Quite a bad experience and over priced. Ac not working and dirty sheets. Staff refusing to clean and replace the sheets even after repeatedly showing it to them. Prices of similar rooms in the market are about 25-30% cheaper.

Pretty poor quality hotel. Dirty bathroom and unfortunately we were put in a smoking room. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Location ok for Karol Bagh and metro. Staff relatively helpful on arrival and check out.

Location is nice. The receptionist (probably Om Prakash) is very nice person. Room is nice but some cockroaches were seen at night 😀. The service boys are good at their behaviour. Overall the hotel is fine though service is not upto the mark compared to the tariff.

Ok hotel , very much interior ,no parking space ( you have to park in front of pg in a narrow road) and food quality is not good

It was hard to reach due to google maps showing routes through closed lanes and narrow ally ways but. The hotel was good worth every penny, booked it for 3 nights 2 people for 4800

Hotel room is good service is great but location of this hotel is not that good because area where this hotel situated is very congested area so there is no car parking area.

It's a good location with great connectivity via metro stations and proximity to the marketplace. It is a little difficult to get to because Google Maps fails to direct you correctly. However I'm sure you should be able to get directions if you call the hotel. Cabs can't drop you till the hotel as the location is blocked to cabs. Hence part of getting to the hotel involves walking to the place where you might find it difficult to locate as I've written above. The staff are pretty helpful and thoughtful. I've mostly had food and beverages outside, so I can't comment on the quality of the food, but the staff is ready to help arrange for your meals if necessary. The location is surrounded by some good places to eat though (Sarvana Bhavan, McDonald's, Burger King, Lord of the Rolls, Roshan Di Kulfi - listed in the order or proximity to the hotel) Lastly, there are the few issues with the room we stayed in (Room 103). Rooms have no natural lighting as the windows are shut. The beds might be difficult to rest on. One other issue was the availablity of hot water. During the duration of the stay I got to access warm water once. You will have to make sure to note the timings for hot water and request for help with the reception if necessary.

Very unprofessional hotel. They just want to cheat on people. We need to be careful at the time of billing as they tend to add for items which we didn’t order. It doesn’t deserve even a single star..

Location is superb.Since hotel is old yet Rooms are clean and well maintained. Rooms are quite small.

Very nice compact hotel located at walking distance from Karolbag Metro station. Rooms are small but well appointed and clean. Room service and restaurant are good. The hotel is surrounded by a big fashion market which comes alive in the evening. Access for a 4 wheeler is difficult but rest all is good at a very nice price.

The room was nice & cleaned hotel location is perfect everything available near hotel its in the middle of market the staff are nice & polite it was a pleasant stay.

Its one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in my life. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staffs are so ill mannered. The receptionist is not professional at all. Always busy in his phone.

One of the worst stay ever you can have in entire karol bagh , the staff is very rude specially om prakash the receptionist, i will not recommend this hotel to anyone cause these guys are the looters , cause the only thing they know is to how to loot there guests by adding on the diff type of charges.!

Hotel Pooja palace is behind mehar castel hotel. Pros: 1- nearest hotel to Karol bagh metro station. 2- neat and clean rooms. 3- many restaurants nearby 4- budget friendly Cons: 1- ample parking not available 2- small rooms

Worst place to stay in entire Karol Bagh. Staff behaviour is very poor. They usually argue with visitors on petty issues. I and my friend had stayed there for around a month and half as pg accommodation through a broker, they presented wrong facts to us regarding all conditions. Moreover, going against the agreement, they charged higher electricity charge per unit. Intially, they showed us roof top area and mentioned it was specially made for students to study, but later they denied the access to it. Non worthy non corporative A big NO if u r planning to book.❌❌

Rude behaviour of staff... No facilities ... No towels no bathroom slippers.only a handwash kept in the washroom.. No hot water kettle... They are not allowing to meet someone in the room at the daytime even for half an hour.... That is totally wrong other hotels dont do this. Food is very costly which you have to order only from the dhaba which contact no they provide... The food was very spicy and not worth for money ... Overall bad experience.. never suggest someone and will not stay there in future..
