I only stopped in the bar to have a beer, but the bar offers food as well. The beer hit the spot, and wasn’t to pricey. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I was seated in front of the window, which faced the street. I enjoyed having a beer and watching the hectic scene below. Loved seeing two cows casually walk down the street in front of the bar. The bar should thank the white and black cow, that was the only reason I stopped, which I then noticed the bar. I would suggest Sam’s bar. If you like my review, move your finger and tap like it. First this is not BAR ( no alcohol served) Poor Service. Hygiene Issue. Stinky Entrance once you drop in from the lift. Today my first visit to this place and disappointed big time. lesson learnt we shall NOT return here again. Very bad place..id you're looking for a decent place then don't go there. So the conclusion: If you looking for a cheap place then you can go there but if you are there with a girl then you should skip this place.

Ambience is good if you need calm environment. But the staffs need to be trained more. Also they don’t accept international cards. Cash or Indian payment methods.

After searching for almost 1 hour in delhi, and was in search for a good bar aroun CP area but not too expensive nor too cheap. After searching nearby bars on google and stalked their menu for minutes. And tried searching for my oicks some are closed and others are not there, like I was searching according to the map in galis and kuchhas and can't find one. At last I ticked this place and went there and voila! with blinking signage, I finally found one. The bar was situated on 1st floor and if you're from car, parking can be difficult as it is a single lane road, too small for big vehicles and like me if you're traveling through scooty or bike, you can park it just right under. Good ambience and cheap rates of liquor. I found starters a bit and over priced as they are trying to compensate the drinks price with the food. But I am happy with the service and drinks. Sometimes beers are not available and only few will be present to satisfy you and it can be mood downer. Other than that a feel good place and not too crowded also( a tick mark for me, as I love less crowded places toooooo much). Go and have your drink now too much information. and fellas cheers🍻🥂🥃

In my 1st visit to the Restro-bar, I noticed the dirty washroom, faulty faucet on the washbasin to begin with. The place is a decent one and has a soft ambience. The bar menu lists out a lot of variety in liquor, but only a few options are usually available. The food is really good. I tried their chicken tikka, dry veg manchurian, and French fries. The chicken was cooked nicely and tasted awesome.

This is the roof top cafe, basically utilized the roof with some chairs and tables. Most of the hotels in that area have the same. But we went there on our friend's recommendation. This place is mainly meant for the people residing there itself or in the hotel. We ordered Pizza and spring roll. The pizza was old styled made with lots of cheese which were good with a thick crust. it was like a homemade pizza but was really nice. The spring roll was not crispy but the stuffing was very good. Overall the place was okeish and some tourist were also there and working on their laptops, else we would have left the place just by the look.

We missed indian food in phuket. And, we got to know about Sam's restaurant. We visited the place and trust me food was as delicious as in india. Keep up the good work.

Good food. The pizza has a thick bread so it's very filling. There were no weird spices on the pizza and we said not spicy when ordering indian food and that was also good. The prices exclude tax. There's an extra ~25% tax on the alcoholic drinks and everything is taxed by 5%, so it ends up being very pricey.

We will give 3.75 out of 5 stars. Very good infrastructure and ambience. One this is outstanding that is varities of drinks,foods in this resturant & bar. Must visit in night.

As someone who has lived in India for a, full year 83/74 and returns most years, enjoy a beer, currently staying at the Sheldon hotel which is fab at the price. I was at Sam Bar 3 times in feb/march this year and today 8/10. only beer available the most expensive on menu. Bud magnum.Still incapable of using my Debit card although my bill was 1643R including snacks. The front door, all glass looks like it's never cleaned . The staff tend to ignore you even though my wife and I where the only customers. Frankly the owner should start again, staff that understand there jobs cheers and beers

We need ordered a French breakfast and received bread toasts instead of the mentioned croissants and aloo sabzi instead of the hash browns. The changed were made without informing us. When asked why weren’t we informed about this change, the server gave a very vague answer. The restaurant wasnt cleaned and we could see small cockroaches in the restaurant. Horrible experience!!!!

Good place to have liquor on reasonable rate. They have a separate section for smoking and no smoking zone. The staff is also courteous. One of the better places in Paharganj to relax. And it's thwoaway distance from CP

A very peaceful setup to have drinks with your mates. Went after 2 years or so and it seemed like the area of the space got reduced. Hope the place prospers again, as it has always been a pretty great experience.

We have visited Delhi from Australia. This is the best bar for cocktails and dinner. Amazing service, kind staff and professional atmosphere. I recommend this bar to everyone.

The selling point is that it has a window. Prices are high and highly deceiving as they don’t add tax until the bill arrives. They also don’t take international card so leaves you in a bind if you calculated to menu price. Really nothing special bar the window.

Their strawberry lassi is excellent and their portion of omelette and toast is huge! It was a good place to do some work on my laptop and the service is quick and nice. The coffee isn’t great (just instant coffee) but still okay.
