Worst experience ever. Staff took 30 min to give me opd parchi. Now i am waiting for doctor since one and half hour. His assistant keep telling me “doctor sahab 10 min me aa rhe h” for past one and half hour. All 3 lifts on second floor are not working. Sitting arrangements not available here. People are waiting for doctor while sitting on the floor. Poor management

If you're in need, you can go without thinking but certainly there are better options.

Dr deependra bhatnagar is very good dr. And cooperative with patients . Very helpful staff. But there is low maintenance of toilet, if your patient is in icu on second floor. You have to go for washroom on first floor. In only one common washroom for male and female. Door is broken and have tapping and smell of toilet no hygiene. Same condition in icu washroom also. Plz solve it.

I suggest at least 2 OPD cash counter for registration here..so that time can save for patient & dr..and avoid unnessasary rush....today 2/6/22 again facing same issue...only 1 counter is open & 20 persons are in qutoday 6 june 22 again here a long que for OPD registration...& also a big queue for post treatment expences pay... today after a long discussion finally they are agree to open 2nd counter ...thanks to metro mas for saving my time..again today 1 counter is opened here...

Very Poor Service of this Hospital. I have give ECHO Slip for test on 11.30 Am. There is only 4 patient before me. Now 1.30 pm. Till my number has not come.. it is going to be 2 hr. All staff are sitting..

Dr. Nitin Negi might be a qualified doctor but definitely not a professional one. Doesn't care about patients time but will definitely charge premium. Can while away his time talking on the phone but don't care if a patient has waited for more than 2 hours outside his office. He waisted more than one hour taking on the phone in OPD and than went on half an hour break and has yet not come to his seat for outdoor. I guess Metro Mas has lost all it's good doctors to Indus as is and is making do with the second or even third best these days.

Dr,s is very good in nature. But staff is not working properply alsk behaving rudly. Receptionist also behaving disgusting. Poor management . Except doctors each anf every dr i met is very down to earth and behave good and guide us properly. But sorry metro staff is not good

I wanna give 3 stars for a very good staff. If u guys need good facilities then don't go for this hospital but if its financial feasible hospital for u then I must say this hospital has one of the best staff that I have ever seen. They are all warm hearted person and with them the hospital isn't that bad.

Worst experience of my life, my wife was admitted in emergency for delivery in Metro mas hospital and Dr. Priti Arora advised for cesarean. As per Dr. Priti Arora cesarean delivery is better than the normal delivery. I requested to Dr. Priti for wait for normal delivery but she refused. I consulted another doctor and request to discharge my wife from Metro Mas hospital and admitted another hospital. The another Dr. waited 4 hour for normal delivery. My child delivered through normal delivery.

Please please don’t visit this hospital even If its only cover in your insurance. The staff and doctors are running behind money only. They make the cases very critical and lastly they ask for shifting the patient to ventilator. Please don’t count this hospital even if its the last one in the world.

Very slow process at registration desk the average of registration is about 10 patient per hours.।। 2.No Cleaness the condition of washroom is enough to make your attended to patient 3.Lifts not working 4. Pathetic is not the word for this hospital. Female nurse having last name Yadav is just pathetic and inhuman to patients. She will pricck saline needle in patients hand without even checking nerve and later remove it like patient is sone object and they don’t feel pain. She is even very rude and behaves as if she is doctor. She should learn how to talk to patients and how to behave and how to treat patients and how to put saline patiently . Patients are humans too and not machines .

Extreme delays in all processes. They charged us for a private room and alloted a general ward saying the private room was unavailable. Medicines arrived via staff about 1.5 hours after admission in the hospital. The dietician came over to suggest a diet chart that never arrived, even when the illness was due to an eating disorder. The environment was noisy and distressful because of the loud male nursing staff. Doctor has helpful and polite. Otherwise a very poor experience.

While the doctors are good, the infrastructure of the hospital is one of the worst I've ever seen in a Hospital. Not even complaining about the general ward, I'm talking about the *Deluxe ward*, No exhaust, broken false ceiling, walls littered with stains of God knows which liquid, mosquitos right next to a dengue patient, blood and other stains on the x-ray table, wheelchairs that are impossible to guide in a straight path, rusty beds and countless others. Overall a really bad experience. Also adding some photos of the general infrastructure and "Deluxe ward".

Worst hospital I have ever scene in my life.Localite mansarovar and jaipur people don't go their.Staff is very illetrate uneducated,service is veri pathetic. Doctor suggest, get checkup done at 8 am, hungry pet, there is no staff till 11 am, till 8 pm, we will go for evening or night checkup, reports or check up will be done, we don't know yet, there is no test till now. Best hospital in metro mass Jaipur of Rajasthan, no one should go there, don't suggest it to anyone, if a check is shown to the patient then you will spend 4-5 days or money separately.
