Only the location is good but inside rooms are HAUNTED.. Seems there is somebody CRYING at LATE Nights inside most of the rooms, you can hear the Toilet getting Flushed post Midnight sometimes.. Really SCARY Hotel.. Suicidal cases were maximum once upon a time.. No proper PUJA were performed so thats why it's HAUNTED

Hotel Ashiana is a cheat. Worst hotel in terms of all parameters. They do not accept online or card payments. The rooms, linens and washrooms are worst in terms of cleanliness. The manager and staff are so rude. Do not expect to get a room even if u have paid it online and reserved. Booking through OYO is definitely gonna be a problem for you. They will try to charge you extra if you have a female with you. The lift takes 3 mins to reach 4th floor. Room rates are generally 800-900 but they will charge you 1500-1600 if u r in need. They are a cheat !!

I am writing specially for the receptionist, Shashank , Very very rude behaviour of that guy, Greedy for money. Lier too.. He told me to checkout at 12 PM but lied on my face and declined and asked for money for late checkout. Very much disappointed.

I had a good stay. Clean room, bed. Water was working fine, electricity, AC, room services, was good. You can also order food via room service and they are quick. Also there are many food outlets just close by, so your food part is sorted. Someone left a review of the place being haunted. I stayed here for 4 days, there is nothing haunted here. Staff was good and quick and many of them were also friendly.

One word which is coming to my mind after staying in this hotel is "worst". If Google will provide an option of negative rating I would love to rate this hotel in negative. Pros: Only one pro is there i.e it is nearby New Delhi Railway station and the reception guy seems educated and well behaved. Cons: 1. Linens are in the worst condition with stain marks and foul smell. 2. No towel was provided by the hotel. 3. The room is just like a store room without any space. 4. The bed was broken and the mattress is not at all good for your back. 5. The washroom is in the worst condition. 6. No hot water facility. The wrost part is the room which they provided to me was in the worst state with a large hole completely open for the vantilation. That hole was big enough that a Normal person can easily enter in your room. Conclusion: Thinks twice before booking. The images are completely opposite from the rooms that they are actually offering.

The rooms are pretty good and decent for the money... they are more suitable for one night stay to catch a train next morning or budget friendly place to stay to roam in Delhi. Its pretty close by to walk and car is accessible too if you have many luggages. If your getting a auto to reach this place then please be alert and stubborn that you want to go to this hotel coz they'll say many rubbish things to take you somewhere else. McDonalds ,KFC and Dominos are close by too.

Worst service, Taps where not working unhygine condition of the restaurant when the time of checkout they are charging extra 1000 rupees and if you denied to pay extra they are trying to fight with you and will threaten you. Property need maintenance and development 1. Broken main door lock 2. Exhausted Room 3. No curtains to window 4. Bathroom fittings are not good 5. AC servicing to be done 6. Intercom is there but reception number lable should be there.

Rooms are nothing like what is shown in the images online. The room provided was very small and the washroom was extremely dirty with a broken flush. No towels or toiletries were provided. After 10 minutes the AC stopped working, called the reception multiple times but she just said ok and hung up the call. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’ll suggest to look for other options if you’re considering staying here. You can easily find a decent stay at this price.

We booked two rooms in the hotel from kolkata. They told was our room is at 1st floor. Bt when we reached there they gave us rooms in the ground floor. Rooms were very small. Beds are even smaller. When we asked them to chng our rooms they behaved very rudely and insulted us. please avoid this hotel. Especially when you're with your family.

The hotel is the worst. Firstly, even though I booked online, the receptionist refused to provide me room. After, 2-3 hours somehow I managed to get a room but the room was dirty. Secondly, I stared at a television which didn't work at all. When I complained they shifted me to another dirty room. When I asked to change the bedsheets, they didn't. Also frequent power cuts at the night. I got troubled by insects and when I told about it, they just sprayed with room spray. When I was checking out, I met 3-4 more travellers who were going through the same check in trouble that I faced. In short, don't book if you love yourself.

Good hotel with all the basic amenities and room were clean, clean bathrooms and fair storage. I stayed in the ac deluxe. I stayed for 2 nights there were subtle variations in the room quality. The most important factor for me to choose this hotel was its location with respect to the business meeting or personal visit I wanted to cover, I am very happy with my decision. Loved the stay at the hotel,the room was awesome.the staff were helpful and courteous... recommend from my end.

Third floor is more clean and clear then other floors. Staff is very friendly specially the lady at reception

Nice hotel Ashiana. Good services, nice staff but one of the male staff is very rude in nature he don't no how to talk with coustomer he behaves rudely. After checkout I told him for his rude nature and he feels guilty.
