I have been using fitpass for 1 year now, and from this month they started auto-renewal of the membership, without even notifying the customers and when I spoke to the customer care they are saying you have to notify us 72 hours prior to the end of membership to take you off the auto-renewal thing(how would I tell you if I didn't even know), and they can't do anything about it. They told me you can cancel the subscription with cancellation charges, when I asked them how much they said they have no idea as it is machine genrated, after pressing and asking them about the charges they said 800rs. The subscription is 900rs!!!!! I am a student and we don't have enough money as it is and you guys are looting us. Let me get this straight. 1. I have to give you 800rs for not using a single day of your subscription 2. You cheat and loot the customers by not telling them about the policychange auto-renewal 3. You refuse to take me out of your auto-renewal thing, until it's 72 hours prior to the end of the membership? So I have to remember the date now? And if I forget you will charge me again. People please don't give your card details to this company, you will be screwed. Reply to your comment. Does RBI guidelines also state that you cannot take your customer off the auto-renewal program any point in time? You are not allowing me to get off the auto-renewal 72 hours prior to the end of membership, so that next month when I forget the exact time and date you can charge me again, and if you remove the auto renewal now you will charge 800rs with termination of my current membership. Is that the business model you are working on? Taking money from oblivious customers? If that is it, then my friend your company is doomed. You don't have payment details on your app, from which I can remove my card details. So technically you have taken my card details and decline to erase it. Let me tell you this loud and clear, I don't want to terminate my this months membership, but I want you to take me out of your auto-renewal next month right away or RBI doesn't permit you to do that as well?

I regretted buying from them. I suggest dont fall trap to their adverts. They are not paying the Fitness centres, so one after the other are cancelling their contracts, I witnessed at least 4 of them, I had bought their package considering the acceptance at the nearest fitness centres, but being declined access into those centres, reason being non-payment by Fitpass to the centres, despite of 100% upfront payment by us. BIG NO to buying any package through them.

You guys are actually not deserving a single star for rating. You are a very cheap group who are just looting the people. Even their support staff don't have a basic understanding how to talk with customers. If i talk about their mobile application, it's a worst app. They have hired interns to develop the application and doing testing on the real production server, because of this user's like me getting disturbing by their unwanted notifications. In short I can't recommend to use fitpass any more.

You have to email them 3 days before cancelling your account. What a lazy and 16th century way of getting things done. Have you heard Netflix or Spotify or any good company having this policy? 5. Even their gym partners like Fitso and Fitnastic gyms dislike partnership with them. They sell their own membership and sometimes would not allow you to enter premises. I have had such experience in Fitso Gurgaon sector 14. Overall this is a pure money making business with 0 value for Customer. Save yourself and get a Cure fit plan. Already they are transparent with their policy. Much better gyms and support.

Worst fitness app experience that I ever had. Fitpass is the best app to make fool out of fitness enthusiasts and to cheat them. Using fitpass has been a while for me, and unlike earlier when I purchase any plan, I was able to workout in any gym for a month or for a day also. But now when I subscribed the same plan, there was nowhere mentioned anything like, I can only use 1 gym 5 days a month only and while calling fitpass customer care no one is responding. Neither fitpass is returning my money nor replying any calls or mail. Dont trust fitpass, otherwise you'll also lose your money like me.

I need to gain weight because I'm underweight and this is the best dietician app ever!! The help it provides is so convenient, because all the help you need is all there on your phone screen!! I absolutely love this fitness app. Physical health definitely has its tolls on mental health as well and I've felt so much better after taking a good healthy diet. Biggest fraud providing worst customer service experience 1. I have been a registered user at fitpass with magnum membership.. i used to go to the musclezone gym that was near to my place and convenience. Suddenly one day it disappeared from the app. No explanation as to why this is being done. 2. Talked to customer service agents multiple times. No punctual response and when confirmed them that will be taking actions against you and the loopholes in your policies. Response was you may surely go with that. Worst way to treat any customer. 3. When asked that the gym i was going in was near to me and my convenience . Response was to go to another gym as there will be internal grudges between the partner. Such a lame answer this was to befool their customers Will never every suggest anyone to invest their money and time on this.. purely wastage of time as this is a pure money making business with zero value for Customer. Its better Save yourself and get a Cure fit plan who will atleast have a transparency in their policies.

Theif Alert! Worst services. They cancelled my membership in between, and now they are not replying on chat, or taking my calls. I suggest everyone not to buy their memberships, instead go directly to gym or buy such services from other applications like FITTERNITY or etc.

I request to all dont buy membership and dont attach credit card. They will blackmail us and dont show option for cancellation. After trying many times, option reflect there and they charged cancellation fees of Rs. 809/- without any intimation. Really fake website and company - Gym operators also don't allow to visit through fit pass.

Bought a membership which said 3 months and unlimited workouts at any of their affiliated centers, which later turned out to be only 5 workouts per center, which is no where mentioned upfront and only written in terms of use which is further under terms of use, i had paid around 2300rs for 3 months and upon contacting them i asked for a full refund or the services they promised, but they reduced my membership duration to only 1 month and refunded around 300 rs and they said this is the best they can do otherwise i can stick around with the limited workouts only, they are advertising a complete scam.. BEWARE!!! DONT FALL THE UNLIMITED WORKOUT SCAM!!, and this is a complete copy of Fitpass Mexico but those guys mention the limited workouts on the website itself which these guys advertise as "UNLIMITED WORKOUTS", Fitpass you should be ashamed.

Mostly good ratings are fake and consumer feel so inferior as gym owner don't treat them the way they treat the one who took membership from the gym itself. Kindly don't trust such apps.

Firstly the don't pay the gyms which is why the gyms don't accept Fitpass (90%) and the the remaining 5% are useless. Then when u try and cancel the subscription the cancellation charges are equal to the subscription. I had taken the monthly subscription of 999 wherein the cancellation was 809. They are thugs that take money and are useless. Please do not add your credit card at the app !

I have not received my noise watch yet. I have purchased 3 months fitpass membership for 4500 rs on 1st September still not received my watch and when i am trying to call customer care they didn't respond. Worst service ....no response from costumer care service , they neither response to call nor to Email , I ordered a Noise watch on 26th August along with the subscription but i didn't received any update on that yet as support section doesn't answers even a single question , so do you have any solution for this or it's just a fraud .

Best to avoid... Most of the gyms mentioned in the app deny the partnership. many a times the sessions timings are mentioned in correctly, initially I called Gyms and confirmed if they accept Fitpass memberships but later realized its not worth the effort. Have taken 3 months membership for 5000, seems it has gone down the drain.

When it comes to fitness, I hate missing my workouts. However, due to my job, I had to travel; that too very frequently. No gym would let me workout for just a day or two. I will not take membership from fitpass you will take monthly pass to access every day workout with same gym or other !! but this is totally fake after you visited gud gym 3 dayz after that you can't go same gym but the pack didint mentioned this . And if you go to gym an ask to desk person he said we have contracted only 3 dayz with FITPASS you can't come again . Like this is a cheating I feel you pay full monthly amount an what you get only 3 dayz in a one gym !! After that theses people want respond your call or email !! I have taken the subscription from Fitpass for 3 months for 5000 rs. There were some item to be sent with the subscription but i didn't receive any update when i tried contacting customer care or even emailed there was no response from the team. In the app named as support section doesn't answers even a single question. It's been more than 1 and half months and didn't find any update. Once I called customer care they gave trackon tracking number. Once I searched using that trackon I'd and it's showing me incorrect tracking I'd. Be careful guys.
