Even after paying full payment of 1000 on oyo App, 600 extra payments were made at the time of check-in. Total 1600 while the condition of the room was not even worth Rs 500. Very poor service. Dirty room with dirty washroom. AC not working

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. Don't book this as they will always charge extra money from you. I had to pay extra RS800! The room assigned was not properly cleaned, with dust and debris on the floor and stains on the bedding. No toiletries, towels, even water bottle was missing! The TV was also not working initially. The bathroom was a nightmare with no tissue rolls, loose tap fittings and instead of a drainage, a bucket was attached to the sink. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay at the hotel, and I feel that the quality of the service and facilities did not meet my expectations. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone! I wish could give ratings in negative!

The service is so bad, they don't even clean the room properly. My stay was awful there, they left rotten chicken Cury in wardrobe and it was stinking so bad, I was about to puke. They do not put towels, soap n water bottle in the room. Their telephone wasn't even working. The WiFi they offer doesn't work. Never have their breakfast buffet, all the food was stinking and wasn't even fresh. It was my worst stay!!!

I am not writing review this long just for fun so pay attention here. This hotel is fraud. All the reviews about asking extra money are true. Hotel JP tower and hotel Jageer palace both are same, they are just fooling people. They ask for extra money during check in. They cost 1700 for 1 room per night which is almost the double or triple of what is shown in oyo app. They say that oyo is showing partial payment, rules have changed from day 1 of this month.If you pay the amount shown is Oyo app then they do some trick then oyo will show more amount to pay. So don't fall for these tricks and Don't panic guys. I had talked to oyo they are very cooperative, talk to them before check in If you face the same problem. If you pay them extra money in panic and checked in then before checking out call the same oyo number above and follow their instructions they will give you refund.

Very poor service. Dirty room with dirty washroom. AC not working (need to change 3 room) many times telephone in the room not working. Seems they does not care about services as it's OYO and most the time only book by couple who doesn't bother about services. they do not change Linen and towel. Shampoo, soap, shower gel towel extra pillow, iron, glass, coffee maker not present in rooms. Water bottle are sealed open and refiled bottle. Very poor experience

Towels and bedsheets are extremely dirty. People at the reception are very bad. They are not polite at all. Oyo should replace these staff at the reception soon. I have read about that in the reviews that hotel always ask more money, i thought it would never if I book through a proper website, but still for me as well, they asked more money. I prefer for anyone with family to not to stay there. There are better hotels near by, better go there

It was a very useless experience, I made a booking through Oyo app online, I paid online but apart from this, if I go to the property, then I was made for ₹ 500 extra. Even after booking through the Oyo app, if the hoteliers make extra payment from the customer, then it is absolutely the fault of the Oyo people, they should take action on this thing.

On my personal experience would suggest that people should not visit there. I visited with my family there and had booked and paid already but after reaching there they increased the price. And the front desk manager told that while visiting with family we should book with make my trip and Oyo should be booked only for couples. They were very rude and behaved improperly.

pathetic experience. On the app you will be shown 1 price and after visiting the hotel they will ask you to pay more. Not at all worth for the price they ask you to pay. No one responds to service request and you will be treated like no body so please save yourself some trouble.

My major problem was that this hotel room had mirrors only in the bathroom and not a single mirror in the room. As we booked this one to attend a wedding this created a problem for us to get ready for the wedding. Rooms were clean but I wouldn't say super duper clean. It's in the walking distance from the metro station so that's a plus point.

Only go there if you want to get sick. It is an unclean hotel and when you enter the room your throat will start aching. No ventilation.. washroom was so unclean it looked like a public toilet

Rooms were not clean and smelly. You can find cigarette buds in the washroom. No hygiene maintained. Dirty bedsheet, pillow

Worst hotel, mannerless staff . Don't even know how to attend the guest, I have advancely booked my room and paid entire amount, even though I have to wait for more than 1 hr later they ask for extra money. Even the Oyo team doesn't respond. None will listen to your grievances. I have wasted my money. Moreover,rooms are very small,smelly, full of mosquitoes and they doesn't provide us the clean bedsheet. In this cold temperature of December,we get only one tiny single bed blanket for 2 person. How can a guest will relax in this state.

Very poor service, reception girl was so rude, didn't listen anything, no water bottle provided, tv not worked, they just focus on ur payment only.

The girl on the reception was so rude, I called and asked her for a glass. It took them 75 minutes to provide a glass ( I called them 3 times for the same ) the washroom wasn't clean the dirty shoe marks was there.

This is Oyo only for s.x nothing else , i stayed with family pathetic rooms, cushions , bedsheets were dirty , bathroom was smelly , i asked for the room change the next room was even worse , than waiter told me a room gets sold thrice in a day , curtains were dirty, i realised it is just another Oyo. It was booked for us by the host of the wedding which we had to attend . This was my worst ever stay i had in my lifetime

Well the rooms were pretty decent if you want a normal stay but the service wasn't upto the mark. Moreover the Oyo scam is still going on here too making it irritating for the customers as they ask for extra money for the room. They have club, banquet attached with the hotel and is nearly 150m from the Mayapuri Metro Station

Overall good experience could have been better. As TV and wifi wasn't available as promised. However, staff was good and food was overpriced.

It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property, which is 5 minutes walking from the Mall. Jageer Palace is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary fruit, chocolates and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again

Worst place you can visit in Delhi. Unhygienic rooms, dirty bedsheets and washrooms. Cockroaches roaming in washrooms. Rude staff. Even after confirming that check-in is allowed at anytime, they charged 500 extra. WILL SUGGEST PEOPLE TO AVOID THIS PLACE.

The service is okayish. The staff is good though ironically. The location is perfect just opposite to a metro station. The rooms are just adequate in the budget so overall a good budget stay.

careless staff, i forgot my jacket in almirah and after checkout i called them to take my jacket in your reception i'll collect my jacket tomorrow and they confirmed about my jacket and now they said there is no Jacket.

Stay was good and the most important thing food there is very good little expensive but worth it when u taste

The overall experience was so satisfying! The receptionist was very soft-spoken, and the environment was very refreshing. The music and drinks at the bar made the experience so memorable that I want to visit this place again just to relax.
