Just like their name, the service is covered in a huge pile of rust. We were just 4 people wherein they did not serve our order even after an hour. We were there for 2 hours and they failed to serve chicken sandwich which was ordered within 10 minutes after we entering the cafe. This was when the cafe was empty. Washroom was extremely dirty with no flush. Waste of money and time.

The music and ambience is really nice. Staff is polite .. no value for money at all .. the quantity as compared to rates was not suffiencent. Shakes were a bit much sweet. Chilli potato was good. Sheesha - 10/10.

We used to party here..perviosuly it was nyc when it was in the hands of Mr Akash and Mr krishna. But Now it has become worst just because of new owners..they are just pick pocketers.. unnecessarily ka charge krte h...cleaning charge bhi lete h..rate kuch or bolte h bill kuch or bnate h..so never ever go there.... Save ur money..

Ambiance of this place is good budget friendly and also family friendly their are 4 cafes on same building you will find this one on 3rd floor the behaviour of staff is good as I go there often. The crowd is mostly college students as it's located in South campus the menu is good and serve healthy food as well all payments are accepted and they don't serve alcohol (hope it helps)

No alcohol and non veg food but a decent place

It was the most expensive place we went to in Shoja and sadly ot was the saddest experience of all. Credit where its due ,the place looked really nice. But the food was terrible , the pasta , pizza , hot chocolate and fries , All were sooo bad!

Rustic Cafe is cosy. Sitting arrangement is good for couples and well for groups. Food is good, and they Majorly serve all the beverages. Music is good even the lighting too. You will be having places to click photographs. Its moderately costly. Its on 3rd Floor, but rustic cafe building has lift. Do try Chilli Potatoes, these are the best. If you visit satyaniketan, you can visit this place too

. This is tha wondering place that served both veg and nonveg. Talking about the ambiance .The price per food items is all responsible here and the qualities is too good. This place is not very crowdy so yess Indeed it is good place if you are looking for some peace. Service is good and staff is too polite. A must visit ♥️✌️

Cafe is situated on 2nd floor. The ambience was claustrophobic and very dull. Most of the food items were not served from the menu. Those which were served were not at all consumable. Fried rice were uncooked and chilli potatoes were thin strips with no taste. Music was very loud. Sofas were torn and AC was not working. Also, they refused to accept payment through dineout. Did not have good experience overall.

Too noisy. Furniture is bad and old. Foid is below average. My pasta was cold and runny, felt microwaved. Not satisfied with the services.

Let me genuinely describe precisely - 1. Taste- below average. 2. Quantity according to price was very low. 3. Vibe- suffocating 4. Service- late but staff was well mannered. 5. AC had a water leakage which made the flooring wet. Overall it was an disturbing environment. I won't recommend this place. If you have a choice, choose another place. It's a blow average option or a low standard one.

Worst experience!! If you want to waste your money then you can visit this place, less staff, late service, tasteless food with zero ambience!! Would never suggest anyone to visit such a pathetic place!!
