Beware of the 5/5 0r 4/5 copy/pasted fake reviews. If you go through the reviews in last 3 months you can easily tell that 90% of their reviews are fake. You don't have to take my word for it just go through the reviews and you'll find that these are just word to word copy pasted paid reviews...you can tell from the grammar as well. How professional is the management? Just read their reply..good luck!

he room is big , free parking . We have 4 nights during the peak time at the hotel. First the checking in was around 4 PM as the room wasn't ready on time .The lack of staff was a major problem as the receptionist was also doing the cleaning and watering the plants outside and also serving the breakfast !! The room was ok however the sofa bed very poor , the tiles on balcony not clean and on bathroom the shower try mastic full of black spots from mould and one tap was loose . There is a building site just 5 m away from the hotel . Same poor breakfast every day . No hot water for coffee or tea. The terrace was filthy as over the weekend they doing private parties ( not for hotel guests ) with loud music and barbecue . I would say 3 star hotel !! he room is big , free parking . Overall good experience with their services . The room offered was good and check in was pretty smooth. Food on the other hand was good as expected from business hotel and many varieties were offered. The swimming pool was just for the look and it was pretty small for usage. Apart from that housekeeping was taken care of and fulfilled my requests. Located in the tech area , pretty close to MNCs and corporates . The arrangement for drivers is responsive .

Room service is very good especially the guy named Rehmatullah is very good and very polite, the rest of the rooms are okay and the bathrooms are working okay, no water shortage. The reception is very helpful. The price is fair enough.

I recently stayed at Hotel Delhi Residency in Delhi, and I was impressed with the quality of service. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good-value stay in the city. True value for money 🤑.

This hotel is a pleasant stay with good staff, It is near to New Delhi Railway Station and Igi airport. the place value of the hotel is very attractive as the famous sadar bazaar is behind this hotel. the commercial interests will be fulfilled by staying here. Hotel Delhi Regency is a very nice hotel to visit . The rooms are very decent and clean. The washrooms were really clean. The hotel management is really good. The food served was amazing. The view from the room was decent.

Booked a room and asked for a decent price. The owner said yes at the time but sent us to a different hotel. This new hotel was not at all good. Thank god we had to stay just for a day.

Big spacious rooms. Big spacious newly refurbished toilets.. The building is old and has no elevator, but it is just 3 flights of stairs so hardly matters. They supply RO water, they have a kitchen which serves decent food At a reasonable price. Check all your apps for a better price on the rooms.. For the price I paid, this room was a steal.

Very bad experience, booked this hotel and they sent us to some other very cheap hotel with no AC and geyser..the rooms and washroom were also smelly. Don't suggest this hotel at all

Fraud. Please don't book hotel here. We booked this hotel and also had a word before coming to this place. Once we reached delhi station, he gave us wrong direction to another hotel which was the so bad we couldn't sleep here. No water. No cleanliness.
