which my stomach got upset Never ever adviced to visit such cheap restaurants. GOOD FOR NOTHING

It's odd - management has generally been supportive but their channe & rajma are overly salty & spicy, creating issues for many diners who just want plain food (which can then be supplemented with mirch on the side). Initially their quality was good - now only snacks seem to be fine. See the oil laden channe packed which the manager was quite defensive about. Even the cleaning staff admitted that lately the oil content has risen which is completely unhealthy. Manager's response - return now with the packed food (we stay far away - whole point of takeaway) & he suggested to go someplace else...not exactly receptive then. Ironically he changed the channe but there was only even more oil in that... Some serving staff don't wear gloves, have visibly dirty nails & 1 is very conduce + argumentative, demanding to charge extra for packaging...the worst part is that as per their slogan of quality - & charging almost Rs. 180 just for 300mL of channe, the steep price is completely unjustified... There've been other issues which I won't mention here as previously, management handled them well, so thanks but you really need to improve overall by listening to regular, loyal & savvy customers! Oh & another thing - for God's sake, please provide 2 spoons when clearly you're packing food orders for at least two people & sufficient tissues too...

This venue stands out vibrant. The seating is comfortable, and it seems to be a favorite among the locals. Offering an extensive range of desserts, salty snacks, and chaat items, I opted for a variety of snacks which, to my satisfaction, tasted good. However, the milkshake was a letdown. The individual preparing it lacked professionalism, serving it in a paper cup with ice cream, which, in my opinion, should have been common sense to serve in a glass.

Food quality was good. But almost all the food has same taste. Didn't like paneer patty. Rest raj kachori and bhale papdi has same taste.

Visiting this place since my childhood and it's a go to place located at the very heart of this city Cannaught Place. They serve different varieties of food. Had 1) Masala Dosa - The dosa was crispy filled with Aloo which was sauteed in spices and tasted yummy. Served with thick coconut chutney and Sambhar filled with vegetables. Everything together turned out delicious, it costed for 120. 2) Pizza - Had onion, tomato , capsicum and mushroom pizza and had to say it was the most cheesiest pizza. Was shocked to see that much cheese in a pizza. Tasted so tempting and cheesy, Costed for 179 Rs. 3) Delux Thali - The thali consisted of dal makhani , kadhai paneer , matar paneer, pulao, raita, achaar, butter naan, gulab jamun. Everything tasted so delicious and amazing and the thali turned out to be heavy too, it costed for 194 Rs. The restaurant serve all variety of food like north indian, chinese, south indian, chaat, tandoori items etc. They also serve pastries, breads, biscuits etc. Self service is there for food. The staff is polite and the manager is also nice. Overall with such variety of food and nominal price it's a great place to go.

I had heard a lot about this place, so we visited here when we were in New Delhi, food here was quite good, and the sitting arrangement was also fine, everything is self service here, but as a first timer we did not had a nice experience, we had ordered pizza and a thali and found hair inside 2 rotis, we complained about it to the waiter standing near by , there was no reaction from him and was staring at us still, after arguing with him for 5 minutes, he replaced the food.

We usually pass by this place to my office so I take stop at this restaurant. The worker at food counter near chat counter is a big cheater. He gives you the food and tell everything is in this. But once you go back to your home and open you will find items missing. It has happened 3 times. Not worth packing.

Over priced and over hyped for the ambience and quality. One thing which is a very much weird or I say surprising that they forced us to take the token of the item which you are willing to take and this is compulsory. Secondly if you are going with the ambience you have to pay more than 3-4k for 5-6 people really annoying and disappointing that they are doin it when they are not providing what they have charged for 👎👎

Food Experience was good All the items were tasty, thanks to bagla foods 😇 I just want to give suggestion for the wasroom to be more hygienic and clean, And the space should be utilise more for dine in rather than the displayed items.

Visited very first time, looks good, not tooo expensive, easily 200 per person here. I tried pastry here, not fresh. Chole bhature.. good. Raj kachori - not too good, but okayish, kulfi faluda was good. Overall, it's a busy place but staff is good. Can go here for a very small, immediate meal when you are tight on budget. They have more options on sweets and cakes/pastries but, now I'm scared to try. But not expensive on that as well.

Do not get deceived by the name. It is actually vegetarian multi cuisine fast eatery and sweets are part of it as well as cakes, pastries, cookies, and other foods. Good food and decent ambience.

Food was okay. Ordered chole bhatura, idli-vada combo, sweet lassi, hot coffee and some bakery items. For the all the items...the taste was just okay. Lassi was already made and kept in the fridge and taste was not good at all. And the coffee was given from a nescafe machine.
