Pathetic, I wish I could literally abuse on this regarding the experience. Last night I ordered mutton from this restaurant and when I opened the dish I found a dead cockroach in it. I am also posting a photograph so that you can you can have a look at it. Kindly do not order from this restaurant. After looking at this I have also passed on this message to my friends and relatives about the condition of the kitchen they might be having and during this covid times they are playing with the health of the people. when I call the person to complain about it he in return said do whatever you want and I will not do anything about it and he was pretty rude. Also went to the restaurant the next day mask and they were not following the covid rules. It was a very unhygienic kitchen and even found out lizards over there. Right now I am posting this on Google and believe me I will post this all over the social media. guys please pass on this message and do not order from this restaurant I wish that could have been a negative rating but I've been forced to give one star so that I can pass on my experience with you all.

One of the best butter chicken in the town. The food is very tasty and prices are reasonable. The restaurant was very clean and it took around 20 minutes after ordering the food. Located just on the road, car parking may be a issue. Both veg and non veg food options are available here. Usually not crowded during the day, but it is crowded during the evening. Quantity of food items served is good enough. Must visit for satisfying appetite

Visited a friend yesterday night for dinner, they had ordered butter chicken. When we opened to eat the same, it was stinking. Called back them, and they cut the banged the phone. Did not replace or picked it up either. Just because they feel, that they have lots of customers, it does not matter if 1 customer got bad chicken. So, requesting you all to show the strength and boycott mama's kitchen so that they understand stale food should not be sold.

It is after a very long time when we school friends have a chance of get to gather. Our choice to come at Mama's food was at the par. Ambient of the restaurant was very cool. Quality food was served in good quantity with better taste in a nominal range. Good restaurant for visit with family and friends.

I visited the place along with my friends. I had ordered butter chicken and chicken tikka. The butter chicken was cooked in tomato sauce. While having the butter chicken, we were feeling that we are sipping and having tomato sauce. That was entirely sweet. Moreover, we haven't had dinner yet, the waiter specifically pointed out that more customers are waiting so you have to eat quick. I advise that it doesn't have to be that way if you have a rush. Moreover, I do not like piquant food but you people have no sense to give the authentic taste of butter chicken. By doing this way, you are losing the customer. This kind of reckless attitude towards customers will lead you to shut down the place. Overall, it has been a pathetic experience. I wouldn't suggest anyone be there.

I order on 5.3.22 .My order was 2 dal makhani 2 kadai paneer and 15 butter naan.Naan was half cook and dal was full of burning smell At last I say no to Mamas food...

Very yummy food, love the taste. The quality is always great and they ensure that it is maintained. Love their Chinese food, it so delicious and worth the price.

One of the best Butter Chicken and Dal Makhni. Prices are similar to fancy dine in places although this is a normal place. But taste does the justice. This tastes much better than most of the fancy and famous places.

The prices in this restaurant are a lil higher, quite similar to some high end restaurant, although this is just a regular place w very limited sitting capacity. But the taste and quantity does the justice to the pricing. The service gets very slow sometimes so you gotta give 2-3 reminders to the waiter but the food is just too good.

Service not upto the mark. Ambience is great. Non veg food taste needs to be improved.

One of the old and amongst best restaurants in Delhi for non veg especially butter chicken. They have made sitting option on first floor for family. You will also see lot of people having snacks in car.

World's worst Butter Chicken of my life. Pure Knorr Tomato Soup in Thick proportion with added chicken and they call it a Butter Chicken 🤪🤪 Even the owner was arrogant when confronted he said we sell 500 Plates daily and this is what we serve. Take it or leave it.

The food is very tasty. We had butter chicken and butter rotis in March 2021. So it's open for dining in the post-covid times. The restaurant doesn't have a parking of its own.

I had heard a lot about this place but found it to be simply overrated. Food was just above average at best.

Worst staff so rude not even to take a proper orde r. Bad experiences and he was so rude with female also Blue t shirt guy was taking the order on 22nd may . We just instructed to you to add some masala in our order and he refused so badly . Worst experience.will never come and never suggested to anyone

Their food is tasty no doubt but whenever I go there they say wait for 15 minutes even if table are empty. They give preference to more people rather than a single person like me. So I got my order packed. Another big issue is parking. Keep in mind.

The place is nice and decent and has an attractive ambience.. the food is average which could be improved. We ordered chicken seekh kabab which was salty. The dal makhani and butter naan were delicious and wholesome

I had asked for a home delivery from this place. The person taking the order was in such a hurry to hang up, that he didn't bother to take the complete order. The delivery came 1 hour later, despite the restaurant being 5 minutes away from us. I had ordered half chicken, but they delivered full chicken and asked for double the price. Even though it was clearly their mistake and not ours.

Food is amazing. Malai chicken tikka is really very juicy and soft. U can go through other non veg snacks also . I always order butter chicken . It's their signature dish . U can eat inside as well in your cars also .

The place is totally overrated. The quality is pathetic, with the chicken being stringy, chewy and tasteless. We had ordered 3 types of popular chicken dishes, all had too much gravy and not enough chicken. The gravy of each was heavy, not authentic, with stale chicken. Avoid the place.

The food was good, not great but good and the service is so bad that it took 30 minutes for 2 rotis, then I told the person who was serving to get me a spoon and the spoon got to me in 15 minutes BTW I am not lying. Personally, wouldn't recomend this place

We had Chill mushrooms, noodles and butter paneer with Prantha. Food was good.. Only problem is the servers are careless.. Spilled food on me.. Ambience is also dark lighted

The entire staff Is very badly behaved. Looks like they have earned so much that they don't need any customers now. Even visited the place , was very unhygienic and again the people at the counter hd pathetic behaviour. Rates are high as per the quality of the food. Won't recommend even giving them a chance

If u really want have best Butter chicken in whole delhi .Then this is the right place to visit .Believe me u will really luv every bite of gravy with Butter naan. And all chicken items are awesome .Best time to dine is 9.00 to 10.30PM.
