Worst experience.. their staff was drunk wnd making a hubbus when we arrived..never go with family

The worst hotel as well as staff. They don't provide you with clear details regarding charges and the kitchen and the reception staff don't have any coordination among them. Both of them provide you with different details. Horrible staff and I would not recommend this to anyone.

We three members of family stayed in this hotel. The worst and non sense attitude of manager could not provide towels and soap even after after our 20 hours stay, then I personally requested him at reception and he said that waiting for towels from washer man. Then I again and again requested him three times from 7AM to 9AM and at the last call I said him firmly then he sent two towels and two soaps. Not good for family stay. Absolute non sense attitude of manager. Shame on him.

Not even worth one star….the worst stay I’ve ever had. Never choose this hotel.

The worst hotel. Rooms are stinky , washroom is bad . They rob money from you. The owner is the worst part of the hotel.

If possible I can give -ve star for this hotel never stay in this hotel. Reasons: 1. Very unfriendly hotel and no service at all. 2. Rooms are shabby and worst condition. There was a cat on wardrobe. 3. Autorickshaw drivers are getting good percentage to put you in the hotel. 4. bathroom condition is worst and cleanilness is not at all satisfactory. 5. They also charge heavy only for guiding tourists. It's a moral responsibility and shouldn't be charged as heavy as Rs. 1000 for a 2 hour tour. And suggested Driver charged separately. Because of these type of people, Delhi is getting bad reputation.

Nice hotel you can live for a vacation facilities are there and are also cheap

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The food took an hour to be served, which was frustrating. Furthermore, there was a cockroach in my room, which was extremely unpleasant. Overall, it felt more like a third-class lodge than a hotel.

A Big No No Not a family-friendly or couple-friendly hotel. I just had to share my personal experience at So called Chanakya (Govt approved) hotel , It's a big no-go for families or anyone, really. So, I checked in with my girlfriend, and I casually mentioned that my girlfriend's sister might drop by for a birthday celebration. To my surprise, the hotel staff dropped a bombshell: an extra 1000 Rs if she showed up. Reluctantly, I agreed to pay it, thinking it was just a formality. Well, the twist in the tale is that my girlfriend's sister couldn't make it. I went back to the manager and politely asked for my extra 1000 Rs back since she didn't come. But, oh boy, did things take a turn! The manager went all rude on me, saying they couldn't refund my money because it was my problem if she didn't show. Seriously? I tried explaining that I booked just one room for 1200 Rs, but honestly, it wasn't worth more than 500 Rs. Dust and garbage galore. The manager's response? "If you have a problem, leave the hotel right now, in the middle of the night." Lovely, right? I did argue for a bit, but then I thought, "You know what? My girlfriend's safety is more important than getting that 1000 Rs back." So, we left. The manager talks very rudely and so arrogant like he is running a hotel near Oberoi Villa or Marriott, but hey, basic respect and clear communication with customers shouldn't be too much to ask. Don't be in the business of taking people's money without delivering on your promises. Dont checkin in this hotel , otherwise you will regret

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff or the manager over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customer. they are the reason for the poor hygiene of the rooms. Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge... Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star! Never ever suggest this 3rd class hotel it's very cheap frustrated experience.😕😞

Worst experience. The owner charged us extra. He didn't mentioned about gst charges earlier. The rooms were shabby and dirty. We had asked to change the bedsheets yet no body bothered to do so. Please avoid going over there.

Very very pathetic experience🥵! Just checked-out a day ago. Dirty room, moist bedsheet & dirty bathroom! They charged for this 2XDelux Room/night is "BOI UPI -VPA ranendu*******@*** linked to a/c XX0284 debited Rs.2800.00 and credited to bachadubey***@okaxis -Ref ********0513". They also charged extra Rs. 100 by the name of GST at the time of check-out. My suggestions : Atleast don’t stay there. Please find somewhere for better.

Quite different experience in this hotel. I need short time stay in delhi near Volvo stand so I needed hotel within my expected amount ,so I visited this hotel room smelt smoky but later they perfumed. Nice hotel owner and aged staff for caring my son. Some times rating hotel is very difficult. Experiences may vary but people may touches hearts.

They charge extra bucks after you reached in premises.. Do not come here … No ac properly working… worst food quality

Very high price as compare to rooms.cleanness is below average not connectivity in room you have to go outside the room for even calling. Staff was polite but reception is rude after you confirm booking. Not recommended at all

Worst lodge, everything dirty here, bathrooms were not cleaned, beds, bedsheets were also very dirty.. they take 4000/- for 2 rooms... but really the rooms were not worthy.. don't go there they were looting customers. They take payment first... Don't Book room in this lodge.. they named it as chanakya Govt approved.. i don't think the Kejriwal Govt will approved this kond of lodges...

The Rooms are spacious ( Heard noises from other rooms and outside, No Ventilation), but no hot water and they didn't serve any regular water either (Drinking). Wifi was horrible (they pretend they're working on it). The location is perfect for those who want to explore markets, local food, pubs etc ..

I stay there for a day. No soap, no towels were provided by the hotel. Cleanliness was not up to the mark. Food was not good. Pathetic experience.

The hotel is situated on a busy road which means a noisy atmosphere. The balcony is full of dust and poor cleanliness

There was problem in the bathroom lighting and the room was little smelly and the bedsheet was not properly cleaned. And the most important thing was that the quality of food was worst even i could not had my dinner properly.
