My mother was here for her cataract surgery. The facility at this institution is of world classs. The doctor's are well experienced and the staff is all very cooprative.

They will ask you to take appointment and their records would have your incorrect number even if you had surgery with them. Then reception person would disrespect you and ask you always take appointment otherwise I will not allow you to see doctor from next time. And another hilarious thing would happen to you.. even if you have appointment you would sit in queue for almost 2-3 hours 😂 Can you guys explain us what is the meaning of appointment 🤪

Dr. Madhu is an excellent surgeon. Also the services provided here are really good. Staff is very polite and helpful. Each and every staff is great at their job. Easy to reach eye hospital. Just in front of Preet Vihar Metro Station. Also has nice space for waiting. Staff was cooperative. Counsellor was very good in explaining. She helped us every way possible. But like every other private institution, firstly they were not attending walk in patients on Sunday, but when they came to know that we came for an expensive treatment, they got everything fixed and we're ready to attend us. 🥲

I have been there twice in 2023 and there is no prior appointment required, they charge only 100 rupees and 4 doctors checked my eyes one by one as I had blurred vision with different equipments/machines, they took care of it and they do not leave you unattended. Receptionist, pharmacy and other staff were professional. I do not understand why there are negative reviews about appointment when I went there walk in two times. It's a Mahindra association hospital and we can trust them.

they may have a good reputation but found them 30-35% expensive compared to equally good & comparable eye hospital in the neighbourhood. Comparison of apples to apples & oranges to oranges is very important.

My sister injured her eye while removing her contact lens. She is wearing contact lens first times in hurry her lens got stuck in her left eye .While try to removing it she injured herself. I visit to best eye sight hospital in emergency at 7:30 am . After visiting Dr.Singh is available within 10-15 minutes . He examine her very carefully and answer my all queries. My experience is very good .Thank you sir . My sister need to continue her medicine till one week but within 3 days I can see improvement and difference in reddish in her eye. I don't understand why people spread negative reviews . Dr. Singh is very polite and explain everything very clearly . They having new technological equipment . In my case he also show my sister eye image in his laptop and explain why her eye is red . What precautions we need to take and what things we need to avoid . My overall experience is fabulous.

Very disappointing and bad experience. I visited for my son's eye check up. Surprisingly the prescription indicated that my son has diabetes mallittus since Aug, 23 which is totally wrong information. Without any test / diagnosis how its possible. This questions also on correctness of eye test done. I will never visit there again.
